After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.
Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.
I placed an order on July 13th. I made sure I placed my order with enough anticipation so that I would have it by the 26 which is the day I was celebrating my birthday. I received my package on the 18th. Guess what?
Wrong size.
I got in contact with the company. The representative instructed me to return the skirt and send an image of the postage once the item was shipped.
I sent the picture of the postage on the 20th. A representative responded saying it would take 5 days to sort out before shipping the correct size and it would be in my best interest to place a new order under express shipping. I would be refunded on the skirt I returned and the charges for the express shipping.
I was hesitant but I placed the order on the 21st. I should have received the skirt no later than the 23rd. Again it didn't arrive.

I have sent in NINE items for a refund. They refunded me only HALF of the items! They still owe me $117! I have then contacted them multiple times for this refund and I still have not received my refund!
They are STEALING FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS! I expected more from an established company like this!

I am not too sure where to start but first of all, I ordered an item 2 weeks ago to my address and also paid for next day delivery. The item number is *******. The item was given to yodel who apparently tried to deliver 3 times but couldn't get into the property. I took 3 days off work and lost out on 3 days pay to receive this item that never got delivered. I gave yodel special instructions which were the code for the back gate and even my contact number to call me if they could not get in, I did this via miss guided and via yodel directly, after not receiving my items I asked them to send it back and for a refund. I was so angry and I explained to a colleague that it made my anxiety worse. Secondly, I decided to give miss guided another go and I ordered from you again, this time I chose the option to click and collect from a near store. Order number *******, When I received my email it had my home address written as the delivery address and not the store I picked before paying for the items. I also changed my contact number and my old number was in the confirmation email. I am still waiting for my first refund and secondly, I am highly disappointed about the services I was given. I am not sure if I will receive my second items which I ordered today because your website did the wrong thing.
I want my refund for my first item and I want my new items delivered this week to the correct click and correct address which I picked before I paid for the items.
I came across this website as someone on Instagram plugged it (HA!), and the clothes looked cute on the website. First off, the clothes look SO CHEAP when you receive them. The shipping takes WAY LONGER than advertised, and it comes in a flimsy bag. They will NOT cover returns even if the clothing arrives damaged or late. They WILL offer a refund on your shipping if you put in a LOT of time and effort, but only in the form of a store credit. THEN, they will NOT send you aforementioned store credit, and turn around to say they NEVER offered it to you. In addition, they must teach their customer serivce agents to talk like middle-schoolers, because after talking with them in their "online chat", I always want to rip my hair out. I will absolutely NEVER purchase from this terrible store again, and I advise you all to do the same!
Missguided is a more expensive crapshoot website like a high end Wish. I bought a black dress there for $20 USD and it was amazing. It was a maxi dress, short sleeve, and i bought it in the summer for the summer but the material was so great and thick i saved it for winter. I was so happy with my purchase i went back to the website and bought a plaid burgandy button down dress with a flare, it was gorgeous and long sleeved. I bought it for Christmas, and it was $46 USD but it was absolute $#*!. It was too big in places but the buttons gapped at the chest like it was tight. If they had put a spandex panel in the back then it would fit ppl with larger chest. If i had gone up a size it would've been too big. The material was thin and the seams were done so badly it ripped on the side. I won't shop there anymore, i rather shop at Romwe or Asoph, at least there the clothes are cheap so if you get something that is complete $#*! you can't be too upset.
I LOVE misguided. Any time I need a dress this is the first site I shop. The quality of the dresses have been impeccable. I have never had a bad experience here.
I ordered a couple bathing suits, 2 dresses, and a pair of sweatpants from Missguided, all size 2. Most of it is such bad quality that it is completely unwearable. A lot of it is also very odd sizing (some things too big, some too small, when it's all the same size). PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM MISSGUIDED! You will be very disappointed. Not looking forward to returning this stuff as I've read returns are also difficult. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered, so that I wouldn't have!
The site says 60% off everything. But some items are not included. Until you put the items in your cart, you won't realize that. It should not say 60% off everything if that is not the case.
So I ordered 5 teddy sweaters & 2 coats from this website & I was pretty upset when they arrived so let me start by saying that the box they sent it was hideous, I'm surprised it even got to my house it was about to fall apart but they put more tape on it to make up for it, second the sizes are wayyyyyyy off, I ordered the coats in an 10 size, thinking well that's my size in all my coats so a 10 should be good it gets here and one of them fits good BUT the other one doesn't (they're the same material) tell me how is that possible? Anyways the teddy coats same thing, they fit IMMENSELY HUGE, THAT IS NOT A 10 & let me tell you guys, the material sucks If you've ever bought from shein you know the material is okkkk but this one is wayyyyy worst omg. I ordered a dress two weeks before my homecoming dance. They told me my package would be delivered in one week. After one week, it was shipped to Atlanta, or at least that is what they said (I needed it in Miami). I called the postal office missguided said it was at and THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE IT, IT NEVER EVEN REACHED THEM. I looked into a live chat on the missguided website, IT DOESNT EVEN WORK, NO ONE IS THERE TO HELP YOU. Wasted $60 on nothing, and I ended up with no dress. Had to go the day of homecoming. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN AND I STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE TO AVOID FROM SHOPPING HERE. Terrible customer service.

I ordered 2 pairs of pants and a top from Missguided, this was not my first time so I figured the experience would be good like last time. One of the pants was not the size I ordered so I contacted Missguided's customer service who promptly told me to ship the item back and I would be refunded for my shipping and the pants. It has been over a month and I am yet to receive any refund. I've been emailing and have been receiving the generic email which tells you that someone will get back to you but to no avail. I was asked to send a picture of my tracking number and the cost of postage and have sent this 4 times. I tried calling the number and the voicemail states all communication is strictly via email. I will NEVER order from MIssguided again as I am so disappointed and totally frustrated with the lack of respect and morality of this company. What is even more upsetting is this company sells their product in some of our well known US stores. Will definitely reach out to the Better Business Bureau if I have not heard anything or receive my FULL refund.
I can't believe I am writing this about Missguided. I've ordered numerous times. I noticed that you HAVE to use FedEx with the frauds. In the past, I opted to pay the $13.00 FedEx Fee to receive my merchandise in 2-3 days. So I ordered clothes for over $250 on September 17,2015. I CHOSE the Fedex option, which was $0.00 since my order was over $200. Can you believe they STILL sent it via their Royal Mail, (cheapos). Fast Forward, it is now October 8,2015, 21 days since I ordered, still nothing. I tracked the package and it's been at some "depot" since September 21,2015, utterly ridiculous. I emailed customer service, they asked if I want them to "Re-dispatch," Yes! I want the clothes! They came back with, "we only re-dispatch on Wednesday's." Basically I have to wait another week! It is now Tuesday, I emailed them to confirm that my "Re-dispatchment" will go out. It's been over 24 hours, no response, enough is enough! I called PayPal to immediately escalated this into a dispute. Finally! They answered me saying that the reason they didn't send the items is because PayPal "reversed the transaction" Missguided, that was less than 24 hours ago, what happened to the re-dispatchment? It's Wednesday, it was supposed to be re sent to me before PayPal intervened. It is laughable at this point. This company, their customer service is a HUGE JOKE. Do NOT waste your time, or ORDER at your own "Risk."

This is my first time ordering from this company and will surely be my last. I bought 10 items expressed shipped for a vaca I was going on. First they messed up my invoice sent to customs so it delayed my shipment by a day, ok no big deal. The quality of clothes was decent. I just had issues with sizing on 3 items, so they needed to be returned. The company states that the customer has to pay for returns. I go to fedex and they tell me just to ship back 3 items it amounted to $150. I contact the company to let them know that I'm not paying that that's absolutely ridiculous. Their response was to pay it and they will refund me, that's it. No that's unacceptable. Why would you tell someone to pay that! Instead they should have said they will send me a paid return postage. But after emailing constantly with no response I'm pretty fed up! They purposely only give you an email address as their only means of communication for a reason because they are very unprofessional. They don't want to deal with issues head on! Then today I get an invoice from Fedex saying I owe $50 for customs and duty fees. My thing is I see that it was stated in their shipping policy after the fact but why wouldn't you let the customer know as a courtesy once they complete checkout that they have to pay that if their order is more than $200. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN OVERSEAS COMPANY EVER!
Has this website improve? They got really cute clothes but i am scared to purchase on here. I know FASHION NOVA is a great website but this one had me thinking especially theres no contact number
I didn't realize Missguided had such a terrible reputation until after I ordered something. I attempted to cancel multiple times in fear that I might never get the package. They told me that they would get it canceled for me and my refund would take 5-8 days to process. I thought I was in the green until I kept getting shipping notifications. They didn't cancel it. So, I did end up getting the packaging. It was shipped withing two weeks, which is decent considering it came from overseas, honestly. Every complains about the shipping time, but you have to keep in mind that they are over seas. When I did get my item though, I was SO HAPPY. It came in great condition, and all the information was 100% correct. Right size. Right product. Right color. If I was rating on customer service, I would only rate 2. They weren't very helpful. But the product was amazing! In the end, I didn't regret my purchase. It was a pain, but oh well. I think Missguided is attempting to heal their bad reputation. Cause they also sent a return label just in case it didn't work. I'm still hesitant on purchasing again, but so far I haven't had an absolute nightmare with them.
I ordered from them about 4 times, and the quality of some things was okay but not great for the price and some are awful and I keep having to fix them because of their poor sewing job. I shouldn't have to stitch something if I paid $95 for it and only wore it twice! Also anything white is seethrough.
The thing that made me decide to not order from them anymore was the customs surprise! I got an email from the shipping company SkyNet saying I have to pay $21 for customs. And I can't pay at the door, I have to click a link and can only pay online which is so sketchy. The reason I'm so pissed is that Missguided never notified me about the changes. I didn't see this anywhere when making my order, how was I supposed to guess that I now have to pay more money just to get my things? Don't see a point in buying things on sale then, I end up paying the original price anyway it seems.
Just shop at Forever21, they are a cheaper copy of Missguided. And in Canada I get their order in 2 or 3 days every time!
I have never written a review of a company anymore - I think that probably sums up this shopping experience. I ordered 5 things on Black Friday. Shipping was $5 to US and Canada, so as a Canadian I was super excited. After I ordered, my sister told me to call and change the address to our US mailbox because Misguided charges crazy duties post-delivery (she paid $20 in duties for a $19 dress!) Within 5 minutes of placing the order, I opened chat and asked the address to be changed. They said they would request it, but it wasn't guaranteed. I asked when I would know and how I would know, because if it was denied I would have cancelled and spent my money on other black friday sales. They said they wouldn't know. 3 days later, I messaged again, not having heard ANYTHING about the order. I asked if my address had been changed, they said it hadn't. Asked to have it changed again. Then, this morning, I got an email saying some of my items were being returned to me. I didn't know which, so I opened the dreaded chat once more. They told me ALL of my items were out of stock. I was so disappointed. As a student, this was my one splurge all year. Now, I have no clothes and have missed all the good Black Friday sales. Would not recommend ANYONE shops here, especially around big sale days. SO unhappy with my service.
Absolutely asinine company - do not bother placing an order with this company. Without getting long winded:
1. My order was placed (a sale item) as of November 11th
2.It is now November 26th, and I have yet to receive a tracking number
3. I was told by the chat rep "Tia" that my order was actually placed as of November 17th and as a result they cannot provide me with a tracking number as it could take up to 11 business days for that number to be processed
4.Ive asked to cancel this transaction. I was told that they cannot do so. I asked why "Tia" could not provide me with a sufficient answer
5 Instead she wanted me to fill out a form with information that I've already relayed to her (order #, item # etc) - this is simply a technique to buy more time as it became clear to me they don't know what theyre doing
6. She then claims that I would need to send the coat back in order to get my refund - a coat i don't physically have in possession lol
7. I called her out on her obvious lies. No apologies were issued, no real sense of accountability. She then said she will end the conversation because I had no additional questions
Save yourself the grief and DO NOT place your order with Misguided. There was no true resolution, just a bunch of time wasting as its clear that they don't know what they're doing.
REALLLLLYYY sh***y company. I ordered something with plenty of time for it to get here before coachella and now coachella is a day away and it's still not here! Customer service just does not exist with this USELESS company.
I ordered 2 swimsuits on jun 17th I only received one 2 days ago and it July 29th.The bottoms on the one I got the stitching was completely sewn wrong.
I don't usually spend my time by writing reviews but this time I got so frustrated that I have to do so. I am shopping online for the last 10 years and more and the experience I had with Missguided was HORRIBLE. The products shown on their pictures have nothing to do with the real products they are sending you. It's amazing how audacity they show. I 've ordered a satin dress, which the fabric was stretchy, see through and not satin for sure. The stitches were obvious also from the front side of the dress. The fabric and material was so cheap, that for sure you could't wear it anywhere and it also had 'puff' sleeves that were falling down and couln't hold their 'puff' shape as the fabric was so thin. It was a disaster and believe me, that dress didn't worth even 1 euro. It was ridiculous. It was way far of how it looked in the pictures. Even if you buy from a Chinese website, the quality is nicer. At first, when I received my order I thought it was a joke (but no). After sharing my bad experience, they contacted me via email and offered my the solution of 'RETURN'. Wow... I think all online stores have this policy of returning products that you don't like. However I paid initially 8 euros shipping and now I will arrange to pay the courier and none of these shipping costs will be refunded back to me,. Very kind of them. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SITE FOR ONLINE SHOPPING.
Paid double shipping fee and got nothing. They didn't even refund the tax of the items. A very bad experience. I will stay away Missguided forever.
Their clothes are honestly so cute and good $#*! quality but you need to know it's probably gonna take almost 2 months for your order to arrive.
I ordered from Missguided for the first time on 11/29/17 and received an email the very next day to say my package was on the way to me in Canada (tracking no. Included). 5 days later I came across this site only to read the awful reviews which I wish I had read earlier! Immediately after reading reviews about duty fees, I found a similar email in my junkmail from EzClear requesting duty fees in the amount of $41.79 CAD on a $100 CAD order (see breakdown below). Initially I was just as pissed as everyone else, but honestly, I absolutely LOVE the fur coat I bought off the website so I was not as mad when the product came in 8 days after purchase. I just wish I wasnt hit with such high fees. Probably wont order again.
For anyone who wishes to send their complaints to the company: *******@missguided.co.uk I am told they are then passed on to the complaints team. Maybe with enough complaints theyll go back to their old business model which according to other reviewersapparently worked better and omitted any extra fees.
