After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.
Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.
I'm absolutely surprised by some of the negative reviews, I've been ordering from them a while now and have always received my items with in 2-3 days, they send tracking and updates on where my stuff is in route to and from, great quality clothes and affordable prices.
Honestly after submitting my order, I was nervous because I hate shopping online and I read the negative reviews. But really, I ordered 4 dresses, all size 6 and it fit true to size and looks great! I love each dress and will not be returning any of them and they came in a timely manner with express shipping. I couldnt risk doing standard shipping bc my graduation is this Friday but it came in 4 business days after ordering which is really fast. So all in all a great online shop :)

Not only did i get hit with a $75 customs bill, they also messed up my order and gave me the wrong item. The item they got wrong was $22 and they accidentally sent an item that was worth $7. Obviously my first instinct was to start a return but it is ridiculously expensive to return to their warehouse from Canada to the UK. Honestly just save yourself the trouble and buy your clothes off of Pretty Little Thing or Fashion Nova (they've never charged me customs). By the way, my order total was $175.00 and I paid for express shipping which took 7 days. To be fair the other clothes were fine but definitely not exceptional, I would've been fine ordering from another retailer.
I didn't do research about this company before i purchase (my mistake) and i am unlucky as well as those people here:< i ordered 7 items from them in total $140 and they charged me $170 with 1 item will be delivered and there is no customer service hotline or anything to reach them except email which i doubt that they will ever respond =.= waste money and this is the first time shopping has made me so frustrated
I ordered 4 pieces about 3 weeks ago as a next day delivery. Here I am, no package and no refund. Customer service is rubbish. Don't bother wasting your time. Have been using ASOS, next online, boohoo and never had any problems. The first and last time I'll ever use misguided.
I ordered before Christmas and it was smooth sailing. I ordered over a week ago (express shipping) and the tracking showed no activity. After reading these reviews I check my junk mail and see a sketchy email from Sky net asking me to pau 33$ when I've never paid duties for Missguided before. Now Im out 2 dresses for my birthday and fly out on vacation tomorrow without any evening outfits to wear. What a bust. Never again.
I'm so glad that I'm not the only one having trouble with this unprofessional, clueless company. First order, I receive top instead of the skirt. Send it back immediately, two months later still no refund, no skirt! Second order, I get email from them asking form a copy of my passport and utility bill. Really? I've never heard of a business asking to email them pictures of my personal documents. Never! I will never even try purchasing anything from them again. Despicable service, horrible customer communication and just useless company. Good luck to them. Cant wait till they go out of business.
They used to cover customs and duties but changed it this year. They also changed to sky net as their shipping company months prior when it used to be Canada Post... I don't know who the director of marketing or sales is, but they royally scr*wed Canadian customers like me who were loyal simply because their items were unique, but still cheap and poor quality. My last purchase was $30 and i ended up paying $36 in customs and duties fees. And shipping took two more weeks than what was posted. Having a conversation with customer service is literally like talking to a junior high kids this day and age. They call you hun, and babe, and patronize you while not even addressing what your concern is. Every response you get is from a different person so you end up having to repeat yourself a dozen times and it's literally like talking to a wall. I would save your sanity and shop at other cheap online stores that cover duties and ship with a reputable shipper.
I have had very bad experiences with online clothing sites but never once has missguidedUS disappointed me. I am very very surprised by the negative reviews I have come across. Usually when I order I get a confirmation number right away. Tracking number in no more than 24 hours and every step of the way I get email notifications letting me know my package is still on its way. I live in New York a problem at all with this company. I will continue to order my goods from missguided.
I ordered a black blazer in January. I emailed them today because I have not received my merchandise. I was informed that it was sold out yet nobody reached out to me to let me know. Now we are haggling over my refund. They are refusing to process my refund unless I provide information that I do not feel comfortable providing. Save your money do not do business with these people. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau in America as well.

I just encourage you to not use them. I’ve been in retail 41 years and I know what it is you have to do provide a refund. What they are asking me to do is provide confidential information and I should not have to do that to process a refund under $100. Also I am concerned that this item was out of stock and no one from this company reached out to tell me I would not be receiving it.

I used the chat feature on 1/24/22 that ended at 11:19 pm est. I ordered a green maxi sweater dress, they sent me a black crop top. The chat with Pamela was painful. They are SCAMMERS. I Tried to get them to resend my dress that still appears on their site in stock. Pamela said its not in stock and the website is not up to date. What type of site doesn't know the inventory. Worst experience. Do not order from these scammers. I'm paying $40 for a crop top, ridiculous. They didn't care, don't waste your money!
I ordered one skirt was to be here in 7 days that was last month. It's never been shipped said warehouse is working on it. Working on what? Making it? Picturing little ferrets with tiny sewing machines filling orders one by one. Reviews say great customer service... really? What customer service? It's the same scripted response from you can read on there site. Great customer service eliminates issues. This company is Amazing they keep the same issues continuing! Don't expect a very Merry Christmas if you're ordering from this company. Beginning to think this is just another shell company.
Horrible customer service. Tracking indicated my package had arrived when it had not. You can apparently only connect with customer service via chat or Facebook. These people literally told me to look in the bushes, check with neighbors, and drive across town to a bad neighborhood with a similar address to find the package! They made me fill out an investigation form ( that under penalty of law- I was not lying about the package) and still would not refund! Horrible customer service and they do not stand behind their products that may never even arrive!
I received expired promo codes from them twice in one week and they would not honor the discount codes sent to me. They advised I had to purchase the items full price, wait 48 hours for them to process the code, then another possible 5-10 days to receive the refund. That's insane and unacceptable. It ultimately sounds like a scam. Please be aware and don't fall for this. I don't know if this is some time of scam they're doing to multiple consumers.
Please read these reviews. I did not before ordering and now wish I had. I've not received any tracking updates. It's been 2 weeks. I don't even know if my order has shipped. Definitely not stressing about it because I only ordered one thing, but it kinda sucks.

This was my first time ordering from them and I placed my order on 11/29. It says on their website if I ordered before 12/9 my stuff would arrive before Christmas. It did not arrive and matter of fact, it's been in the same place since 12/23 and hasn't even reached USPS. I have complained many times and they told me to wait until the end of last week and since it's now Tuesday, they continue to tell me to wait. They thankfully refunded the shipping I paid and I Insisted they give me a free return label for this bulls*it. Don't order from here. I also have read the reviews that their closing is garbage. You have better luck on shein as they actually have your clothes arrive and sometimes isn't bad quality.
I returned one f my outfits a couple weeks ago and as im trying to talk to them on 'live chat,' they take for ever to get back to me and then don't even answer my question, instead they ask "hi... are you still there?" like "yes i am still here, i am waiting for you to answer my previous question" which you said would only take a minute and it ended u taking ten. Their service is honestly awful. I love their clothes but they need to learn how to run a good and reliable business before starting one.
I would not take the time to normally write a review on a company only making one mistake but this company is beyond careless and unprofessional. The first incident I ran into with them was when I ordered a bomber Jacket and did not get the jacket they charged my card no problem though. I caught what happened and after countless emails and calls they reversed the charge which took about a week and a half. The second issue I have had with them is of course shipping. I am sure a big number of people go through the same thing but there shipping is just a joke in reality. They tell you your package will be there within 4 business days HA! I think they meant 14 business days. In all I will not order from them again its 2016 way to many places to spend my money and receive what is expected from a company that sells consumer items.
I had such a terrible experience that I cannot recommend this company. I tried emailing numerous times and never heard a response. They did very little to help me when they delayed my order - if I didn't refuse my package they would've charged me the express shipping price even though it was extremely late!
I've been waiting a month for my package. They continue to give me the run around about getting a refund. The package has not made any progress and hasn't shown any indication that I will be receiving it.

So for the shipping it came in only 6 business days so very fast. I ordered 90$ worth of clothes with free shipping and then I get an email saying I need to pay online 30$ in customs, 1/3 the price of my order! I ordered all the shirts in the same size yet the sizing was wildly different. The material feels thick and isn't that comfortable, and even though it feels thick the white shirts are quite see through. I got one shirt that was extremely big on me and the other the arms were so tight it almost cut off circulation, yet they claimed to be the same size. You have to pay for returns so won't even bother. The clothes that fit look cute but still not worth how much I payed.
Don't waist your time and money! I received an email from FedEx stating some of the items from my order had been cancelled by the shipper. What!? So I emailed their customer service email and nothing! No reply. I ordered a total of 5 items and they took out the entire 145.18 dollars from my card and now I'm only receiving a 26 dollar Jean! It is so frustrating! And after reading all these reviews I'm convinced they are a scam!
I was shocked to see so many negative reviews of Missguided. I live in the US and I've purchased large orders from Missguided several times and I've never had any issues. I only purchase from them when they are having a 40-50% promotion and I always do big-ish orders during these promotions so I never have to pay for shipping.
I always shop online and Missguided is one of the sites that I am frequently looking through and purchasing from. I've read some of the negative reviews and I highly suggest to not let that deter you from shopping on this site. The prices are great (especially during the big promotions) and the quality is good for what you pay for.
If you ever have any issue with your order the best thing to do, in my opinion, is to reach out to them on their social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). They're always very responsive on there.
I ordered three times from Missguided and am finally fed up! They claimed (for all three orders, returned at different times) that the warehouse never received my return. They require you to save the USPS receipt and email it to them as proof. The tracking number (showing the items were clearly delivered to their warehouse) is not enough. They try to get out of giving people refunds. Buyers BEWARE. The company is either a SCAM or they need to hire more competent people in their warehouse.
