After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.
Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.
I put all my shipping information in and my credit card number and when I clicked complete order. It said my payment didn't go through and to try again. So I checked my bank account and they took money out. They won't give me money back and I won't be receiving clothes either. As I didn't even get a confirmation email. Scammers

Read the all the terms and conditions before you buy. Missugided is pretty clear that there are duty charges due if you are in Canada. Even with duty the prices are great.
They have a good return policy too. Not sure why people are complaining.
Month back I ordered for 3 pair of jeans from Missguided. But only one size was perfect but other two sizes were tight although the size tag mentioned on those two were same as that was mentioned in the first one. They might have tagged the wrong number. I brought the fact before Missguided Customer care here http://www.fixithere.net/missguided-contact-number/. They told me to return those items with in 14 days. I did accordingly and with one week I received correct sized jeans.
I ordered 5 items from them. Only recieved 4 but said 5 was sent out. I called them up and spoke to a representative. This person was so rude. No apology at all. This person told me that I would have to create a claim, fill out the loss item form and send it back then they will see what they can do. So its my fault for not receiving what I bought... not their? When I asked her for a phone number where I could call and talk to someone, she said they dont have any phone number. They make it so ridiculously hard and inconvenient for their customers and not try to resolve any issue at all. They just hope with all the inconveniences they created, you just give up and suck up ur loss. If you want to order anything from them, do it at your own risks. They do not care whether you receive your items or not is none of their business.
I ordered 130$ worth of clothes on April 17th, it's June 6th today and i still haven't received my package and i can not even track it. This is the second time something like that happend. First time i thought it's just my bad luck, but nope it's Missguided. Stay away
Everyone in CANADA watch out misguided is now shipping with Skynet! Read more about this company and their reviews! Very poor choice in companies to associate themselves with. I bought jeans for $54 and Skynet wanted me to pay $26 in fees! Very disappointed won't be buying anything *******@missguided until they start working with more reputable companies
When you return items, they don't refund you like they say they will within 5 business days. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to dispute the charges! Never again will I order from them!
I spent about $350 on clothes for an upcoming vacation. I ordered on Sunday, and my order actually came very fast on Wednesday. Literally everything in my order was crap quality, it looked cheaper than my local hood store clothing. I did my research and saw so many YouTube videos of people trying on their clothing, and everything looked great! I went on Instagram, and saw mostly high count followers tagged in a lot of their clothing so I guess that was sketchy. Don't believe the hype ladies, these clothes are inferior in quality, and the prices are wayyyy too high. I'm a first time customer, and I'm keeping it that way. Let's see how my return will go now. I had to pay $16 in total for two shipping lables, for two orders. They better refund my stuff waste of time, and literally money.
This order took 3 weeks to get to me. One dress was so sheer I was completely naked when wearing it. Paper thin. No way whoever made this dress did not see this coming. I won't be ordering from this website again.

Took days to get someone to respond. What kind of company doesn't have a phone. After my credit card was stolen they refused to help me or cancel the order. Son or order from this company unless you want scammed and your money stolen.
I ordered a coat thinking "oh so cute, and cheap"! I got one thing right, the cheap part. The coat was such bad quality. So thin, and I can't even begin to talk about how $#*!ty the fabric was. Ordered a shirt too and the shirt looks like something from a Chinese online store. Never purchasing from them again. I'll stick to zara and asos who have good customer service and free returns.

I ordered something months ago and never received it. Filed a disclaimer and was promised a refund by two different reps but never received one. Spoke with third rep and they said the refund was cancelled because it was showing that I received the order. I used to support them regularly but no more. I recommend ordering from ASOS if you want cute/trendy clothing.
I bought a beige, cross-back, slinky maxi dress for an evening party. It was actually pretty thick, which surprised me since the site's prices are pretty affordable. Missguided carries a lot of items, but most of them pretty similar in style. I was lucky that the dress I bought turned out to be pretty high quality, but some of the other pieces I've ordered from them aren't always great.
I love this company and have never had a problem - I have ordered at least 10x and their clothes are always amazing, unique, and flattering. Obsessed with this site. I live in US - not sure where these bad reviews are coming from? They usually have 50% off, which is awesome.
I ordered 2 dresses on misguided totaling $32 with a discount code. The dresses online looked beautiful and flattering so I was super excited when it arrived in 5 days (which I thought was pretty quick). However, what was inside, was definitely NOT what I ordered. The dresses they sent me looked cheap as hell! The sizing was way off, even though I ordered 2 sizes up, and the fabric looked so cheap! These were not flattering what so ever and so short you could see my whoo-ha! I looked like a cheap hooker who bought her clothes at the sex shop!
Anyway, I emailed them right away saying they sent me the wrong items... cause well, I didn't order what they sent for sure. They told me to ship it back and after I asked for a refund on the $7.50 shipping, they gave me a store credit for that amount. I got my $32 back credited to my card. I was happy about that. But will not be ordering from them again.
They have very poor customer service. I decided to buy some swimsuits because there was a 40% off code. At checkout, I entered the code and everything was fine. Then I get an email from my credit card company was a different amount. They charged me full price WITHOUT the 40% off. I immediately contacted them, they asked for my email and order number. I provided it. Then they said there is NOTHING they can do. They did not even offer me some sort of compensation. POOR POOR POOR customer service.
Okay so to start with I was a little worried since I placed my order before reading the reviews. However to my pleasant surprise it wasn't bad at all! Sure 40$ in customs on a 117$ order was a little annoying (hence the loss of a star) but the quality, price and shipping time was well worth it. I placed my order feb 26 and received it March 6. It was amazing! All the sizes were correct no issues at all (keep in mind I live in Toronto Canada). I'll definitely be ordering more from here.
Literally the worst service I've ever received. I asked to cancel an order because I had heard that their clothes were really bad quality. They put the request through but then still ended shipping it out. When I contacted customer service they said that their policy is 45 minute cancellation, yet it doesn't say it ANYWHERE on their website, and then the told me my only option is to ship the package back when I receive it. I came to ship it back and it wad $15 shipping. Their website says that they will pay for a part of the shipping but when I contacted customer service they told me that I was in fault and not them so they would not pay for any of the return shipping (to me or back to them). The customer service representative was rude and sarcastic. Definitely will never be ordering form them again and I advise you not to as well.
I returned items back for a refund 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago i got in touch with them because i never got a refund. They are telling me they have not received my package. According to my tracking number- they did successfully received it. They are asking me to provide the "proof" of delivery and tracking number - which i no longer have because this was 2 1/2 weeks ago. SO basically i lost 86$. They will NOT refund me and what irritates me the most- they will NOT ADMIT their mistake of loosing my package. They are completely disorganized. One customer service advisor says one thing- another one says something different. They deserve less then a 1 star.
On April 6, I had ordered about $200.00 worth of clothing. The next day I received an email saying I could track my package but there was about three different sites to track my package from. This was unheard of to me and just seemed sketchy. It's been about more than a week and no movement was being shown. On 04/16/2020, I decided to contact customer service and they explained my package was lost. They gave me two options of a reorder of my items with priority shipping or a complete refund. I chose the refund since the items I wanted were no longer in stock and I did not want to go through that hassle again. Keep in mind, I ordered from the US site and I live in California. I bought from this site not reading the reviews first. Just be aware of this site.
I ordered a matching sweat set & a sweatshirt and it still hasn't arrived. They have absolutely ZERO customer service to help with this with issue. Absolute terrible customer service & I will not order again from them.

You will be charged duty fees if you'd order is over $200 if you live in the USA. The fee is quite expensive also!
Once your order is placed, you will not be able to cancel your order. Basically you're stuck until you receive your items to do a return. You're going to have to pay to return the items yourself and it's not that cheap.
The items are poor quality! Seriously, you can get the same stuff from those China websites for a lot cheaper!
I rather donate my money to a good cause instead of buying cheap crap with a hefty duty fee from this site!
Lost over $400 from order that wasn't delivered. Customer service wont help and says, due to the changes in ownership of Missguided, the administrators are not in a position to honor my unfulfilled order or refund me the cost.
I ordered 10 items on Sunday and my order came on Thursday, I'm in USA. The package came nice and with logo bag. All items were independently wrapped and labeled. All came in my size as I ordered.

Ordered a blazer according to the sizing chart they provided. Received the blazer but it was way too small. I wanted to exchange but they don't offer exchanges. You have to place a new order and return old order. When I went to add the blazer to repurchase, I noticed the price changed. The company would not honor the price I originally paid. They kept mentioning they have a right to increase prices. In a matter of days I watched the price increase from $62 to $75! I have never experienced this with any store ever! With all the complaints of other reviewers not receiving refunds, I'm afraid to send my return back for fear of not receiving a refund! This is shady business practices and DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing from them under any circumstances! They should be investigated! If I could give them negative stars I would!
