After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.
Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.
I ordered a dress from them and when it got to customs, customs contacted me to a crazy amount so I refused. My parcel has been sitting there for 1.5 months and I told them to send it back and they haven't. When I told missguided, they said if I return it they will charge me customs, duties, and taxes for an item I never received! I don't understand that! I'm so upset. I won't even be getting my money back after all is said and done. Beyond angry and will never over again!
I placed a order and it took over 2 weeks to come. That's just part of my dilemma. I realized that they sent out the wrong size. I immediately contacted customer service only to be told that I would have to pay $8.00 to send it back. They also said it would take 5 days to reach their warehouse and a additional 5 days before I can get a refund. The company will purposely send you out the wrong size if your size is out of stock just to keep your money and not give you out a refund. Please don't waste your time or money with this company. This company actually deserves a zero if that was an option.
They sent my $70 order to the other side of the country and claimed I had my "address" wrong when I didn't. Then they proceeded to tell me half of the things I order were out of the stock and that they count refund me. It's been over two weeks since I ordered and haven't gotten my $70 back or a package. Very un happy with this store and with their customer service
I ordered a sweater for a xmas party. The event was a little over 2 weeks away when I ordered and with the standard shipping option stating it only takes 5-7 days for US orders I thought I would get it in time no problem. WRONG! It never showed up (still waiting on this sweater) i had reached out to customer service asking where my item was and at this point just wanted a refund. They said they couldnt issue the refund bc my item was already sent out and I would be receiving it the next day. WRONG AGAIN! This website is such a scam and after reading other reviews not good quality. Save yourself the wait and money and DO NOT order from this garbage website.
I placed an order, which did take a while to receive. But once I got my order in I loved the quality of the clothes and they were super cute. I would recommend this website solely based on the price and quality, but if you are expecting your order to come in quickly I would recommend looking somewhere else.
I ordered a dress from Missguided under the impression that I would receive it within 3-6 business days as their website states. 7 days later my dress has still not arrived and I am unable to track it. I talk with someone on the chat option and she tells me that my item is most likely lost and that I will have to file a form. Two weeks after ordering the dress I finally receive it and of course it doesn't fit, and they don't do exchanges. You have to return the dress and order a new one. I purchased the dress and received 40% off so I assumed I would be able to reorder it for 40% off, but I am wrong. I talk to a person on chat again and she tells me all she can do is 10% off. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she tells me the same thing even though my dress was lost and I didn't receive it for weeks. She was extremely unhelpful and could care less that the dress took much longer than it was suppose to to be delivered.
My total order came to $125 (taxes included) and I got a call from Fedex the next day that my import fees were an additional $60.24 to get the items. I have no idea how the import fees could constitute almost half the price of my original order.
While I am Canadian so I did have to pay a hefty exchange and shipping, my items came within a week and are all in great shape and are exactly what I ordered. No items look cheap or slightly off. I will state that I did go a size up to be safe and am thankful. I am normally a size 10 but went for most of my items as a size 12. They have great deals but just be aware of the exchange rate. I'm fully satisfied!

I ordered dresses at a reasonable price. I realized that it would take a week to get to me, which I was fine with. 2.5 weeks later and I get my package. Not only was it much later than I was promised, but the track link did not work. The dresses were horrible quality and smelled like rubber. I go to return and the help representatives were confused as to what I was trying to say. The return cost was just about as much as the dresses themselves, leaving me to basically pay for nothing. You might as well pay a little more if you want even slight quality of items, basic help, and easy returns.
Missguided lures you in with a 50% off sale, tell you that you are responsible for import charges and duties. Then, through a shady third-party company called Skynet, they charge you over 50% of the value of your item as import duty. Add that to horrible customer service from both the shipper and missguided and you basically have a nightmare. Spare yourself the shock and headache and shop somewhere else.
I ordered from Missguided after I saw them advertise on Instagram. However, after I ordered I read reviews and was immediately concerned that I had made a mistake in ordering. Well, I'm so glad I didn't read reviews before ordering because everything came out awesome. I ordered two pairs of shoes (sneakers and sandals) - they fit perfect and are so cute! I ordered three dresses - good material and fit exactly how I thought they would. I ordered a black body suit - which again, fit perfect. I am based in Canada and they ship from UK - I was not charged shipping fees, only duties ($36) which I didn't find that bad since the entire order itself was discounted 50% for promotion and the shipment arrived super quickly! I would recommend this site to anyone & we certainly purchase again!
Horrible! If I could have not checked even one star is be happy! So much for the free and fast shipping they offer. I had to send copies of my photo ID and a recent utility bill which extended the shipment date. When I received shipping confirmation my Apt# was not listed even though it appearrd on there order form. I tried numerous times via chat and email to get a response. Finally chatted with someone, she promised to contact courier, which is documented in the chat notes. Didn't happen package was undeliverable and returned. Now more chats and emails! They kept replying with their canned response to contact USPS! I live in NYC so it's an extra hassle, it's not the carriers fault if the label is wrong! Their signature Love & Peace is laughable!
They charged my card 10$ or so more then the grand total with shipping and tax. I was a little confused but i let it go since it wasn't a big deal. But then a few days later, i get an email saying i have to pay more money in custom fees! What a scam! I bought from misguided because of good sales and prices but if i had known i would be charged over and over again, i would've been better off buying the items from a regular outlet that wouldn't charge me more than double the actual price. Bought 2 biker shorts for 10$ each with a 50% off code (14.80 including tax and shipping) and ended up paying approximately 40$ in total. Highly don't recommend, won't be shopping there ever again.
The entire process after they take your money is horrific. There will be a confirmation email sent three days later with an tracking number that does not work, or is never updated. The package takes forever to arrive. By the time it was on my doorstep, they sent everything in the wrong size. I logged in to double check my order, and everything was correct on my end. When I contacted customer service, they did not offer a solution nor an apology. They were rude and told ME to order the correct size next time. Huh? Learn from my mistakes! Do not waste your money. There's too many reputable online retailers to deal with an company so clearly mismanaged, incompetent. Ironically, the clothes are so poorly made I wouldn't have worn them anyway. Pictures and paid blogger endorsements truly are decieving.
First off they never sent me what i ordered the first time stuff was too big sent it back months ago never recieved my money contacted them through twitter like what if you don't have an account?, and got the run around the first time i contacted them about filing a missing items return and return on clothes which my credit card company would not go through due to them being located out of the us. Then after i finally processed my return i contacted them today from the return i sent back 3 months ago and there finally sending back the money also i had two chokers missing they only sent one after i filed the missing items report. This is the worst customer service i ever dealt with and i will never make a purchase again

On their website, they advertise free shipping get your order in 2-3 days - with no fine print, so it's guaranteed. I ordered a mesh bodysuit on last Monday morning and just received this evening, 2 weeks. While I adore what I got, their shipping and handling is HORRIBLE. Sure I shouldn't have assumed it would have came that fast but to advertise on the website is a plain lie. Also, they use skynet as their tracking service which is annoying because it never updated on time so I never knew where my package was. First and last time ordering. If you live in the us or Canada, don't bother ordering from here
I ordered a dress for my gf on 12-03-21 and it was lost in transit. It was shipped from the UK and evidently was tendered to DHL. I called Missguided customer service today, 12-17-21. They wanted to give me an $8 code for a future order. REALLY? I informed them I will never order from Missguided again. Do not do business with Missguided. William Schulte
I ordered two faux leather skirts, carefully double checking the size chart. I am a 26 in waist so I ordered a US size 2. However when I received them they were too small. Well to be fair the material is not stretchy at all, it's one of those tight faux leather skirts so maybe that's why I couldn't zip the skirts up but still... I wish the size chart was more accurate.
I see a lot of reviews saying this site is a scam site but I had zero problem with this website, no "hidden fees" or "customs" fees. I live in SoCal, placed the order on Friday the 5th of April and received the order today, Tuesday April 9th. They sent me the tracking number the following day right away on Saturday. So for me it was a real quick shipping/delivery process.
Please heed my warning especially in Canada, the shipping company skyview that missguided uses is extremely expensive. My order was $47.00 Canadian plus $6.00 shipping by misguided. I then recieved an email asking for me to go online and make a payment to some company called Skyview for duty, brokerage and processing for $27.21. They also charge a storage fee even though they are suppose to deliver right away. I've order online all the time and have never seen such high duty charges on $47.00. They even charge a small amount for airport handling? Have you ever had ups charge something like that for delivering. When I contacted misguided they wanted no part of hearing my experience. The fees charged were more then 50% of my original order. If my order had been $200 and I got charged $27 that would be understandable. After all of this the clothes are too small, if I want a refund I have to pay return shipping. That's $6 to get the item $27 duty and $12 to ship back. $45 dollar lesson.

I have seen the evolution of this website go from extremely cheap to super trendy and more expensive(but for the better I suppose). They have great clothing, but the site is super glitchy and I sometimes can't even order because my shopping bag always empties out. The photos never load. I just don't have patience. I was also charged duty after surpassing $200 they wouldn't pay and then a fine for allowing it to become over due. Beware.
The package took around a month to come in when it said it would come in in a week. One item I ordered was not like the photo on the website, but the shipping that the website has YOU pay in order to return an item ended up costing more than the actual item. I'm overall quite disappointed.

I ordered shorts for my work uniform and I saw a cute dress so since I'm paying for the delivery I decided to get it too. You guys delivered only this dress and my main purpose was shorts for work. You didn't say it was out of stock or it was a mistake of a person who packed it. I'm very unhappy I just lost my money and time. I would not recommend to my anyone. Plus on dress one of the bottoms was lost
I orded a sweater from missguided a few days after the black friday sale. It was supposed to be the 5-7 day shipping method. Its been 2 weeks and I have not recieved anything. The shipping tracker has not updated AT ALL. I contacted them through facebook twitter and insta and they dont give an honest answer. Sometimes they dont even answer back unless you comment again stating that you havent gotten an answer. Its super annoying and I reported them to my bank account and i'm expecting to get my money back sooner or later.
