After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.

Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.

I ordered 2 sweaters and a faux leather skirt. I ordered a US size 12 in the skirt - I usually wear a 10 or a 12 so to be on the safe side I ordered the 12. It was huge. Cute skirt just way too big. The sweaters were both size M/L and they were so cute. Hoping they don't shrink in the wash. The shipping was SO slow. Took over 3 weeks for my clothes to arrive. I messaged them to see the updated delivery date would be and they refunded my $5 shipping since it was late.

I love Missguided clothes. My first time ordering, I had a great experience. I Recieved my clothes in a timely manner and no defaults. They were though a bit to big for me, so I returned them and repurchased. I have done this many times on other sites, thinking I was going to get my refund for my clothes. Well it's been over two months and I have not Recieved my refund. I have contact customer service and they will not respond. Could someone help me? I'm not sure how to proceed with this.

I ordered from Misguided a few days ago with a 50% off sale and they claimed free shipping. Today I received a text stating I have to pay $55 in order to receive my package. I have shopped from numerous online websites and have never experienced this, if I had known this I would have ordered from Fashion Nova!

I ordered a dress from Missguided for my daughter's homecoming dance two weeks before the event. I never received it. I had to contact the company 3 times to finally get a refund. The first time I contacted them they told me that it had been shipped but couldn't provide a tracking number. The second time I contacted them, they told me it was shipping that day and I couldn't cancel the order to get a refund. Finally I contacted them and fussed about their poor customer service basically calling them liars. This time they said they would refund me and the rep was nice enough. This was 3 weeks after the dress was supposed to be delivered.

I will never order or recommend them to others. BEWARE.

I have been trying for a month now to get a refund for an item I bought in December. I did receive it on time however, they sent the wrong item. One would think since this is a mistake on their part that you would easily return it and get a refund. NOPE! I'm still trying. All I get getting is a run around from their chat service and their stupid emailing service. First I did not get a return label so I had to pay for it to get sent back. Then they said they can't give me the amount I paid for shipping originally because they had to send it to me. At this point I would just like someone to reply email. And of course get my money I paid for the item. Its not my fault they are screw ups. I shouldn't have to pay for that. They should. Its called training employees.

ATTENTION! Do not order from this company. I ordered five items (two of the five were the wrong size) from this company. Sent all five items back to the address in the box the clothes were sent in. After a few days, I called to see whether they received the items. They told me they didn't and I never received my refund. The items were sent back in December 2016 and its March almost April 2017, still no refund. Do not waste your time, they are scammers.

I ordered a skirt, paid $17usd for it, and it is the cheapest article of clothing I have ever seen. I The skirt looked way different on the pictures. It is definitely deceiving. DO NOT waste your money. You will waste your money in shopping dissapointment, and shame because others told you not to order from them. Also I received an incomplete order, and shoes one size larger. Basically, nothing was what I wanted, nor what I was intended to receive. Trust!

Ordered a dress (cut out panel bardot bodycon dress black) and shoes (lace up tassel block heeled sandals black). The negatives: paying a $52 fee to ups, the size of the Dress is a little off (shoulder is too wide), and it looked a bit different (material wise) than the one advertised. Positives: The shoes fit perfect and comfortably, It was delivered on the correct date, costumer service replied to my email in less than a 30 mins, 20% discount when you sign up, and the dress is still cute (even though the measurements was a bit off)

My order came damaged and I was instructed to return the item and submit my proof of return shipping for reimbursement. When I submitted my proof, I was told the item should not be returned and the amount I spent on returning the item would not be covered. When I emailed them to explain that it was their fault because they told me to return the item, I was told they didn't have the money to reimburse me. The cost was $10. Their company didn't have $10 to give me. So in summary, I paid $10 and got no item.

They have the cutest clothes, for pretty reasonable prices. They quality is OK.

However, I have never experienced such horrible customer service. 1) Nowhere is it stated on their website that your order might be subject to custom charges. And I was charged over $60 in fees on a $200 order. 2) They charged the $60 custom fees to the company's, which I work for, account. And I have no idea how they got their account information. 3) You have to pay to ship it back to them.

And most importantly 4) It took them 2 months to process my return. And it's been almost 3 months for them to still credit me back my money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

So i placed an order 2 months ago and got my items within two weeks so no biggie. But when i got the items, they were nothing like the pics and the quality is horrible so i decided to return all items. I paid for return shipping with usps and even added signature conformation totalling almost $9. So its been a month since i return the items and now im left to emailing and live chatting but still they wont give me my refund. They keep telling me that they will look into it even when i sent then the tracking # and id transaction etc etc. i had to file a claim with paypal and im still waiting smh! Dont waste your time with this scaming company, they will give you cheap clothes from china and make you beg for your money back when you decide to return your items. Just dont do it, trust me!

I purchased a dress knowing there was a good chance it wouldn't look great. I promptly returned it per the included return instructions and used the return label they provided.

I never received a refund and they've insisted they've never received it. Every time I email customer service, they ask me if I took a photo as proof that I returned it. Why the hell would I take a photo? I followed the instructions that were included in the package. Apparently their online return instructions recommend you do take said photo as proof. Shady.

It's a total scam on their end to keep my $60. I will never buy from them again and I will post this review on every site I can possibly find to do so.

Im mad as $#*! why did i have $25 more $#*!ing dollars on my already $75 order with that stupid 13$ Shipping order price. Bruh honestly dont ever buy from here all of that for a stupid dress. The $#*! they sell is not even worth for how much more u have to pay if u dont live in the uk. DISGUSTANG

I don't understand why some idiots are laughing at others dismay! It's called a review for a reason and people WILL have different experiences. So someone sitting there saying don't believe this comment or that one is nonesense; good for you if you've had a great experience with them, write about that and keep it moving not start acting like a 5yr old spoilt brat! I paid for express delivery and I was disappointed staying indoors all day only not to recieve my items! When I complained customer service only wrote me back after two days saying the was an issue with my address which is a big lie because I have bn ordering from them months before. I'm very disappointed with this company because they so have nice things but not just a good customers service.

Don't waste your time or money. Their shipping policy is flat out deceit. I ordered a jacket for a party and double checked that it would arrive on time. The site plainly listed 3-5 business days for their standard delivery shipping.
* Note: I just checked and looks like they've since changed it to "will usually arrive in up to 7 business days", which is still a complete lie.

I placed my order on the 10th, it was marked as shipped on the 12th. It did not actually transfer to the carrier until the 14th and has been snail crawling across the UK ever since. Not only did my order not get here in time for the event but it's now scheduled to arrive Dec. 3'd. Almost a month later. I would expect long shipping from China but this is nothing short of a scam. Either be honest about your practices or customers will take their business elsewhere.

Yikes that they slid that customs charge under my nose, YASSSS on the fact that it delivered in a week to Canada, and the clothes were exactly what I ordered and fit af! Great quality! Love the sweater! I ordered 72$usd(95$Ca) and my customs charge was 30$Ca. So really iffy, but after I received it, im happy! I got 8 clothing items so not bad.

I never used to have a problem with custom charges with Missguided. I recently made 35$ order and was charged 21$ in customs. That is about 60%! I contacted them and they informed me that that made a change to their shipping policy on Dec. 15th. This is questionable, however, since I made an order in January and was never charged customs. This is absolutely ridiculous and NOT worth it for their products/price point.

I ordered 3 dresses and none of them fit. Either too big or too small. I returned it and 3 weeks went by I never received my refund. They don't have a contact number or an email to get a hold of anyone. The chat is never available when you want it to be. They wanted me to upload on facebook, instagram or twitter a screenshot of my purchase and proof of my return because they LOST IT! What if you don't have any of this crap social media! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. I will never order from here again. And not to mention the materials were all cheap!

I ordered a gorgeous white dress that I am pleased to say, exceeded my expectations on the quality of the fabric and the look of the dress! I was skeptical after I placed my order due to some of the negative comments I read online.

I think the length of time to receive the dress was a bit long, however the company is in another country. Therefore, it is realistic that it would take a little longer. I recommend you allow sufficient time to receive the item if you order from Missguided.

Furthermore, you may want to order a bit larger size since the sizes vary from the US. With that said, I am VERY PLEASED with my order! I would definitely cruise the website again!

I am actually so shocked as I thought Missguided was a more reputable brand. I thought it would be closer to Nasty Gal or something like that. They sell some of there stuff at the Bay here in Canada so I think that's why I was confused... Anyway my order came pretty quick but did have to pay duty which I expected. The clothes are soooooooooooo bad quality and miss shaped they look nothing like the pictures and feel so cheap. Idk if it's because of the sale or something but when I watch misguided hauls on youtube it always seems like the quality is good. I got a tank top which is supposed to be nude and it is literally pink. Soooo disappointed and will never order from them again. Going to return all the stuff which will cost me $13 if the site ever works.

So today I got to order this really expensive jacket, when I get on the website a pop up window shows up that says get 20% off of your order with code getmore20. I go to use that code and it doesn't work. I use the live chat to speak to someone, they tell me the code is expired. I ask well why does it show up 509 times when going on the website if it's expired? She stated it must be a technical glitch hope this helps. Ummm excuse me if something is advertised it should be honored just like ever other store takes responsibility for their mistakes they did not and I'm really disappointed because I used to love this store.

I ordered my merchandise on Thursday, September 29th thinking I would receive it by the latest Thursday, October 6th. As of Sunday October 2nd my order had not even processed! Today is October 13 and I still have not received my package. Not only did I not receive it in time for my event I haven't received any emails and communication from the customer service department expressing gratitude for my LATE order. In checkout I was promised three delivery days which has turned into weeks. Frustrated and Furious! Please do better with orders or change delivery expectations for customers.

I live in Canada so shipping is either one of two things. Or both.
Its either: 1. Super expensive or 2. Takes way too long.
Missguided happened to be both.
I paid for express shipping, and the company that they use for shipping charges A LOT for customs in Canada. Even though I paid for express shipping, the company they use sent me an email for paying my customs and duties fees, which was sent to my junk mail, so it had sat there about a week and a half and I had no knowledge of even getting that email, since every other company I have ever dealt with, makes you pay for that when the package arrives at your door. But what they do, is hault your shipment until you pay it. My order was only around 55$ CAD and I had to pay around 23$ CAD for customs and duties which is ridiculous ontop if what I paid for shipping already.
The sizing is also super inconsistent, it either fits perfectly, or I could fit two of me in it.

I've done quite a bit of online shopping in my life and have NEVER dealt with anything worse than missguided. I spend 140$ using my 50% off deal and "free shipping" then got an email a few days later saying my package is in customs and to "kindly pay" 70 DOLLARS in order to release it. If I don't pay it they'll deduct that from my refund and charge me for return shipping so I'm being FORCED into paying it. I'm a single mother and it's christmas time I don't have 70 dollars to throw around. They say you will need to pay customs but they need to make it more clear it will be literally half of the amount you're paying... who would agree to pay 70 dollars shipping!? STAY AWAY.

Extremely disappointed in this online store. I paid extra for express shipping, which clearly states on their website that it will take 1-2 days. 4 days later I still don't have my item, not only that but the tracking states it went back to the UK. This is the second time I've ordered from them both times I paid extra for express and did not receive items in a timely manner. GIRLS - do not pay extra for express shipping it is NOT accurate, they completely misrepresent the delivery times. Order way in advance, they have major issues with shipping. MISSGUIDED - Your logistics company Skynet is horrible.
