After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.

Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.

Extremely disappointed in this online store. I paid extra for express shipping, which clearly states on their website that it will take 1-2 days. 4 days later I still don't have my item, not only that but the tracking states it went back to the UK. This is the second time I've ordered from them both times I paid extra for express and did not receive items in a timely manner. GIRLS - do not pay extra for express shipping it is NOT accurate, they completely misrepresent the delivery times. Order way in advance, they have major issues with shipping. MISSGUIDED - Your logistics company Skynet is horrible.

I purchased clothes 2 months ago and never received them. After a few weeks I decided to reach out I was told due to COVID there was a hold up which I was completely understanding. I reached out again (because I was told it would be sent out that week) I never received the items and was told several different answers but different reps who were kind by the way. I suggested that they were lost because the Shipment tracking continued to say it was awaiting. Finally, after a few times somebody confessed the items were lost. I was refunded. But I really wanted to love Missguided :/

I ordered from Missguided US on 3/29 and received my package on 4/10. I originally ordered a belt and noticed it wasn't in my package. I went to the website and the "live chat" bot provided me a link to submit a missing item claim. When I filled out the claim, the response I received stated the belt was out of stock, so Missguided didn't send it to me, but I was still charged for it. If I hadn't filed a missing item claim, they would not have refunded me for the belt. I am appalled that Missguided attempts to scam their customers until the customer reaches out to them. If an item is out of stock and cannot be delivered just refund me without making me fill out a claims form. Also all the items sucked and the quality is not worth it before the prices so I sent back everything but one dress.

Terrible customer service. Tried many times to order from the website from my laptop AND my phone without any success. Been told to download the app and was finally able to place my order. I had to pay in US dollars as they seem they do not offer the CAN dollars on the app compared to the website. Now they don't wanna refund me the difference I had to pay for the conversion because I couldn't order from their OWN website! There is nothing else I could do. Super frustrating, will never order again.

I ordered two pairs of pa at September 9th. Delivery to USA. Go to check tracking, after the getting to their 3rd delivery partner DHL, the tracking number doesn't exist. I live chat them and the response was "sorry your delivery got lost in transit" so if I wasn't tracking the item I never would have received it? They are "processing a refund" but doubtful, will have AMEX dispute. Fraudulent company- reviews here are honest and accurate.

I ordered something two weeks prior to New Year's Eve with a promise from the website that I would receive my shipment before NYE as long as I ordered on or before December 23rd. Today (December 28), I received a notification that would not be receiving my shipment until January 3, well after NYE. It was an incredible hassle trying to talk to customer service, and even then, they were not able to resolve the issue. I would say, this website is not worth the trouble, considering how many other options there are. Next time, I will order from Asos.

Information sent was misleading on size; it was in UK size which had me believe they sent me the wrong size when they didn't. I also had gone by their size guide and the dress I bought was still two sizes too big (I could fit in the dress alongside my 3yo) and the pants were about one size too big. I still have to pay to return them and don't get to exchange which means they get to keep $20 from me and I get nothing. Customer service was great but that's the only positive...

As a small plus size women I purchased the swimsuit on the 27th of April, paid for fast shipping, and it didn't come on time. After finally receiving the package, it was only just the bottom piece of the swimsuit, online they are advertising the whole swimsuit. This is false advertisement. So my daughter and I went back to purchased it said I had purchased the bottom piece of the swimsuit.

I'm not sure if this is only for plus or not, but please be aware of what you ordered or you will get scammed. I will never shop here again. I paid more for the fast shipping then the order itself.

Absolutely loveddddd the way everything fit me! These styles are perfect for fall 2021, being up to trend and cozy for the cooler weather. My favorite piece from this haul is the leather pants I bought, they were snug and fit like a glove, even the length was perfect as I am 5'2. I ordered everything in a size US2/ UK6 - I am 110lbs for reference :)

I got two pairs of jeans and two dresses and ordered all of them in a size 6. I am a TRUE size 6 and according to their sizing guide I would still be a true 6 in their clothes. I just got the jeans in today is boy they are TIGHT I can get them to button but def feel like a 2/4. This is same with one of the dresses so I would same unless the clothing is obviously looser I would say to size up 100%

My duties fees was $71+ to Canada.

And my order converted to US in my bank when I checked out my cart at $189 ish CAD and now the total im paying is around $350.

I ship online a lot and know I checked out in CAD. Ugh

Missguided has been my favorite online store for yearsss now, but lately I feel as if I am not receiving the same quality in their merchandise. I ordered $300 worth of clothing, made sure everything was exactly my size etc. well today I received my package and as always I was very excited but to my surprise some clothing came dirty. I ordered a pair of white pants and once I took them out of the bag I noticed a big black stain on the butt are, I had never seen such thing. Later I began trying the clothes on. Nothing was true to size... NOTHINGGGGG. The pants were extremely long EXTREMELY long. Pointing out that I am a 5'6 women I never have that issue. Out of 10 items about 2 of them actually fit what a disappointment really. I can honestly say they have lost a very loyal client never again...

I purchased 2 items from this store, boots and a simple spring dress. The boots were ok but not what I wanted, and the dress, while flattering, was made out of terrible material. It was a sun dress made out of windbreaker material and it felt terrible to the touch. Overall I was disappointed but I figured it wouldn't be a big deal and I'd just return it. BUT to return the items I dont like, I have to pay 8 more dollars after already paying shipping which was more than other companies charge for standard shipping. I think it's ridiculous that they don't offer free returns after already charging you extra for shipping to begin with.

I order 100 worth clothes, wait for 3 weeks going for week... this my first time order this website... the last time I check my tracking number it say out deliver than all of sincely it say trans... than i email the company, they told me the package send back to them... they told me the clothes is out stock... so i told them I want refund back, never respond me back...

I will never order from this place. Yes, they might have cute things but my god the customer service is beyond terrible. The way they make you track a return and then let them know when they have received your item just so you can get a refund. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service.

I have never step foot on this site but get order confirmation notifications and delivery status notifications. Sounds like this scammy site has stepped up their scam to the realm of pfishing for credit card information. This site should be reported to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Sad people have to protect other people through experice and reviews.

First of all, I NEVER got my items and when I reached out, they did nothing to resolve the matter. I have reached out more than ten times and sometimes they don't even respond to u. I have never lost my mail so this is crazy to me. Nobody offered to refund me or even resend the item. They rather told me to go track it and kept insisting that it was delivered, whereas USPS has no record of the tracking number I was given. Please BEWARE!

Honestly, i loved missguided. Whenever i needed a dress, that would be the first website id visit, but you can tell that ive never actually bought a dress from them before. Recenly, ive decided to buy this dress that i absolutely loved, and it was 50$. I applied a discount code i found online and it went down to 42$. It was really cheap and it said that its free shipping over 40$ in u. S and canada. So i bought the dress for a total of 42$ without hesitation. 2 days after, ive got an email from the shipping company that missguided uses, and it said that they have to charge me 25$. I am a student and ive recently moved to canada, but I paid it anyway, with frustration. If you cant manage your shipping policies then dont say that its free shipping over 40$ throughtout u. S and canada. If i knew this i wouldnt have bothered to buy the dress, and would save my money. Never shopping from missguided again

So I decided to give Missguided a second chance after my package was NEVER DELIVERED last year. I figured s#@t happens. Maybe it was just a one-off.

Now I have a $200 Order that says it was signed for by someone who does not live in my house. WTF. I paid over $50 in customs fees, and extra for express shipping that still took over two weeks. F this site. Don't buy from here ever.

Who the F#!% uses SKYNET? Are you mentally f#!%-tarded? Why do you not tell your customers or give them an option not to use this piddlya$$ useless shipper?

Almost certain this is a scam at this point. Feel like an idiot for buying off the site. Make sure you don't feel the same.

I love missguided I use to spend all my money with fashion nova but got sick of buying the same clothes just in different colors so I tried missguided out and have been hooked on them ever since customer service is excellent I love that you can chat with a real person 24/7 there shipping is amazing I always do fedex shipping which is an extra 13 bucks but that is okay with me and if you don't receive your items on the date they give you missguided refund you for shipping cost really fast I'm a tall girl with thick thighs and big boobs and there stuff fits beautifully I've been buying from them for months now and never have any problems

Okay I'm a size UK 12 but if I want it to fit over size I buy a uk 14 they have something for everyone

Ordered two sweatpants a month ago, now when I go on the website it says I have never ordered and when I enter the confirmation number they gave me into the database, it says it does not exist. This website is clearly a scam and won't give me my money back so now I have to dispute it through my bank. FML

I've put in an order for them the beginning of May and it said it would take 9-13 business days which is acceptable but now it almost the end of May and I have to receive my package let alone the multiple carriers that they have hasn't updated my package since the 18th of May which is now May 26. This is just obscured. I can understand if there is big delays during COVID-19 pandemic but atleast advertise that it will take longer than 9-13 days. First time buying from them and never again. I will take my business to Shein at least their shipping is expected to be longer as they advertise.

Ok ok, so I knew going in that they charge duties and taxes but I didnt expect it to be half the price of the items. Im reading one thing saying they got charge 25 for $80 then I read elsewhere, they got charge 60 for $90. So I was of course nervous for mine. When time came for me to get that email, it was fricking half price! So I paid 31 for 63 dollars of stuff. Stuff that I could have bought at sirens or urban planet. Or if I want to do online... tobi or boohoo or forever 21. Even fashion nova didnt charge me! I wouldnt be crazy upset if the items were amazing but they didnt even live up to the hype. This will be the last and only time. I think it might be worth it for the USA girls :)

Long story short. As I'm adding items to my cart, a discount code is at the top of the website. I go to checkout and use the code and it states that it's invalid. I tried various combinations and wasn't working. So I contacted them via live chat and the rep stated she would refund me once the order was complete, I asked for a confirmation of the chat via email she stated the chats are all saved. I was a little weary so I logged out of the convo once it was over and logged back in with a different rep. OF COURSE this rep states the code is over and there was nothing she could do regardless of the website error AND rep error. Also, I was on the chat for over 30 mins on hold while the second rep was "looking into it". Disappointing and did not complete my over $200 order!

Idk what all these bad reviews are about because I got my package in one week and everything is so comfortable and good quality (I ordered lounge wear) I had to pay $30 duties which was about 50% of my order but they warned me ahead of time that I may have to pay duties so I was expecting it. Highly recommend their 90s sweatpants they're super comfy
