After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.

Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.

We all know custom fees are a given, but did you know when your complete order is under 100.00 delivery in you dont pay custom fees under 100.00 purchase. I order on Asos.com (U. K based) always order about 80 in total and will do multiple order to avoid anyyy custom fees. How do I order 70 dollar in total purchase on Missguided and I pay 29 dollars. Some way that they are shipping is causing this huge change that I neverrrr ever had a problem with international sites but this one. They have to change their shipping costs and not have people pay way to much so they save a buck. Great clothing items but horrible shipping. I wont purchase again, its a principle they can ship items where we wont suffer but they dont

I placed an order on April 8th and here it is April 17th and nothing. First the tracking information was incorrect as I was advised the wrong tracking # was given. How do you give someone the wrong tracking #? Very unprofessional! Customer services advised to allow 7 days, still nothing. The tracking information now provided says "in transit." It's been saying "intransit" since the 10th, two days after i placed my order. Im unsuew how an order can be in transit for over a week that makes no sense ro me. No one has been able to provide to me a delivery date or anything. They're unprofessional and the service they're providing is unacceptable!

I thought having an account would make it easier to check out and save products since everything deletes quick from your bag. FIX YOUR WEBSITE, hire a better IT team. Every time I log in i'm brought to the British website and when I click back to USA it kicks me out of my account and does the whole process again. Also the website is SUPER slow. Figure it out! You're just losing money.

Worst experience ever. I am so disapointed as I love there clothes but the customer service was so bad I will never shop there again. I needed this item for a graduation on the thursday. I ordered Monday morning and paid 14e for next day delivery. My item came up as needing more info. I forwarded them a picture of driving license and a bill (Yes extremely stupid of me!) Nobody was getting back to me if i would still recieve them on time and why this additional info was needed. I began to worry if this was ligit was my information and money taken? I "tried" to cancel my order. Still will nobody respond if this has been done. Their chat service they keep making up excuses. I am left at the moment with no clothes, no money and no clue of what is happening. Only wish I had known before. I will be wiser next time

I love online shopping and recently gave Missguided a try... ordered $120 worth of clothes the last week of May... approaching the third week of June, no package yet. Tracking is through multiple carriers (most I never heard of) & they don't update statuses on packages. Mine has been "in transit" for over 2 weeks. I don't know where my package is, which shouldn't be the case when you have to PAY FOR SHIPPING. At this point I forgot what I ordered and don't even want the clothes for my upcoming vacation. They probably won't arrive by that time anyways. As I wait for my package I just buy more and more from PRETTYLITTLETHING because those clothes actually come before the new millennium.

Tip for consumers:
I would take my coins to PRETTYLITTLETHING or even Fashion Nova. Same prices same items and way better customer service / shopping.

I dont even know where to begin. I ordered an item and i got a notification with my order number. 2days later i placed a second order which after two more days i got a shipment notification and tracking number. I emailed customer service about my order and they swore heaven and earth they never got my order and they never took any money from my account although they did. Luckily for me a couple of days the package arrived, a pair of shoes. They didnt fit and i wanted to return them. At the same time i had to return a top from my second order so i shipped them together. Today i get an email notification for a refund for just the top and not the shoes. I contacted customer service on twitter continuously and i have been ignored although i see them helping other people. I paid $70 for those shoes and im very upset. I just want my refund so i can stop shopping from missguided in peace.

Unfortunately I saw the reviews for Missguided way too late. I already ordered something on their site. First they automatically changed my delivery from standard to express even tho I clicked on Standard delivery which is 5 Euros cheaper than the Express one and it still took them over a week to recieve my package and numerous emails because they claimed they couldnt deliver it cause I wasnt home even tho I was cause of Covid. The item I ordered was way too big for its supposed size and as Im returning it they are going to take 4 euros from my refound money. I paid 41 euros with express delivery I didnt ask for and im getting 27 euros on return. They are a scam and dont buy from them.
P.s. The item was poor quality.

Dont order from them!!!

I have ordered my package over a month ago and it still hasnt come in. I hqve notified missguided and theur response was hold tight it will come soon... i dont think thats cute after i have spent 300 dollars for a complete scam

I love Missguided clothes and I shopped from them when I used to live in Ireland. Shipment was 1 EUR and would come the next day so I I had a lot of trust in them but shopping on the american website was a horrible experience. I had payment issues and customer service was absolutely no help. It wouldn't accept my card even though I checked in with my bank and they said everything was in order. When the order would say it finally went through it was cancelled right away for no reason. Customs WILL screw you over. They use Skynet to deliver your package, and just like the Terminator, they will make your life a living nightmare. To get your order delivered and will charge 50% of the order in customs. Don't make the payment on the Skynet website as it is not secure. We're in a global pandemic and they won't leave your package at the door if you don't answer the phone or door and you'll get charged for redelivery. Wish I had read these reviews before I made the order. Never again.

I am from Ottawa Canada and I ordered from Misguided because I love the selection and style. I ordered 98$ worth of close with a 50% off code and a week after my order I had to pay 33.50 online to cover duties and received my package 6 days later. I didnt expect duty charges but I didn't read the fine print. Paying duty was totally worth it because the clothes I recieved are super high quality and exactly what I ordered. 100% worth the 2 week wait total and if you dont mind paying a little extra for duty after choosing free shipping I would highly reccomend. Not a scam at all.

Fast shipping for all three times I ordered, each parcel came in 2-3 days. I live in Toronto, Canada by the way. Material is good and my items fit great. Definitely will continue ordering.

They charged me 50% of my order total in customs. 60$ customs bill to get into Canada. And through some sketch company sky net

They took my money, but It's been nearly a month and still not even an email to say the order has been shipped. Based on these other reviews, I'm dreading asking for a refund.

So basically I was charged for an order I'm yet to receive, it's has been nearly TWO MONTHS. No communication from Missguided, no letting me know about the expected delays, no apologies, nothing. I contacted them once and was basically told "we don't know when you'll get it". Now I want a refund and they're not even answering. Terrible company and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again!

The product quality that you get is so different from what you see online it looks cheaper made, they charge you for returns and it's hard to reach them.

I ordered a sweater dress I was going to wear to a xmas party two weeks beforehand as I knew it would take about a week to arrive. I contacted customer service multiple times and they refused to give me a refund and said they can't guarantee that my package will arrive. OH! But they offered me a 30% discount... THEIR SITE HAS A 40% DISCOUNT RIGHT NOW! What a scam!
PEOPLE, DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SITE. Yes, their clothes might look cute, but it is not worth the hassle and frustration.

It takes one whole week for items to ship to the Bay Area.

My two purchases (only swim wear) have turned out great. One bathing suit from my last purchase did NOT fit, so I returned it. I had to pay for shipping, which sucks, but at least it was cheap... Although it took a while (1-2 weeks) to receive a confirmation stating they received my returned item, I eventually got one AND RECEIVED MY FULL REFUND.

I will continue to buy stuff from them b/c the 50% sales are great and they have really cute swimwear.

MISSGUIDEDUS IS DEFINITELY NOT A SCAM.

Missguided deceives their paying customers into thinking they are going to receive their packages within 4-6 days, however that is FALSE! You'll have to wait one month like me to receive 2 flippin items. I contacted customer service after waiting for 2 weeks and was assured that I would receive my package by the end of the week. WRONG! Thanks Ryan and Gemma for no help and for not answering my questions. Horrible Customer Service! A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

I have bought two trousers with stretch, one didn't come with stretch(so it didn't fit me at all) I have returned it 15 days after my order and 12 days after the delivery. I was blocked at MISSGUIDED website and they refunded me with half amount of the trouser. The trouser didn't even came with a tag. I have never wear it. That was a terrible experience with MISSGUIDED.

Great clothes but shipped is ridicules they just lost a customer. Place an order way before time and should have recieve within 15 days. I place an order with prettylittle thing a week and recieve my order within a week. So kill me with the delay with shipping $#*!.

Sizing was extremely off. Size us 4 items were seriously like a us 12/14. Returns policy when shipping from the us sucks as well - save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere

I cannot believe im reading everyones comments and I have the same exact problem I order my product Monday and I'm just getting a notice 3pm yesterday this is the worst website ever I am constantly contacting them about my order with no response and then finally someone writes back and says I'll be getting my order October 19 almost 3 weeks later. I'm so angry, I will never again order from here.

It is Christmas soon.
I was supposed to receive my order by December 23rd which was yesterday. I saw their email today morning. They said
I've looked into your order details and your order is still in transit as standard delivery takes 3-5 working days to deliver the parcel.
WHEN I PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING.
This mistake is not allowed on holiday
