After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.
Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.
Missguided is the worse clothing company to work with. I order 2 dresses and a purse totaling at $166 on Sept 4th (sometime in the A. M). I request expedited shipping due to the following week ( week of the 13th) I would be going out of town and would be out of town for 3 weeks (keep in mind return policy is 14 days). As I am waiting for tracking information I decided let me go through the actual site because I had not received an email with tracking information. I went to the site and SAW THERE that my items were on hold due to the company needing to verify my billing address. I had to do this once before so I just sent what I sent before a picture of my drivers license and front of a bank statement showing my address. They advise that was not good enough (this make no sense because clearly my card would not go through if the information i sent to you was not correct). I am sending pictures of my personal information to someone I do not know. They then told me that the letter needed to be open (why?! So you can see how much I have in my account). I open the letter and that was not good enough because it was not recent (bank statement is not something you just have laying around). I advise that this is something that I should not have to do AND I had no recent. I still have not received a response. I requested a refund but I am just waiting. I would say NEVER EVER use there site go to Asos they sell the clothes there IF you have to have that item.
I ordered from Missguided on 19/03/17 and paid for express 2 day shipping. I spent $160 CAD on merchandise. 5 days later it was still not here. I contacted customer service to ask why. They didnt tell me instead just offered to refund half my express shipping charge. Fine. Then I go to track my purchase and it hasnt moved for 2 business days. So I contact customer service yet again. This time I ask why it hasnt moved. She informs me the "courier" is holding my items and wont release them until I pay duty. I said "duty is paid at the door once I confirm Ive received all the right items" and she said no, I need to pay it to have it delivered. Never have I ever experienced this with ANY retailer. And I order a LOT. She says to go check for an email from "Skynet"... sure enough its in my junk folder (even my email address knows Skynet is JUNK). It's asking for $67 on a $160 order?!?! And a "holding fee"...? Excuse me? Tax in Canada is. 13%... not 40%... that is PYSCHOTIC. Even a few electronic items Ive ordered never had such an inflated duties price. These people are complete snakes. So much for getting ANY of my items on sale. I will NEVER give missguided my business again. I will strictly shop ASOS and BOOHOO. They know how to treat their customers.
Careful with purchasing anything, they don't even put on the description or visible the models height, weight and the modeled size they wear so you get any idea of what size to ordef. Also if anything doesn't fit you have to pay for shipping to return, an remember, stopping by the post office cost money to drive back and forth. I had ordered my size and it wasn't even labeled oversized as the style an it was so huge in width and arm length that even my husband tried it on and mind you he is 6'1 with strong shoulder muscles and it fit him perfect other wise as if the shirt was made for men not for women. They need to cater to petite/average size women, also better their material quality for their price point. I don't mind paying for good high quality clothing but it wasn't what I expected. The material from a scale of 1-10 is like a 7 and be mindful that still people with out jobs due to the pandemic impact on the economy they shouldn't be charging for return shipping for various reasons that's out of their control.
Thinking about getting a refund? Forget about it! The items I ordered were 3 items and 2 items didn't fit so I immediately returned them. Tracked if they've received it through my mail carrier and they have received it. I sent them an email a week later after being sure they received it they said no they have not when I had proof they did so I became suspicious. Next thing you know the representative tells me that have to allow up to 45 days for a refund. After 50 days even I have now been going back and forth with them on sending my tracking number sending my name smh which they had already sending the item numbers sending this sending that. After the 55th day I realized they were giving me the run around. I got so angry and they said when the "item arrives" they will issue me a refund. I said ok. It has now been 3 months and yesterday I finally sent a final email in an attempt to get my deserved refund amount. And when I say email, boy did I send a well thought out descriptive beyond angry email to them in all caps and threatened to take legal action. I recieved an email early this morning from them stating my refund has now been issued and I shall get my payment back in 5-7 days. Smh now again, I wait! The items are very cute but their sizing is off & the customer service I feel as though I was being dragged and laughed at! NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN! I've never written a review before but this was well deserved. Hope I helped someone with my experience.
Avoid at all costs!
It doesn't deserve a star, but I don't have the choice. This is a misleading store. They conveniently write that you are responsible to pay any customs fee and so on. But then they use a shady shipping company Skynet, which starts to call you and ask for payment over the phone of customs fee. They have called me 3 times and asked for payment. I have asked them for the customs documents. They've promised to send them by email, but never did. After a week, they've called me again with the same issue. So we were going in circles. After the 3rd time, it was clear for me that they don't want to give me any documents. The Skynet web site is basic, no details, no payment choice. They only want you to give them your card by phone, which I will never do. I have tried contacting the Missguided customer service, but they weren't helping at all. They've said that if I don't pay the said customs fee, I will be charged for the return shipping fee. I've said to them that wasn't ok, since I didn't receive the product, but they didn't care. Finally, I have filed a dispute claim with my payment company PayPal and explained the situation. PayPal agreed with me and made Missguided give me the full refund.
So, I will never ever buy anything from this store again.
But if you find yourself in the same situation, don't hesitate to go to your payment company and file a dispute.
They know how to deal with the situation.
A good friend referred me to this site because I needed some sexy dresses to wear for my Bday turnUp in Vegas! The trip was literally a week away and I needed something ASAP. I ordered 3 dresses and used their size charts. Im have a 38in bust (highest part of breast, bra band size is 34in), 30in waist, 40in hips, and I ordered a size 6. One dress suggested that I go down a size because it ran big and I did exactly that and ordered a 4. All the dresses fit PERFECTLY! The quality was good, they looked exactly as pictured, plus I got 50% OFF my whole order! I ordered my dresses with express shipping on Wednesday evening and they arrived Friday afternoon. This was my first time shopping on this site and I'm so glad I didn't listen to all the negative reviews I read before I ordered. 100% SATISFIED!
I ordered with missguided on Christmas Day using a code on the website. This code gave me money off my order. I recieved an email on the 26th saying my order was dispatched and on its way. This was good as I ordered in time for New Year's Eve! I then recieved an email on the 27th claiming that the discount code was wrong and they had cancelled my order and returned it to the warehouse. If they had explained to me, I would've paid the extra money they needed to that I could still have my items! Now, on the same day, I go to order the dresses again none of which are in my size! So without telling me they have already re sold my order! I'm absolutely livid! It was their fault in the first place for getting the amount of the discount code wrong! My order was accepted and confirmed and on its way to me! It's disgusting that they cancelled it before even informing me of the situation! I'm now in an absolute mare over what I can wear for New Year's Eve and take on holiday with me! Absolute idiots.

Scam alert!
My experience is with the return process. I sent out 2 packages of returned items and didn't receive any credit back to my card for either package. I contacted customer support who asked me for the tracking numbers and pictures of the mailing labels, none of which I kept. I googled "Missguided return problems" and saw that other customers had the same experience, where their return packages were alleged to have never made it to the warehouse.
To clarify, I live very close to the return center in Carson, CA, where my packages were sent. It is hard enough to believe that 1 package was lost, much less both. I sent both packages by UPS.
I've chatted & emailed customer service asking them to escalate this issue and have a manager call me back as I was alarmed after reading the online reviews. I've received emails saying they have tried calling from the UK (where headquarters are) but for whatever reason my phone numbers (both cell phone and land line) allegedly did not work. It's convenient that, with the advancements in technology, technical difficulties still exists to prevent a simple phone call in 2017.
It's been 3 weeks and I've followed up with emails, and at this point, I am getting absolutely no response at all. There is clearly some scam going on to prevent customers from getting refunds. There is mismanagement and/or a systematic problem. It could just be internal theft at the return warehouses and the ones who are ultimately paying for it are the customers.
Please take my experience as a warning and do not order from Missguided. If you intend to place an order, please do your due diligence and google customers' reviews first.

I'm so disappointed with there costumer service! First thing is I placed an order with them about 2 weeks ago. Everything looked good, I was informed that my order has been shipped and I got my tracking number from Fedex. When I tracked my order it showed that my package was still in the warehouse. Then the next time I checked it was already delivered! In the UK. So I asked about my ordered and the said the had to cancel it because both off my items were out of stock.
Disappointed!
Then I was looking at there page because I wanted to order something else and there costumer service gave me 20% off any order. When I was looking at there website I could see that both of my previous items were still in stock! So I asked the customer service about this and the said it was clearly a mistake that my order was canceled and I could reorder it with this discount. I waited and the next thing is the canceled my order AGAIN!
Some technical problem with there website! The told me I could buy some other items with 20% off, and I said I was not happy with 20% off! This is the highest there discount for there mistakes goes.
And now I know how the safe money for them selfs! The only gave me 51 GBP refunded but I paid 55 GBP for the order... I know it is not that much but if the do this to more people it is much!

Ordered from them and then got a FedEx bill 2 weeks later. It's a joke I didn't expect to have to pay an extra $45 to get my clothes!
If you say free shipping on the website, you should not be MISLEADING and have me pay $35 in import duties and charges when I could have gone to PrettyLittleThing and paid a $10 flat rate for Canadian deliveries! Yes, it says on the website we are subject to import duties and taxes, and that is understandable. BUT they do not make it clear that for every package we order, there is a $15 charge for "administrative fees" in order to process our package. Then when I contact Misguided "Live Chat" they are absolutely NO HELP. All they do is put a link to their Shipping FAQ. Clearly this company does not care about their Canadian customers if they keep using this method of shipping that is simply OVERPRICED. TIP: self-declare the package at CBSA yourself and don't make the stupid, unaware mistake I did by paying EzClear. On top of that I have to contact EzClear myself in order to lower my charges from a WHOPPING $51(yes-73% surcharge of what I actually paid). Why should I have to deal with the company's lazy method of international shipping just to receive my package? This has been such a stressful experience and I was so excited at first to receive my package. Until you guys have a more concise and HONEST shipping policy then I never plan to shop with you guys again.
I cannot believe what I experienced with Missguidedus... I ordered a dress for a holiday Christmas party about 2 and a half weeks ago and I ordered so in advance because I had heard that their shipping does take a little time. I had been contacting them after the 10th business day to see why my order hasn't been moving around and they assured me my order is on the way and will deliver by the 20th in time for the holiday party. Thennnn I see an update saying they extended it to the 21st, this was already 17 business days after my order had be shipped. Me, FURIOUS, I tried to reach out to customer support which did absolutely nothing because all they did was say sorry this is what it is. It is December 23rd and I STILL have not received my order. I have to blow up their emails asking where it is they said oh looks like its lost... do you want a refund? Uhmmmm YES?!?!? What kind of business are they running this is ridiculous They should be shut down immediately they are running a fraud business and taking people's money without delivering!
I'm pissed and warn you before buying here. The quality isn't good and the shipping is expensive and they don't pay for returns.

I ordered a coat from their website because there was a sale and I could get 50% off, unfortunately when the coat arrived in Canada I was sent an invoice for the duty which included an "admin fee". I knew I was going to pay duty and had no problems with that, however the 15$ admin fee seemed strange since I had already paid shipping.
I dm'd their twitter help who proceeded to tell me "this is not an admin fee but customs fee that apply to all orders being sent to Canada" I replied with a picture of my invoice that literally says admin fee to which they replied "An admin fee is part of the customs fee which is payable by the customer"?
I looked at the Canadian government's website and companies are allowed to charge a fee for customs processing but the fee goes to the company meaning its not really a customs fee its just a hidden fee charge by the company.
Really disappointed in the twitter customer service they were condescending and unhelpful. The website chat customer service is marginally better, they gave me the info to have the item returned to sender.
IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY A BUNCH OF EXTRA HIDDEN FEES DON'T ORDER FROM HERE
They charged $48 on my account. I have never been on their website. They are no help in resolving the issue.
