After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.
Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.
We ordered a 60.00 dollar order and have so far been charged 2 custom fees and still have not received our order. I doubt I will ever get it.
Their clothing wasn't as good a quality as I wanted, and they didn't provide a return shipping label, but I did get my order and I did get my money returned when I returned some items.
So I've dealt with this company 2 times. The first time absolutely no problem. I got my stuff on time and all the tracking info was accurate.
The second time I made 2 separate purchases during the Black Friday sale and it's been absolute hell trying to sort these orders out. For some reason my house number was not included in my orders. I have no idea why as my correct address was saved in my missguided account. I'm chalking it up to a mistake on their part, and what a horrible mistake to try and fix.
When my orders got to the US they could not be delivered to me because my house number was missing. I tried calling the US Postal Service, but they're not any help either. Avoid shipping with USPS at costs. So basically my orders got returned to the warehouse in the UK. Tracking info was all there but it didn't matter since my address was incomplete.
It was also hell trying to get a response from missguided. I emailed them with no reply and when I chated they said they would email me back and never did. I had to tweet them to get a response. Finally, they said when they receive my orders they will refund me, but based on some of your reviews I'm scared it may be process trying to get a refund. Needless to say I will be watching them like hawks.
It's still disappointing as I really wanted th boots I ordered, but they are now sold out in my size. Maybe that's a blessing in disguise because who knows if it would even be worth reordering as, based on everyone's reviews, shipping problems are common. I feel lucky I even had the one good experience... Maybe I was just lucky the first time.
In terms of quality, my first order was very satisfying and I love the stuff I bought. Missguided has very cute clothes, but it seems there are a lot of issues with shipping to the US.
TL; DR you may get your order or you may or you may have shipping issues. They will NOT redeliver your items, only refund. Buying from here is a bit of a tossup.
SAVE YOURSELF AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I placed an order on 9/9, and hours later, Missguided puts up a sale for 30% off. I email customer service to try and cancel my order so that I can place another order. CRICKETS - NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER from that email, even until this day. Believing that nothing would go wrong, as this is my first experience with Missguided, I placed a second order of the same items, same color, same size. So that I could return the first order and bite the cost of shipping the items back to Missguided.
I speak to a representative on 9/29 because Missguided refunded the entire order on my second order and not my first. He assured that I would receive my entire refund (as I wanted to return another item on my second order).
I speak to another representative again today, because the refund was not the correct amount that I should have received. The rep today is telling me that the original rep told me mistakenly that he would return the correct amount to me.
They are basically trying to make me take a loss of $36 on money I spent on their company and provided no solution in refunding my money.
I will never shop here again. I will tell everyone I know to never shop here again. I will post on their social media platforms to prevent others from purchasing from Missguided.
I placed an order on May 5. A few days later I got an email in my JUNK box saying I owed $40 to Skynet for import duties. I have NEVER heard of Skynet, and it didn't show what company I had ordered from, so I ignored the email because it sounded like a scam. Then I got a phone call saying I owed for duties and she wanted my credit card info over the phone, which I don't like giving, so I said I would look into it online instead. When I went on the Missguided site and looked up my order, it did indeed show that they had used Skynet to ship my order, and that I owed them duties. I was ANNOYED because a) I've ordered from MissGuided before and never had to pay duties to any "Skynet", b) why did the message go to my junk? I would have dealt with it ASAP if their company didn't come across as FRAUDULENT and c) usually you pay duties when the item arrives, not so it can be released from a hostage situation. ANYWAYS, so I go to pay for the duties and the stupid website isn't even secure! How do you not offer secure online payment? SO BAD. So I contacted MissGuided about not being able to pay for my duties securely and they just copied and pasted some BS response basically saying it's not their problem. YOU NEED TO OFFER YOUR CUSTOMERS SHIPPING FROM LEGITIMATE COMPANIES THAT DO NOT REQUIRE THEM TO GIVE OUT THEIR CREDIT CARD INFO IN NON-SECURE WAYS. DUH! Never again.
Prior to making a purchase, I checked Missguided's reviews online to verify that it was a legitimate company. I saw the bad reviews especially in regards to shipping/delivery. I decided to take a chance because they had 50% off on all purchases and calculated 12 business days before I needed my purchase for an event that was out of the country. My order was processed and sent out in a reasonable amount of time and I should have reached it within 5-7 business days. The issue came when all tracking information stopped being updated. Missguided provided me with 2 links to use to track my package. One link said it was transferred to USPS and the USPS link said that it hasn't reached them yet. I contacted Missguided and they told me it takes a couple of days for updates to show (which totally defeats the purpose of tracking a package if it takes 2 days to get updates). I waited and didn't get my package by the estimated delivery date. I waited a couple days extra before I contacted Missguided again. And once again they told me to wait a couple days. I contacted them again because I needed my package ASAP - I needed the dresses for a specific occasion. After the occasion, I would have no use for them at all. Missguided instructed me to contact USPS because it has been transferred to them (they really should have been the one to reach out to USPS). I contacted them and they told me they have no record of it even being scanned into the state. Then Missguided told me to contact the courier company the that is located in the UK (EXCUSE ME?). Please note, I am located in the US. Why is the CSR telling me to contact a courier in a different country? I am literally doing all the footwork trying to located this package. That, to me, was unacceptable. By that time, all I really wanted was a refund because I knew that my package was not going to get to me in time IF at all. When I requested a refund, they told me that they could not issue me a refund until they were sure the package is lost (WHAT?). As if the inconsistent information was not already a great indication that my package is floating around in a place that nobody can tell me where! This is my first and last experience with them. I DO NOT recommend them.

I ordered four dresses for a sorority formal in hopes of wearing the dress that fit/looked the best on me and returning the other three. I decided to order from Missguided because I just couldn't resist their amazing student discount. A few days after my order, I started to get nervous because my formal was only a week away and I wanted to make sure my dresses would arrive on time, so I searched online for Missguided reviews and was terrified after reading the many negative reviews, so I online chatted them to check on the status of my order. They were very prompt in getting back with me and were very polite and helpful with the questions I had. The items ended up arriving after 8 business days, in time for my formal but slightly later than what their website described. The products were great quality and fit true to size and I loved my four dresses so much that I kept two of them to wear for you're occasions. I sent back the other two dresses and quickly realized that I, stupidly, forgot to include the return slip. I frantically emailed customer service and they responded quickly and helped assure me that I could give them the return information and they would make sure my return went through. I was VERY impressed with the products, prices, and customer service and I would most definitely recommend this website, despite the negative reviews. In the future, I will order my items a little bit earlier because their shipping times might not be 100% accurate, but I will definitely be shopping on this website again. Their products and customer service are truly some of the best I have ever encountered. Don't let the negative reviews scare you!
So I was online shopping for shoes and came across Missguidedus. I have to agree that some of their items are pretty cute and the website is doing a 50% off so I decided to buy the shoes I wanted from them. Everything was going fine until I saw terrible online reviews about the website. (BIG MISTAKE! I SHOULD'VE RESEARCHED ABOUT THE WEBSITE BEFORE I BOUGHT FROM THEM) After that, things became to get worse. I got an email from SkyNet saying that I owe them $20 on a pair of $23.5 dollar shoes or else they will not send the shoes to me. WTF. Let me sum this up, the website is extremely unprofessional and the same person picked up every time I called. I am starting to get this vibe that this is a scam but it is true that Missguidedus uses this courier. (TERRIBLE MISTAKE ON THEIR PART) Then, I did some research about people who came across the same issue as me and decided to pay the $20. I just called SkyNet and yup, the same person picked up again and she told me that it will arrive either tomorrow or Monday. Now that I think of it, the 50% off from Missguidedus is just an incentive to make customers buy their stuff and then charge them the discounted price plus some custom fees afterwards without any headsup at checkout. Oh and their customer service really sucks because I contacted one of those guys who work there and told him that I wanted a refund but the shipment was still on its way the day after I told him that. THINK BEFORE YOU BUY SH*T FROM THERE!
In addition, this is the first time I had to pay customs because they usually don't charge you unless you bought something that is over $200.
I am a Canadian customer and I used to love Missguided, however they recently changed their Canadian policies and started charging DUTY to CANADIAN customers ONLY. Over the course of the summer I have RAVED to all my friends and family about Missguided and I have bought over a thousand dollars worth of merchandise until one day they decided to switch up their policies and I got an email FROM the COURIER not missguided themselves notifying MYSELF or ANYONE for that matter, that they have changed their policies (they are so snake that they actually unbolded it from their shipping information on their website, and extended it hoping no one would notice). Oh but the best part about it is that US is totally fine, even though they are both international.
Guess what my duty was on a 66 dollar order? 33 dollars! 50% of what I paid... why bother when F21 is the best dupe for Missguided? There is no longer and incentive for Canadians to purchase from Missguided and I will make sure that everyone I hear mention them, knows.
When you talk to their customer service they are slow, unprofessional, call you words like babe and hun, which I wouldn't mind if they actually did their job to resolve my issues but they don't. They just say "oh sorry that you feel that way" and that's essentially it.
Wouldn't it be smarter to just raise your shipping costs rather than making the responsibility go on to your customers after years of covering it before? Essentially because they are gaining more of an audience they're trying to cover themselves, NOT CARING about their customers at all.
Ordered a dress for a wedding and paid $9 for expedited shipping. The shipping still took longer than it stated it would but arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Everything else about the experience working with this company has been AWFUL. They sent me the wrong size dress and expected me to pay to ship it back, lose out on my expedited shipping costs and call a 10% discount on a future order fair. I stood my ground and managed to get a refund for the original shipping and mailed the incorrect item back (I called the shipping costs back to them a loss as they were only willing to give me site credit). I made sure to ship the dress back with tracking and after it showed as delievered they still did not issue my refund. Went in circles with customer service for about 2 weeks and was told that I was going to get my refund and give it up to 48 hours to appear, well 4 days later still nothing so I emailed customer service again and also opened a dispute with PayPal since that's how I paid. WELL Customer service tried to convince me that I had to close the paypal disputer BEFORE they could issue my refund (you know the one they "already" issued 4 days ago?!). I told them no way was I closing it until I got my money since they had already lied and made me jump through hoops when they were the ones who sent me the wrong item to begin with. They tried to tell me again that I HAD to close it for them to issue the refund, I totally ignored the message figuring if nothing else I would wait it out with paypal's policy. Suddenly I got my refund and low and behold the paypal dispute closed itself without me needing to close it to get my money.
The quality of the item itself was fine, and the pricing was good but the customer service was SO bad I don't think I would shop again even if it was free. If you have a customer service issue stand your ground, keep following up and if you do order from them, check out with paypal so you have a back up when customer service fails. All in all from order to actual refund this process took 43 days so persistence is key if you're going to gamble

To explain in more detail I ordered online weeks ago, i love in Dubai. The parcel arrived and the contents was someone elses order. This was meant to be a present for my partners Christmas, so i ensured i ordered it in time.
I had to also pay an additional 40 pounds to custom, which was fine, until i found out it was not my parcel.
For no reason they refunded me only part of my cost, before i had even raised this issue with them, which i can only explain would be the exchange rate difference from my first order.
I contacted them and they refused to send me the correct order, refused to collect the mi sent current order siting in my home. They also refused to pay the actual cost that left my account for this purchase and also will not take responsibility for the 40 pounds loss at customs due to them sending the wrong order. All they have stated is that they have refunded me and i would need to re order, however they refuse to pay any costs due to their mistake. Along with the items cannot be reordered as they were sale items that are no longer available and also they refuse to pay the customs issue or ensure it arrives by Christmas day.

I ordered two skirts on Dec 22nd 2016 around 12pm. The website says standard shipping is 4-6 business days... Therefore I assumed the skirts would get there before New Years, since I was planning on wearing one of them. But of course they did not...
I emailed the company twice and I received some automated message from a robot... TWICE.
My order came on January 4th 2017 around 7 PM.
(so technically 10 business days...) I mean thats fine, if it said on their website 10 or more business days... but it doesn't.
Not only did my order arrive after two weeks. But I was BEYOND DISAPPOINTED with the quality of the product.
I took the sequenced skirt out (which was $45) and glitter came pouring out everywhere ALL OVER MY ROOM. It is as if someone just dipped the skirt in glitter, and threw it in the bag. $45 for a damn skirt is a lot... I understand if its decent quality... but that skirt was not even worth 5$...
TOTAL FREAKING RIP OFF. The quality of their clothes is terrible and overpriced. If you plan on ordering, order a month before your event or sooner, but beware the quality is terrible.

I've ordered TWICE from Missguided US, and i am shockedddd by these reviews.
The first time I ordered from them, they never sent a tracking number so i immediatley emailed somebody and threatend to give a bad review if i didnt get a tracking number. Someone replied very quickly with the tracking number. But i forgot, you can check for a tracking number once you sign up for their site. Under order status or something like that, you can check for a tracking number. Its took 10 days not including the weekends for the shipment to come. The dress was awesome, great material and all and it was only 30 bucks with a discount.
My next batch of stuff was over $300, and I'm impatient so I got the expedited shipping. EXPEDITED SHIPPING IS FREE WHEN U SPEND A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CASH! Everything came in TWO days and the items were in perfect condition.
I live in Chicago, Illinois so I was really surprised that everything didnt take longer even with the expedited shipping.
These reviews are reallyyyyy weird and I feel so terrible for the people at missguided because perfectly good customers will get scared away because of stuff like this. Their clothes are very modern and made with GREAT material. And im not $#*!ting you, cause im not the skinniest girl in the world and can still fit their stuff.
If anything girls, try them out for yourselves. If something crazy happens like what girls are saying below, then i dont know what to tell ya. But all i know is ive had nothing but smiles since shopping with them.
