After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.
Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.
I ordered this pink sequined oversized dress for homecoming. Fast delivery. I tried it on and there was all sorts of fabric missing sequins. Mind you I was very very gently with this material. Plus slight movement makes sequins fall off. Definitely not worth spending over 80$ on. Will not be wearing!
This was really messed up. I spent DAYS carefully building my shopping cart and shopping for myself and my family (gifts). I finally placed the order, and received a confirmation email. Almost a whole WEEK later, I started to get worried because I received NO update about my order. So I reached out to the "chat" option on the website. She told me "Sorry, it seems like your whole order is out of stock."
Like, what? What on earth? So they would have never informed me unless I reached out to them? A whole week later? This was messed up and so irresponsible of them.
They have great selection of clothes. I have only ordered once from them, and was not happy with the product and shipping process. Tracking updates did not work, I waited for 3 weeks for my items to arrive, and the quality is very disappointing too. Customer service was responsive though, but i doubt that i will come back, returned the item.
Terrible website to purchase clothes and terrible customer service. The clothes are cheap and very different from picture portrayed. Have no return policy and make you pay a fee for returning an item you were not satisfied with. Do not recommend shopping here at all!
We received a bill from Fed Ex for $43.95 for a free shipping item. Upon complaining we were informed that I had to pay the customs fees since items ship pied from outside the USA. Terrible customer service! Would not suggest!
Bought ONE dress that was on sale for $30 paid $9 in shipping and a sneaky $20 in duty fees that I didn't know about until it was shipped. They emailed stating customs would hold the package until payment was received. Hoping this dress is beautiful but goodness, for one item definitely not worth it.
Said shipping took 15 days from order date and then never updated on their website. Tried contacting them and each time they would send me a link to track package that never loaded or updated and changed the delivery date back 3 days every time I contacted them. Horribly useless customer service. Shipping took almost a month. Not worth it.
I have ordered from Misguided numerous times, and have loved their clothing, prices and fast delivery. Never had a problem. However this time, it seems they've changed shipping policy to Canada without notifying customers at checkout. These delivery fees are a hidden cost and I was not notified that I had to pay these fees until I contacted them several business days later. 66$ in shipping fees is ludicrous. Why would I pay 66$ of shipping in addition to Misguided's "Flat rate" shipping? Getting a refund and not ordering from them again until shipping policy is reverted back to the system used before that did not scam customers into paying ridiculous shipping costs.
It's been over 30 days and I still have not received my package. If your looking to get something anytime soon of when you ordered it, go somewhere else because your not gonna get your stuff for months. Definitely not worth it at all.

I ordered during the 50% off Fourth of July sale, a few nice swimsuits and a bunch of cheap dresses for 15$. A few days later a get the obligatory email from sky net saying I owed them 70$ in "import charges", and if I did not pay I would be charged a dollar a day for storage. Had I known I would be paying 300+ for some some cheap swimwear and dresses, I would have bought things from more credible U. K. Stores, which I have had no problem with in the past. I was already making a mental list of what I was going to buy next time they had a sale, but now I'd rather cut my wrists with a rusty teaspoon then pay those $#*!s another 300$.
I used to have great experiences here but the quality of the clothes have gone downhill. Additionally I placed an order almost a month ago and it still hasn't arrived, working with support on a solution but am not hopeful.
I ordered two dresses last week and was really scared after reading these reviews, but everything worked out great for me. Both dresses were good quality and came in five days with the normal shipping. I didn't think they my dresses would come in after looking up company reviews, so I actually DM'd MissguidedUS on Twitter and they were super nice and quick in their response and assured me my order would come in on time which it did! Super happy with my clothes and everything about the experience.
Worst company ever! Wish I would have researched this! Clothes is very poor quality and they won't refund you when you send them back their $#*!ty clothes! Do not buy from them! Save yourself the problem! If I could give them a 0 or less I would!
Do not order from them. They have a shady third party shipping company that makes you pay duty as much as the item price. I don't even know if what "Sky Net" does it's legal but save your money and shop from Boohoo and Asos. Boohoo even pays the duty so you don't have to worry.
I ordered two pants. I paid the most expensive option for express delivery and it took anyways a few days to arrive. I am a size 40 in Italy and from the chart they publish online you should buy size 8 in US.
I can guarantee you it is not at all! It is 2 sizes bigger than mine.
I asked then to change the size and they say they dont do exchanges.
I then order them again in the size 4 - paying more expensive for some reason- and ask for a return of the ones that are too big.
In order to return I have to pay, print and head to a post office.
I have a brand and when people want to make a return, I schedule a pick up from their house!
And if it is my mistake like in this case wrong chart, I try to help and make a gift or something.
This is the worst customer service ever.

So I recently donated almost all of my clothing to good will and I have been looking to replenish my closet with affordable clothing. I am absolutely obsessed with Misguided! Everything I have ordered from there looks amazing on, though I would say the sizing is a bit confusing. Most of the stuff fits me quite well, but on occasion a size 0 is still too large for me (though note I have a small chest). Otherwise, great prices, customer services, quality is great for the price. I love love love this store. I would recommend, though, staying away from trend pieces on the site and going for their blazers and basics. All of the stuff that does not sell out quickly is absolutely amazing. Also i have two purses from this store and I get compliments on both all of the time. My packages always arrive on time, and customer service is always willing to chat if there is a problem. Could not be happier!
I honestly only have one "complaint" to say about Missguided. I ordered a ton of their Playboy merchandise and after reading these reviews I was extremely nervous for what my items would actually look like in person but I am IN LOVE. The quality is great and my items look just like they did in the pictures on the website. The only "complaint" I would make is how long I had to wait to receive my items. They took a little over 3 weeks to get here but the customer service was great and without even asking, the funds I spent on shipping were refunded to me. I will definitely be ordering from this site again!

This place is ridiculous, they lure you in with it being "cheap" and then it takes a long time for your parcel to arrive. But before your parcel arrives they tell you to pay more for the "import charges" which by the way they do not tell you when you're purchasing your items. It's basically telling you "pay for these fees or you don't get the package that you paid for at all." NEVER buying from here again I do NOT recommend you buy from this site, due to their hidden fees.
Placed an order online with this company, never received a confirmation email. I reached out to their customer service dept to inquire and they informed me the payment was processed but the order was not created so they're going to have their team manually create the order within 48 hours. Within this time, the item I purchased is now out of stock. I still havent received a confirmation email and the funds have been taken out of my account. I will never shop with them again!
I order a dress I wanted to wear this weekend november 15 and everytime I wanted to track my parcel I could not see any information. So I contact the store and they told me it was going to arrive today, tomorrow or on wednesday. Today I contacted them again and now they are telling me my purchase was just dispatched and sorry for the delay. Very unprofessional, how is it possible that we pay for a services that they cant do?
This company is horrible. They claim 10$ is standard shipping, but it's really third class shipping. It doesn't cost 10$ to ship 1 small piece of clothing. So they charge so much for shipping to make money. Haven't received my package and it's been 3 weeks, when I messaged customer service about it they said shipping takes up to a month. Will never be ordering here again, when I do get my package, I will be returning it.
36 days since I ordered from them, and I am still waiting on a refund. I ordered several items, 2 of which did not fit. I figured that returns would be no problem. Wrong. I shipped the items back and they were received at the "US processing facility". Now a MONTH after I shipped them back, I have been going in circles with customer service trying to get my money back. Twice now they have given me the "wait up to 21 working days" excuse. I waited 21 days and contacted them, then they asked me to wait "another couple of days". No. That's not ok. Your policy says 21 days, and I have proof I shipped it back and that the package made it into your company's hands. Do not order from them/
This is the worst company ever and I want to warn everyone about them. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase anything from these incompetent people. Basically I ordered a skirt, they sent me the wrong item. Completely different. The skirt I ordered was white XS they sent me a pink dress size XL. Such a huge mistake to make. I wanted this skirt for my engagement party that was a few weeks away. Anyways, I spoke to them and they said that when I ordered the skirt the skirt had already gone out of order after I paid. So they just sent me anything that was lying around. What kind of a company would do such a thing? This was in February and they have assured me that I will be refunded. But I have yet to receive my refund. I honestly don't have the energy to deal with these people anymore. Save yourself the headache and don't buy.
The customer service department is a nightmare. I am still waiting for a refund for a dress that I returned because it was too big for my daughter. The tags were still on it and I returned it within 7 days per their instructions. I have basically given up hope that they can handle this and will lodging a dispute with my credit card company. Get a dress somewhere else. There are too many other choices out there to risk ordering from them.
