After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.
Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.
If i could give them less than a 1 star I would. I've ordered my package over a month ago still has not came! Ive contacted support numerous times and they say the same things. Tracking my package has been horrible it doesn't update either. I waisted so much money on this brand i'm so mad.
The issue with the student discounts needs to be fixed. The company advertised 40% off with a student discount code PLUS free standard shipping. When I went to check out it still charged me the shipping fee. So frustrating. I chatted with them and they said to go through with the transaction as is and then they would refund me the $5. No. I would rather not do that. Why don't they just fix the issue with the website/checkout process instead? It's probably because they would rather let people fall into the trap and pay the extra shipping fee unless you're smart enough to message them. Not cool.
I placed an order on the November 19th and still haven't received anything. They sent me an invalid tracking number, and then when they sent me the correct one there was no activity whatsoever. At this point I'm extremely pissed off. Their customers service is beyond horrible. I have to email them almost everyday so that they can give me some type of information and everyday is the same thing. No one can give me a straight answer. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I've never had to go through this much trouble, so I advice you to take your business elsewhere.
My order never came in full, they claimed one of the items was out of stock. I checked and it was in stock a few weeks after I placed my order, so they said they will ship the missing item. Then next day I get an email saying that it is out of stock. I think they just thought the shipping cost would be a waste for one item that they missed and not worth the hassle. They have terrible service and don't know how to handle their customers and site properly. One word: TERRIBLE!
I was super stoked to order a shirt and sweater from Missguided for a little under $30 with standard shipping. A few days later, I get an email from the delivering company they use in Canada (Skynet) saying that I owed another $20 for shipping/handling fees and that if the delivery guy deemed it "unsafe" to leave my package at my door, they'd charge me for delivery again! Not impressed.
They lost my package and when it appeared a month later they told me they were going to let me return it free of charge. Then somebody else told me they don't do free international orders, so they wanted to charge me to return it. They offered me a credit note for the postal fees cause they said it was "the best they could do" but what am I going to do with a credit note if I have no intention of shopping with them ever again.
Horrible inconsistent service I will never shop there again, they lost a loyal customer. Pretty Little Thing is much much better. No duties for Canadians and your stuff comes ON TIME!
Never received my order, after many contact to the customer service team via chat and twitter I still have no refund or order. The first rep told me the order is lost and that I can have a refund or reorder. I opted for reorder. Well days later no confirmation or the re order. Another rep told me to wait 48 hrs just wanted to get rid of me. On twitter I was told that a re order will be issued and 2 hrs later that my parcel is stuck at custom. Needless to say this has been the worst and most annoying experience ever
I've seen plenty of reviews that said they have hidden fees so I just ordered 1 item, but I've noticed most of those reviews were Canadian/ countries in the UK. Shippment fees MAY depend on the country's policy in regards to receiving a package from overseas. I'm from the US, NYC in particular, and my package came within 10 days with no hidden. Fees. Keep in mind, this is an international shippment therefore 10 days is not terrible. I gave 4 stars because they do not answer a lot of questions, and I basically ordered from this site blindly. Even after some frustrating situation regarding returns, I decided to order one more time. What a huge mistake! Right after they confirmed my order, they sent another email asking me to send a photo of my driver's license, passport or bank statement to verify my identity. I order online all the time and this is the first time a company asked me to send personal info.
Customer service is horrific.
I purchased two item exactly 4 days ago. The items were delivered today and i noticed on the website they have dropped the price even more. I reached out to a representative named Phindile. Phindile informed me that I should return the items and repurchase them. Seeing how I would be paying shipping both ways it was not worth it. I was so disappointed mainly because the pictures do not accurately represent the clothes. Avoid this site..
I ordered my items and it took an entire week to process. Once I finally got notified they shipped, it said they weren't going to get to me for another one to two weeks! I got the 4-6 business day shipping, and their website says nothing about their overly long processing time! I emailed them and got a generic unhelpful email. I tried the chat and someone false told me I would receive the items on time, but they were just telling me what I wanted to hear. If you are ordering for a special event do not rely on this company!
I haven't even received my order yet but I got the perfect dress it is exactly what I'm looking for but when I look at these review it scares me. But then I realized that half the people reviewing obviously don't know what duty fees are. If you go through the checkout theres a warning for duty fees like any out of country business. Srsly if you are ordering online then you should know this. Not all manufactures pay the duties if they don't have warehouses or distributors in your country. So regardless of wether or not the order is perfect for the price I'm getting a better quality then anything else I've seen. Y'all are just cheap haters.
Waited 5 weeks for my order and finally opened my package that was supposed to be three items to find an ugly $#*! brown dress, not what I ordered. I ended up having to pay to ship back the ugly dress that was completely their mistake not mine. I will never order from this crap company again

Ordered a dress and paid for express shipping. The tracking status says I won't receive the dress until another week and a half but I needed the dress this weekend for my birthday. No customer service and no live chat rep. The site tells you to send an email. Sent two emails with no response. Horrible company!
I genuinely believe that this company should not be able to sell to people in the US. I was told by several friends to watch out (indicating they had the same experience) but wanted to see for myself. On November 23rd I placed an order with 5-8 day shipping. It has now been two weeks and I contacted the mail carrier and the company several times and the mail carrier said they never received the label (though they can tell it was created). I wanted to cancel my order since the event for which I purchased the items is rapidly approaching and it's clear that I will not have my items. To contact the company, you need to contact them on social media. They stated a one-hour reply time. It has been four days, with three follow-ups. Not having a phone number is absolutely bizarre and I'm planning taking further action soon.
Their prices change as soon as you order items from their site. Even though it's less than 24 hours and they haven't shipped your items, they refuse to adjust your order and credit the customer the difference. There isn't a single person who wants to pay more for an item that has been significantly reduced. Also sometimes there's a promo code when you add items to the shopping cart. Add items to the cart and the promo code doesn't get applied. Their response is that it's an error from however long ago. Yet the code (error) continues to show for more than a week.
Long story short i never received my package from over a month (im from U. S). Continue to read for explanation... First time ordering from this website. The clothes looked really cute, so i placed an order. My order was put on nov. 6,2015 and the next day it said"it dispatched". Then it gave a link for "tracking". WEEKS went by and no order arrived. The tracking link did not work. So on dec 8 or so i emailed them. They responded a day or so later saying they would check why the link did not work.
Later, they claimed my order to be "LOST parcel". I was done with this circle of dead ends and told them to refund my order. IM Still waiting on my $$ back. Horrible site. Emailing misguided customer service was useless as they gave me a response which did not answer my irritating question of where on earth was my parcel and why hadn't it been delivered.
I have had a great experience with missguided... and I have a feeling most of the people on here just like to complain. I don't typically write reviews, but all of my clothes came in true to size, they had great customer service when I thought an item came in wrong, and the shipping was so fast. I will definitely continue shopping here!
I am surprised the rating is so low. The shipping is so fast, they send out your order immediately to be received within 2 days. The clothes are cute and so affordable! Not sure what everyone's hesitations are but this place is legit.
I ordered from missguided July 8th and here it is August 8th and I've realized that I never received my order. So I reached out to their customer service team through their Facebook page and told them about it. They apologized and claimed they refunded my entire order which they did not. Then they tried to tell me that they'll refund my delivery fee on my next order. I'll never order from them again.
Missguided shows a huge lack of accountability and care to their customers. After having a very difficult time navigating the awful courier they used (UPS) they would only offer me a 20% discount on my next purchase, after failing to meet their delivery deadlines, resulting in hours of wasted time.
I have shopped there frequently in the past and never will again. The customs fees are also astronomical if you need anything delivered to Canada.

I live in the U. S and have ordered from this company multiple times for vacation outfits. I have always received good to excellent quality clothing depending on the price point. Never have I received poor quality clothing. They are always running a promotion, which is a huge incentive to shop here. Please note people are more likely to leave a bad review when they have a poor experience and less likely to leave a review when they have a positive experience. Don't let these reviews deter you from trying this site. I also did a return here once (I was too short for the dress). You have to pay return shipping which sucks but they returned my money swiftly.
I have been waiting for my package for OVER A MONTH (literally 39 days). I also got an email that one of the items I purchased was no longer available even though I had already paid for it. I contacted the company several times and they never have a solid answer. The service and shipping is straight garbage.

Read all the negative reviews after I ordered so I was kind of worried. But, I ordered. They delivered. I liked my stuff. No problem. I bought 2 shirts and a pair of shoes. All of it looked like it did in the pictures and the quality was good. Maybe a little high if I had ordered them full price. I got them on sale. I would order from them again, but since most of the negativity about them has to do with problems with returns, I will keep that in mind and only things i'm pretty sure will fit me. LIke leggings and probably shoes.

They do ship from another country so the shipping time listed on their site is for people ordering from there. It took a little longer for me to get my stuff but no one else here has my shoes either :D
I was very skeptical on the beginning ordering from this website, but I decided to give it a try. On my first order I had to return back few items because of the size issue. But the customer service was super great, I received my money the second day I send back items. The clothes that I ordered are okay, at least are better than the Chinese quality. I ordered few more dresses from them, and always got them on time, and the return process was easy. One time my package was lost, but it was usps fault, customer service issued me right away a refund, no questions. I will definitely order again from them.

Try to go a size up what you are normally wearing, I am US size 8, and ordered 10
