After hearing so many mixed reviews about misguided, I have to say I am overall very impressed by the maternity collection actually fitting correctly. I'm a pretty chunky girl and starting to get more chunky now since I am pregnant so finding maternity clothes that actually fit comfortably is sometimes a challenge. However these actually fit right and they look just like how they did on the website. Even the shipping cost and tax isn't bad. For my biker shorts it was 10$ and for my dress 13$ after the 8$ shipping fee and the 2$ tax it was 33$ and well worth it. Even with standard shipping it only takes 2 weeks. Definitely will order some more things again soon in a few months. I give this a 10/10 rating and will be recommending this to anyone else that I know from now on.

Not only did my order take over three weeks to arrive in the US, but when it arrived, the clothes were terrible! I've never had a pair of joggers fit so horribly. I looked into returns and they require that you haven't worn the piece at all, and they make you pay for shipping it back! Also js. It's always a red flag when there are no ways to review on their website.

Come on, MISSGUIDED. Get your sh** together and see that your business could be doing so much better if you used a better shipping method. The fact that my customs duties EVERY ORDER is either 80% to more than 100% of the item cost is absolutely ridiculous. For example, $18 on a $23 dollar shirt. What kind of black magic is this? Will never use this company again... ASOS is where it's at...

I order clothes/shoe total $200+. I also paid for express shipping so I could get my package on time. I order on 12/22/21. I was not able to track my order. I contacted customer service 4 times, every time I contact them they would say it will be there in few days and never received my order. When I reached out again they said the package was lost. If I haven't contacted them I would just be waiting for my package. They never reach out or send emails updating about my order. Also, they said some of the item are out of stock and can not do replacement. This was a crazy bad experiences.

Order # #******* (just so that they know its legit) Ordered a dress, it arrived, the lining underneath didn't even cover my toosh. And I'm only 5' 4. Returned the dress, the next day, after it arrived, and went out in the mail on July 25th. My husband, didn't save the receipt after he dropped it off. I take accountability for that. However, on September 25th, it will be 2 months since I sent it back in the mail, via Canada post. There is no way that it has not reached them. I reached out to Missguided and they said "too bad, you don't have a tracking number, not our issue' It is a $400.00 dress. I am beyond frustrated and super upset about this. I know that this isn't the first time that Missguided has lost a return, my girlfriends warned me about shopping with them, and low and behold, they were right. Don't order from Missguided at all! Again, order # #*******

Just wanted to give a warning to my fellow Canadian sistas out there... DO NOT BUY from Missguided unless you are willing to pay an arm and a leg for their so called "custom/duty fee". Upon receiving an email from Skynet, I was charged $41.58 on a $130 order. What kind of duty tax is 32% of your total order?!

My girlfriends and I used to be such loyal customers here as we really did like their clothes, shopping on their website every 2-3 months. But when they started using Skynet as their shipping courier. GIRL BYE

Until Missguided wakes up and realizes this problem... we sure as hell won't be back when there are so many other options out there.

I use to be a regular supporter of missguided when they built duties into the price you were paying but now that they switched over to skynet the charges are the same sometimes more then the clothes I purchased. It is no longer worth it to me when I can purchase from the states pay Zero duties the only thing I pay now is the conversion of dollar. Missguided is no longer something I need when I can get it cheaper from Fashion Nova or Lulu's. Canadian girls don't bother checking them out the duties make it so not worth it. Until Missguided wakes up and changes this they will no longer get my money or support

If you live in Canada you will be charged a huge amount of customs and duty taxes once it arrives and if you don't pay it will be shipped back. I ordered $257 worth of clothing and I just got a text message saying I need to pay $103 in customs so keep that in mind while ordering.

First off, the website was not very user friendly at all. I was shopping from my iPhone and it was very difficult to navigate the website. I will admit they do have some really cute items but literally almost EVERY item I liked was sold out. It was nearly impossible for me to put anything in my cart cuz nothing was stocked. So I finally came across some items I wanted to buy, proceeded to check out. I put my billing info in, etc. I press the button to finalize my order... and then nothing. No type of confirmation that my order went through. So I tried this again 3 or 4 times and each time, the website kept acting as if I hadn't made an attempt to purchase my stuff! I go to look at my bank account... turns out the website still charged me for an order that never went thru! Ahhh! SUPER frustrating experience. Luckily I was able to get my money back within a week but that will definitely be my first and last time shopping there.

I never received the order after FOUR months and did not receive any information until I filed a PayPal dispute and contacted the company a third time. Their original shipping information showed it to be at a facility two hours away from the mailing address; however, when I checked the website it showed the original purchase date and that the item was being processed. Also, the previous tracking information was no longer available. Had to contact the company on facebook to find out what was going on and that's when they told me the item wasn't processed and is no longer available. They claim they'll refund my money and I'll get 'free shipping on my next order'. There is no way on earth that I'll EVER order from them again. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware! Didn't receive the item after waiting four months. After four weeks I contacted the seller and was told the item shipped and it was at the shipping facility and out of the Seller's hands. Submitted a PayPal dispute and contacted the company and was told the order was lost and I'd get a refund. Currently, waiting for the refund. Not sure if Misguided would have notified me if I hadn't contacted them (and PayPal). My advice: 1. Buyer Beware 2. Use Paypal

I've been looking at the "Super Puff" from Aritzia, but I didn't want to spend that much money. Buying their puffer as a dupe was spot on. Great quality puffer, but I live in Canada and their fees for customs are RIDICULOUS. Overall, I think the 2 jackets I bought were worth what I paid... but paying 60 dollars for customs is just outrageous. My items shipped in 7 days to BC and they kept me up to date with everything.

Just had a similar experience bought a top with shipping $25.00 got an email from Skynet today I have to pay $29 in duties/taxes! More than item is worth this should be clearly noted on their website! Switch to ASOS/BOOHOO they do not do this price is the price no surprises!

Placed express order on a Sunday and was told express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Today is the following Friday and I have yet to receive my package. It was held at customs and I was notified by email however was not notified that this would be held until payment was received. I was also not notified that I would be notified via email of customs charges (seems a little strange to me - normally you pay when the parcel arrives for any outstanding charges). I paid $180 for my order and an extra $11 for express shipping and was charged $55 in duty charges. Customer service at Skynet was very unprofessional and not helpful in ensuring my package was released for shipping once payment was received. I paid duty yesterday and package has still yet to be released from customs. Very disappointed as I purchased the items for a wedding this weekend that I now had to go and purchase something else to wear. Will not be ordering again from a company that utilizes such poor courier companies.

I really love missguided I only order on this site now. Great quality of clothes for the little price. The style is stunning and the fit too.
One time I forgot to insert the discount code and the customer service even refounded me, they answer immediately and very effectively.
The return is free and easy, the refund is very fast.

Customer service is awful and the chat is terrible. It's weird that they don't have a phone number to call them, which should have been the first sign to NOT trust this company. I have been waiting over a MONTH for my refund on a faulty product. I will NEVER spend another dollar on this scam of a company. Cheap material and horrible customer service

I have had the worst experience with this company. This is the third time I have made a purchase and have still never got my orders. I should have know not to trust them but I wanted to try one more time because I use to love this company. No more will I order from here, this is a scam and will not take the time to help you. I spoke to Samukelis and told me there needs to be investigation? I'm sorry for what? You can see that my items have not been processed so all I need a refund. Of course they said someone will be in contact but I already know there will not be. So save your money, this is not worth it.

My order was marked as "returned" on the tracking site before it even arrived to Norway. When I tried to contact them via mail, they answered multiple times telling me they don't have it, they don't know where it is and that I should wait/check my neighbor's mail boxes. They completely ignore all my questions, even when I start to write them in caps (not angry, just want them to see my questions, as they obviously don't). They even ask me multiple times whether I want a refund or the order re-sent, where I answer (multiple times) that I want the order, and not a refund, but in the next mail they're asking me again. Then they tell me they will investigate further and get back to me. Over 2 weeks later, I have to contact them as I suddenly get a refund (but no information or mail), again they ignore my questions and give me a coupon for my next order (which will be never).

They will charge you around 50% of custom/import fees once your order arrive in Canada. You need to send that amount to a company call sky net. I tried to get some help with missguided and sky net regarding this expensive fee but no one was willing to help. If you don't pay this fee and wish to return the order to missguided you need to take care of the return/shipment charges as well so you never win... soooo disappointed with this company.

Ive been waiting on my package for three weeks now! And I cant even find a tracking number for my package to even track my package down I agree with the rest of the reviews worst site ever to order from I cant even find contact info to get in contact with anyone about my package and where it is.

I bought 4 items. They made me waited over a week for it to be shipped for stupid illogical reasons. They then only shopped me 3 of the items I ordered and on top of that I was charged a duty fee (I live in canada) of over 70$. I decided to return all the items. They don't deserve my money. Horrible customer service! No number to call! Also once I returned the items, they only refunded my for 2 of my items! I then had to email them to get them to give me MY money. I wasted my time waiting for my order and also wasted my money paying for shipping, duty fees, and to return the items. Oh yeah, I bought theses items as a birthday gift to myself. Choosing to buy items for them was the worst decision ever. NEVER AGAIN!

Extremely disappointed. I am a new customer this was my second time ordering because I absolutely loved the items I got the first order I made. The prices were not bad either!
This order I was emailed by "Skynet" to pay over $66 in custom fees before getting me order. I messaged the Customer Service on Facebook and got a quick response. They are ruder than they should be, regardless. They won't do anything except send you a link of their new policy and tell you to pay it.
$66 is pretty insane for customs... now reading reviews i wanted to send my order back but it looks like people are getting scammed.
So I avoid that I will be paying the $66 but never ever ordering again and I will be informing all of my friends to watch out and not to order.
I'm sure they are going to find more outraged customers as this problem continues.

I ordered a few things (shirt and pants) during last years black friday sale for 54 canadian dollars. The shipping was super fast, i ordered friday and i received them tuesday. The worst part is once they arrived i had to pay 48 dollars worth of customs. I then realized they had stated the value of my parcel as 88 CAD instead of what i actually paid because APPARENTLY they have to state the actual value (before sale, promotional coupons) on all packages. I was outraged at the fact im basically being charged fees on a NON EXISTENT cost. Horrible experience, haven't ordered from them since... But the overall quality of the clothing is great and fit overall true to size.

My item took so long to get to me that the size isnt accurate anymore. I ordered these pants almost 7 months ago and by the time they got here I had went from a size 6 to a size 10. I'm trying to return them but they want me to pay 8 dollars for a shipping label. I want all my money back and some, what took 7 months?

Never received my order but im glad i only $23. I've ordered from them in the past and everything went great :(. I'm hoping this is only because of the pandemic and maybe things will turn around for the better in the future. I ordered may the 8th and the last update was june the 23 and after that, nothing :(.

They are scamming customers from the US. Their tracking doesn't update at all. The customer service doesn't know where there own clothes is. There's no reason I should be waiting over a month for clothes. I've ordered from PLT who are also based in the UK, and have gotten my clothes quickly! Will be contacting my bank for a refund.

They refuse to refund the order despite the package being lost in transit (the tracking link hasn't been updated in days now). They simply tell me they can't refund until the package is post marked back to them- despite the fact I can't send it back to them since I never got the package. Don't waste your money- company absolutely sucks and now I wasted $300 USD I won't get back.

I placed an order on accident and immediately contacted the company. The policy says you can cancel if you contact within 15 minutes of placing your order. It was less than 5 minutes after I had placed my order. In my live chat I was told that my order was cancelled and that I would be refunded. They still charged my card and I got an email stating that the package was being sent. I contacted the company to get a stop on the on the package and got no help. I was told that a manager would contact me and they never did. So I was sent the unwanted items. After receiving the package I contacted them again and they were no help at all. I ended up sending the product back which I had to pay for the shipping and was not provided an address for the return so I used the return address on my package and now I am told that was the wrong address and that they will not refund me.
