MobileZap

Ordered a cover for my iPad, with delivery from the UK. Thought it would take a few weeks, but was so pleasantly surprised when it turned up a week and a half later. Cover is just as I expected, and would shop here again. Very happy:-)

I placed an order on a Friday evening, paid for express postage, and the delivery from the UK was on the following Wednesday. The 'tracking' feature' is also a great tool. I will be using MobileZap as my first port of call for all my future 'technical' related needs.

I have ordered three items: wireless charger, case and screen protector. Only the first of these was in stock and was dispatched next day, the other two items came separately again, I was charged for shipping once only which is fair in my view. I can only say good things about MobileZap: prompt, responsive, I was able to track the deliveries along, all items delivered in proper condition, as described on the website. Given that living in Australia, we do not enjoy the breadth of choice of goods that the rest of the world does (at least as far as mobile phone accessories are concerned), MobileZap is a very reliable source. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to accessorise their new mobile.

Son wanted phone cover. Not available in local shops. Found Mobilezap online. Ordered what we wanted and it was here just over a week. Took longer than I expected but I discovered it had come from Emgland. So, happy with that, not too expensive. Would use Mobilezap again when we are looking for new things at affordable prices. Always love to find online goods that we can afford and are not rubbish.

Product ordering process simple. Delivery received amazingly fast and tracking was excellent. Delivered almost to the minute. Product received as described and in good condition. Would happily use again

Waited 3 weeks no item received, assumption is posts fault, emailed them took couple days in between communincations response time but sorted out and sent new item recorded delivery on the fact they send new item an understood we had waited 3 weeks 5/5, feedback would be to respond on communications quicker:-)

Ordered my mobile cover which I couldn't get anywhere locally, then read some bad reviews! Ordered, delivered within a very good time frame and exactly what I wanted, a genuine article, a little more expensive than if I was able to get it here, but had an excellent experience with the company. Thank goodness, perhaps if I had read the bad reviews first I may not have ordered it, but it all turned out in the end.

I ordered a Ballistic impact proof cover for my Sony Experia Z1 on the understanding that it was being posted from Sydney.
When it didn't arrive within three days I phoned MobileZap and was told that it was being posted from England.
I was initially disappointed, but pleasantly surprised when it arrived a few days later.
The service and product were first class, not to mention the incredible range of products they have available.
I'm happy.

MobileZap seems to be one of the few Australian businesses that imports the Sugru range of 2-part mixable polymers that set to silicone rubber in a range of colours. This is a very useful product for modelling kids toys, flexible gaskets, or even for making small orthopaedic cushions for people with bunions. My order was dispatched quickly and correctly with a minimum of fuss. I hope this small business gets the success it deserves.

I had been looking for an affordable Samsung 5 phone cover that had glitter for a long time and finally found Mobile Zap who had exactly what I wanted and for a reasonable price. They also delivered in terrific time.

After making an online order, I received an email to notify me that there was a delay on the product I ordered. The email also said that if I was unable to wait I could change my order. The instructions were provided on how to do this. After initially deciding to change my order I then decided to cancel my order. The correspondence was quick and obliging and a refund was provided. Although I didn't go through with order due to a change in my own circumstance, I would certainly buy from this company again.

When I received the mobile case I was really pleased with the quality. It was much better than I would have expected for the price. When I was a little worried it was taking some time to arrive, I contacted the company who responded immediately and predicted to the day it arrived on my door.

Saw the advert and decided it could be useful. I have now tried it out and found it straight forward to use and connect and most importantly it works very well. Very happy with it and definitely recommend it.

Ordered the Ibolt Active car dock for Iphone 6S Plus (IPro2). Still waiting on the new iphone to arrive so haven't been able to check the dock out fully but it looks good. There are inbuilt spacers where the lightening cable is located to allow for different case thicknesses and it's height adjustable. Grip feels very firm.
Placed my order on late on 5 Sep which was a public holiday, and it arrived on the 9 Sep. Very pleased with the service.
One star missing because the dock came from UK rather than an Australian warehouse.

Awsome, easy to use website, quick shipping, swifty quick responses to emails.

Large product inventory, most items fairly priced, some items are on the touch bit expensive side...

Shipping tracking information slow on computer system (NOTmobile zap's fault though)

Bought only one thing from MobileZap so far (Muvit white flip phone case for Sony Xperia Z1C), but am still happy with it after a few weeks of very intensive use. Actual ordering process was relatively streamlined, shipping took a bit longer than expected, product was not at all well-protected in packaging (but thankfully didn't get damaged), price was very reasonable. Product was exactly as I expected and so far seems to be standing up well to my demanding needs. Would recommend this site to others looking for phone accessories (but as always, do your own research first -- MobileZap is a supplier, not a manufacturer, so make sure you read other reviews and know what you're buying).

Received in a timely manner (considering it came from the UK). Great product - just what I wanted. Unable to find a cover for my iPhone 5c locally. Would use this company again.

I have been looking everywhere to buy a set of Samsung Black Level Over-ear Bluetooth Headphones but found them really hard to find especially at a reasonable price but then I found MobileZap who had them at a great price and service and delivery was fast and easy so I would recommend these guys to anyone interested!

I recently purchased a Krusell Kalmar iPhone 6 Flip Wallet Case (AUD 45 Delivered) after a cuple of weeks I was asked to do a product review. I advised MZ that i had not received it yet.
Anyway they said it should be there after 3 weeks but when it wasn't, they offered to replace it as "Lost in Transit". They then asked me how I woiuld like it sent i advised by express Freight. I offered to pay the extra cost but they said no thanks!
That's what I call exceptional customer care!

This is my third time purchasing a laptop chargers... a gift to my friends and family.
It's awesome to know the consistency of their goods and services.

I was worried about shopping at this site because of the variety of bad reviews on this site and others. It also seemed there were no reviews in the middle 3 star range, they were either 1 star or 5 stars which lead me to think the 5 star reviews were fake to compensate for all the bad reviews.

I decided to give them a go because they had everything I was after for my new Samsung S4 whereas other sites only had 1 or 2 items I was looking for. This way I didn't have to make 4 separate payments and track the orders separately. The only thing I did buy separately was a 64gb MicroSD card which was too expensive in my opinion, I just got one on eBay for 50% less and it works perfectly.

The day I made my order I was contacted by a mobilezap rep just to confirm my order and details. This must be for their purposes to avoid fraudulent orders or something.

I paid for express postage and the items arrived very quickly considering I live in Perth WA and they are shipping from UK I believe. It was order on Thursday 10 October and delivered to my door on Monday 14th which is very fast.

All items enclosed were as described so I am very happy. I wanted to post this review because I'm a bit perplexed about the negative reviews. Would definitely deal with them again.

The best ever earphones, the sound is like a pleasant voice in an empty room, not "in your ear" I highly recommend this product.

Good value for money MobileZap prices were cheaper than other sites I looked at. The delivery cost was an added bonus at just $2.99.
