WARNING: Do not order anything from the Mobstub.com website! I had ordered four leather cord bracelets with a silver plaque reading SHE BELIEVED SHE COULD AND SO SHE DID, one of my favorite sayings, as advertised on their site. The company changed my order to "Inspirational bracelets" and sent four (at $10 each) that read NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE THE WORD ITSELF SAYS I'M POSSIBLE, which makes no sense. ( It's a Chinese company, so there is a language problem.) They have a no returns policy so, after several email exchanges, they are refusing to give me a refund or exchange, insisting I had ordered the items they sent. WRONG! L
Ordered 2,10 pack of makeup brushes on May 2. It's May 27 still have not received. Your ad says 5 to 7 days. Never will I ordered from this company again.
Mobstub has great deals and excellent service. Speed of turnaround is also a good feature. I especially liked the deal on the Beats Earphones by Dre! What a bargain. Thank you

Ordered TWO hand bags. One is OK, but the large one is not what I expected. After 7 (yes SEVEN) emails they sent an email that tells me to print out my return label. When you click on PRINT it states that is an invalid address.
SO, I tried to reply to the email and it will not send because it states there is SPAM in the email. What a ripoff this place is...

I ordered a King size sheet set from MobStub for $23. They are extremely soft and don't come off the corners! We'll see how well they hold up, but so far I am impressed!
I have placed a few orders from Mobstub. On my last order, an item showed that it had been delivered, yet I did not receive it. The company sent me out a replacement immediately!
I ordered a charger for an iPad and an iPhone. When I received it months later, they sent me two iphone chargers, neither of them working. I tried to return them and Miriam from Mobstub kept responding a day or two after I emailed Mobstub. She asked me the same questions over and over again as if she had never read my earlier comments. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! They are not customer friendly, their products do not work, and their shipping is slower than any other company I have used.
Buyer Be Aware! I have ordered other items from this company & the item was delivered & was the quality expected. This time their website had a blip in it & the item they sent my confirmation for is not the item ordered! They claim they cannot stop the shipment even though it is clearly a problem on their end. I have not received an email stating the item has shipped & I sent my advise as soon as I received the confirmation from them for the wrong item! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
NO! I have others that are backed up by banks and no worries. Mobstub leaves a lot to be desired, especially trying to make contact with them. Use PAYPAL if you have to
I want my money back but they say no. Said genuine leather and it is so cheap, it literally "stinks" and smells up my office. False advertising. Very unhappy. They are a scam.
