I purchased two rings through this site, having never used them they seemed to have nice looking merchandise and good prices. I received one ring it seems fine, but it is a simple design, the other ring a stone was missing from the moment I opened the package. I checked to see if it was in the package loose thinking it had been thrown around during shipping. Not found, called customer service and told basically nothing I could do. They sure got my money and I might add this ring was expensive. Will never order again from this site and would advise you NOT to either! Your taking a big risk. Just FYI buy from China get crap buy from USA get quality. I was not aware my products were from China until I received them in the mail. Again buy at your own risk! May as well buy from someone coming door to door.

I recently ordered the package of 2 grill mats on Mob Stub but they accidentally sent me a different item. I immediately contacted their customer service department and got a reply within a few hours. They requested a photo of the item received which I sent and again got an almost instant response. My grill mats will be here in 5-7 days. Thank you to Hannah in customer service for making this go so smoothly. I have ordered MANY items from Mob Stub and now feel confident to continue doing business with them in the future.

I ordered the 1600 thread count organic Egyptian cotton sheets, received them, and found they weren't king sized at all. I stretched the fitted sheet as far as it would go over the mattress only to have the elastic at the hems snap. Now not only did the sheets not fit and only came down over half the side, but they didn't grip the mattress either because there was no more elastic. I emailed MobStub, and Lilly helped me to see if I needed a refund or a replacement after I sent her a couple of pictures to show the problem. I really loved the softness of the sheets so I selected replacement sheets, hoping to have a different experience. The 2nd set of sheets were actually King sized and fit beautifully... deep pockets! Apparently, someone in packing sent the wrong sized sheets in the first place. After Lilly's followup emails, my problem was resolved, my sheets are soft and fit the bed, and Lilly's customer service made ALL the difference. Thank you, MobStub for your customer service... and for that, I have placed two more orders with MobStub! If my issue had been ignored. I would never have ordered again from them. Thank you, LIlly and MobStub, I will be ordering in the future!

I very much wanted to leave a review on this site. I have placed 3 orders with them. Everything I ordered is exactly as it was pictured. Great quality. I looked for this site so I could share. You receive an order confirmation, a security email, and a shipping confirmation. This is one of the most efficient sites I've ever used. Most importantly, the merchandise is top quality and for an unbelievable price. I will definitely continue to order from them.

Upon discovering Mobstub on facebook their adds intreged me. I saw various products that not only I would like but at a affordable price. It started with their Bluetooth headset for a lower price than I had seen them in stores. My son has used a headset all of his life & as it happens he was in the market for a quality pair. We ordered the bluetooth headset, upon it's arrival Andrew couldn't get over all the features that they had. It's as if they had thought of everything in the design of them, they vibrate when you get a call while your listening to your tunes so you never miss a thing. He plugged them into my ears & the sound was extreamly fabulous well worth the money I paid for them.
Since ordering that first pair I have ordered another for a friend as a gift, with his they didn't work quite right so I wrote Mobstub as soon as I knew. There email reply was with in twenty four hours they gave me the instrutions again but the headset was defective & wouldn't work, I wrote again & Mobstubs responce was remarkable they sent another pair at no cost to me as the second pair I ordered was defective. Now the guys have another friend Jarred that is so impressed he is planning on ordering a pair just to listen to his tunes as well. They are light weight & comfortable to wear on the neck, Russ says he feels lost without his on. Lol

I ordered several items and was displeased with the appearance of one of them. I contacted customer service and received a speedy reply, professionalism, and a great attitude... I shared my concerns with the representatives and she ensured me that my product would be replaced. Wow! No fussing or inappropriate language, just GREAT customer service (thx Hannah).

This kind of customer service compels me to continue to make purchases from this vendor as well as spread the word to others. It feels good to know that you genuinely care that the customer is satisfied. Keep up the good work!

I bought a bracelet for my daughter and the string broke after a few days. I sent a picture to mobstub asking if they would either give me instructions on how to fix it, or if they would send a replacement. They responded soon after to let me know that they would be sending a replacement right away. Fantastic customer service!
