I've only started shopping with Modanisa last month and I've already bought around 10 dresses. The prices, quality and customer service are beyond satisfactory. Hearing peoples complaint honestly blows my mind. Anyways id definitely recommend it 100%
I do not recommend purchasing items through Modanisa. I will no longer buy anything from them due to their deceptive pricing practices. They charge significantly higher prices than the original brand sites for the same products. I have attached a screenshot as evidence, showing the substantial price differences. Modanisa's markup exceeds 250% above the actual price. Please avoid shopping at Modanisa. Having recommended them to my entire family for the past five years, I am deeply disappointed and will not endorse them any longer.
I love modanisa, always order but this time there was a careless mistake done by them my one item they forgot to send and another item they sent 2 orders instead of one, we have to pay custom duty, on top of that ups delivery fee, exchange rate, my orders almost becomes double the price. This mistake should be compensated.

Superb, material and styles. I am shocked to see such bad rating.
The dresses were a bit too long for me but I easily hemmed myself. The material is excellent/ not cheap like other online materials. You just need to find the right style for yourself. I am so pleased with my previous buy that I have ordered more dresses. Will write an update as soon as I get my new purchase.

Their fabric are very nice, they have quality clothes. The only downside is you have to pay for the duties and tax when you received your parcel. But other than that it's a good website if you like to buy modest but modern clothes. Shipping was fast. Satisfied customer.

I am always ecstatic when I buy from Modanisa. The shipment to Germany is super fast. I have always doubts about the size that I should pick, because some brands obviously have different measures, such as Benin. So this time I ordered something and it was super huge, I reached out to the customer service, returned the items that I don't want, got my return receipt, and got refunded instantly after the package returned to the warehouse, like this whole process took less than a week. A HUGE improvement in the logistics I gotta say. Still hope the quality of clothes and finishing will improve in the future, I find it (8/10). Then I would give 5/5 stars.

First of all the Quality is less than zero point! It was second hand product they just put their own cheap label. Size was too large from measured size. I was expecting. The material product is old and smells like dampness.

I am genuinely disgusted with this company. It has been over three months since I ordered, and not only has my products NOT been delivered, they do not refund the money. Their customer service is APPALLING and if you do manage to get a response from them, they'll just say their 'working on it.' their latest scam with me was when they emailed saying that my issue was finally resolved. I opened my account--no money from them.

Customer service? What a joke! Virtually does not exist, when you email them about your query your email gets ignored. To be honest this shop used to be very good, now it's gone from a 10 star to under one star. My advice avoid at all costs!

This is my first time ordering clothes worth of almost 54.00 dollars. I never received the package even though it says on my account that it was delivered. My husband was home and he did not see any truck nor did the bell ring. I called them many times about 10 times and each time they tell me don't worry we will contact UPS. I called UPS and started an investigation. The investigation has been going on for about a week and UPS said that they contacted Modanisa and that they never replied back! This company is literally a joke. There are illegal fraudulent stuff going on behind the scenes and I am putting a police investigation on this. I am 100 percent sure that Modanisa has a way to tip off the driver to scan the item at the correct location but deliver to someone else because they are clearance items on low stock and want to try to please regular customers. Like everyone else says they really are thieves!

I am very upset about this order, first of all it was not even in good condition, there was whole in the dress because it was sewn by a piece of threads, it was very visible, you could see that someone tried to hide few wholes in the material. Not only it was expensive but for this kind of service and product, it is not worth it. I still did not even wear it and very sad to keep something that will not be useful.

This is very unfortunate that you guys do not have any price protection period. Paid 44.95 for an item and within 2 week it drop to 34.95 and no price match. An fortunately I ordered 2 dresses. Both of them are very small from the size on their chart.
I ordered 48 and it did not even enter my head, which proved it is completely wrong size.
I spent over 375 Canadian dollars and I did not get any respond from them.
There is over 8 emails between us.

I find it annoying how they charge in USD when shipping address is CAD. Apart from that, the customs really add up.

If you don't have a paypal account. Your money will be taken. You wont receive any items and if you try to find out why, they will toss you around until they tell you to go exercise your legal rights.
Don't bother tracking down the parcel, the shipping companies will tell you the sender has never shipped out such a package with their shipping company and if you confront Modanisa stuff. Then they will tell you literally tell you go exercise you legal right. I guess they have done this for quite a while they are getting very comfortable.

I was not satisfied with my purchase. I purchased 13 items. One of their campaign terms is that you get free shipping if you purchase under 12 items. For one item, they made me pay an extra $25 of shipping. It's not right, they should be more transparent with customers. In their home page when you click on the area where it says that there is no shipping fee (terms and conditions apply), it doesn't take you anywhere where it states only 12 items. There is no terms and conditions are, they call it campaign. I could have easily made it 2 purchases and not had to pay for shipping. As much as I love their products, I will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered from Modanisa twice. I'm not planning to order again. First, the shipping costs about 40% of the total amount. I paid $140 for my first order and $50 extra for my customers. For my second order I paid $55 and $25 extra for coatings. It's not worth it if you live in Canada. The other main issue is there customer service. It's horrible. They will take ages to get back to you only if you keep bugging them otherwise forget about it. Also, they really have a problem with colors of the images displayed on their website. Always consider the description and don't pay attention to the color of the image. I have received at least 3 items in different colors than what was displayed on their images. I'm terms of the quality, it's just fine it's not bad.

The worst online store I've been seen in the past couple of years horrible experience very very late deliveries when we speak about the clothes is like a whole another level of disappointment! It's like expectation vs reality shopping. Very bad quality horrible materials if you washed three times it's already for a trash sizing is not realistic and to short us well even if you order a bigger size to fit won't fit you accept if you are not 150cm and when you try to return something you need to cover international shipping you self in order to return back to them so you can eventually get your money back but that will not gonna happen either because they're going to say that they haven't receive the return package

Why does it say on the website that orders to the UK come with free shipping yet when I added the items I wanted to buy I had to pay £7.00, it doesn't make sense. The products either have defects or bad quality/ not as expected and wrong size majority of them run smaller than it should be.
After 10 days of opening a case and sending all the pictures proof needed, i received an automatic email says that the case is closed and the issue is resolved.!
Not to mention that the return policy is a joke, you need to pay 10$ for the return no matter what the reason (and if the package wasn't accepted in turkey, it is your problem then to send it back for an other 10$ or not)
It was the first purchase and definitely the last one too.

I used to love modanisa but recently all my orders have had problems. One dress arrived ripped and broken and the other ones were not the size described. Customer service took over 2 weeks to reply to me and then when they did reply the returns label is NOT SHOWING and their website won't let me delete the return and try again. Basically, don't waste your money. I used to be an advocate for Modanisa but they've gone downhill, most of the dresses I've gotten are cheap, poor quality and their customer service doesn't help. Be careful of what these hijab influencers advertise.
