I've only started shopping with Modanisa last month and I've already bought around 10 dresses. The prices, quality and customer service are beyond satisfactory. Hearing peoples complaint honestly blows my mind. Anyways id definitely recommend it 100%
I do not recommend purchasing items through Modanisa. I will no longer buy anything from them due to their deceptive pricing practices. They charge significantly higher prices than the original brand sites for the same products. I have attached a screenshot as evidence, showing the substantial price differences. Modanisa's markup exceeds 250% above the actual price. Please avoid shopping at Modanisa. Having recommended them to my entire family for the past five years, I am deeply disappointed and will not endorse them any longer.
I ordered two shirts in the same size and the same brand, but one of them was perfect and the other one was too small. I have sent an email to the customer service but they have never replied back to me... I am not going to buy form this company ever again.
I ordered from the website and the sizing was complete wrong in comparision to what was listed - some of the dresses were too big and others too small (even though the measurements on the website were listed the same for all), when I tried to return the items, the shipping was triple the prices of the items itself, so I asked them if there was any other option to get around this issue. The customer service rep said someone will be in touch with me but no one has yet and when I try to reach out to them by email or phone, no one replies or picks up the call. Never buying from them again.

I have tried for 6 months to be reimbursed for a package never received. The company gave me the runaround for six months and refuses now to reimburse me or even give me store credit. Deplorable business ethics.

These people took my money (90$) through paypal 20 days ago, and they are not even responding to my emails! No order no refund and every time I call, they say they are going to email their manager and respond in 24hours. Needless to say its been 10 days after my first contact and they are just not responding since the manager doesn't know any English! At least give me my money back.

I have a really bad experience with them. I returned two dresses to them and I never received my money back. The opened a case for me with number: ******* but nothing happened. I contacted them through emails, live chat and phone calls and no one contacted me back and they always say that they'll get back to you but this never happens. This is the worst customer service that I have dealt with and I will never deal with them again.

Cigarette lighter in pocket
I have never seen such a thing in my life. Today i received my order and as i was unpacking a tunik i found found a Cigarette LIGHTER in one of its pockets! Like imagine! Plus the tunik has no label, i am sure it was worn before.

I ordered a swimsuit online, my order was confirmed and I got a message stating that my order is awaiting shipment. The next day I missed a call from an unknown foreign number which I did not recognise. The following day I missed another call from the same number, when, against my best judgement and against all safety rules, I called the number back I was told my Modanisa order was cancelled which is expected from an unreliable company, but I am told my money will be refunded in two weeks! The operator claimed there is no seniors or managers to discuss this further and that was that my money disappeared only God knows if/ when Ill see it again, This is not only a scam but raises suspicions of money laundering scam. Everyone stay away don't get get scammed like me

Their sizes fit too small. Their customer service is pretty much does not exist. They advice me the sizing based on that I set my order. It is too small. They expect for me to pay the shipping fee which is over $200Usd. The also charge me additional custom fee.

So I just received my order today. I have everything I ordered. I dont know why it took two weeks for my order to get here but it got here. I got everything I expected. I will give them another try considering that they have really nice things on the website. The only issue I had with them was the shipping. The website says 48 hours to ship out the items. Well it took a week for my items to actually get shipped out. That was my main concern but if anyone has any concern with shipping, just know that if you are in the USA, realistically, it will not take 48 hours to ship out considering that the items are coming from Turkey. So yes, it will take time. But I would say that it was worth the wait. Thank you Modanisa. I will order from you again.

I do not what is going on, but I have called customer service reps and each of the reps keeps givingme a different answer as to when they will ship out my order. To make a long story short, on October 20th I placed and order for some items. (I live in the USA). Ocotber 20th was a friday so I get that the order will not technically go through until Monday. So it now Wednesday and my order status still says
"dispactching". When I called the first time, the rep said that it was still in dispactching. Ok. I get that. The second time I called, the rep said that it was shipped out via UPS but there was no tracking number availble :/. The third time I called, the rep told me that it was being prepared for shipping. I dont know what is going on, and why Modanisa reps keeps giving me the run around. I tried to find out for my own self if the website was good or now but some of the reviews are true. I hope I either get my order or I get a refund.
I made so many purchases from Modanisa but they have very bad services nowadays, because i made an order and when i receive it i discovered one item was defected and the other item was very very very bad chemical odor. Therefore, i decided to return it, so, I shipped both items through ups and they receive it. Online says refund was completed on November 18, but they never refund my money. Although, i contact them many times through whatsapp, many emails but no response and this is the return number *******.

I ordered for the first time, they gave me the wrong size of one of the dresses, size 38 instead of 48 and they refuse to send the right size because they only give out coupon which is same price as the dress but the trick is you have to buy more than the coupon and you cannot use any other coupon that you are eligible for. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM! Be careful people! That is all I can say.
They suppose to correct their mistake and send the customer the right size they ordered but NOPE they don't do that.
Another issue the "my order " button is not working as soon as they dispatch the order and they didn't answer after asking why!

I wrote a review a while ago about the terrible service received by modanisa when I received the wrong order. I should have updated this review a long time ago. Eventually I contacted a member of the management team and the matter was speedily resolved. My money was refunded. Items required were sent out to me again. And a £100 gift voucher given because of the inconvenience afforded me. I have to say that the management dealt with things well. It is just a shame that the staff were so slow to respond. Still happy to say that all ended well. Can trust the company to come through.

I've made quite a few orders on modanisa and most of them were good. Recently I ordered a dress and the quality of it was soooo poor. I knew I would never wear it so I decided to return it. I took it to the post office and paid £12.57 for signed for delivery to turkey. 3 weeks later it gets posted back to me so I call royal mail and they said that no one accepted the delivery in turkey so it's come back so I'd have to speak to modanisa. I spoke to modanisa and they gave me a new prepaid label but they said £12.90 will come out of my refund for the fee for this so for an £18 dress after my refund I'm getting -£6 what a jokeeeeee

I bought stuff from them for $315.00 canadaian,. When they invoice and send to ups $495.47., when i asked they said it was on sale.
I had to pay $121.42 duty
And many of the stuff is so crapy

I ordered a package worth £244 from Modanisa consisting of shirts, tunics, dresses and shoes. Modanisa sent me the wrong package of just two scarves. I contacted customer services and they said to return the package and that I would receive a refund within 10 days. I sent the package with a tracking number and a screen shot of when they received the package. It has been a month since I had done this and I have STILL not received a refund. It has been TWO months since I placed my order and they refuse to answer my emails. I am so disappointed with this company. Especially as they are Muslim and they have been extremely dishonest. Appalling customer service. I would advise no one to order from this company with what I have had to deal with.

I ordered stuff worth CAD $73 from Modanisa.com where they were offering free express shipping and before receiving my order, the ups service charged me import charges for $32.77 Which i feel is very betraying. I had to pay custom fee, otherwise they wont give me the delivery.

I had to get my order 24 th may, i called every day, they said me i will get your order in 2 days, so every day i hear the same words. I spent a lot of money, I spent my first Eid Holidays without new clothes as a muslim clothes. When i called them they said they are now Holiday vacations, so ok kept calm and wait when they come back to work. When my Holiday they made bad! I cant go outside because i don't have anything to wear.! Terrible experience. I had to return my product and never got my refund. They claimed they refunded, but I never received. This happened two times. I was kind of okay at first, just though it was an honest mistake. Then second time I specifically asked them to refund to another bank account. But they still claimed they refunded the other bank I told them not to. Now they are refusing to help. Costumer service advised me to double check my account like I am some kind of idiot.
