I've only started shopping with Modanisa last month and I've already bought around 10 dresses. The prices, quality and customer service are beyond satisfactory. Hearing peoples complaint honestly blows my mind. Anyways id definitely recommend it 100%
I do not recommend purchasing items through Modanisa. I will no longer buy anything from them due to their deceptive pricing practices. They charge significantly higher prices than the original brand sites for the same products. I have attached a screenshot as evidence, showing the substantial price differences. Modanisa's markup exceeds 250% above the actual price. Please avoid shopping at Modanisa. Having recommended them to my entire family for the past five years, I am deeply disappointed and will not endorse them any longer.
Stay away from Modanisa, rubbish size charts. They gave a discount for shipping costs when I paid, 1 week after I received my order I got a bill from UPS for the shipping costs for the same order, shipping costs where as costly as the order itself, simply cheating you to buy. Apparently they set and write reviews here and give themselves 5 stars.
This is my second review for Modanisa, because after 20 days still i didn't receive the full refund and i lost 312 emirati dirham. I send email to them, copy of the bank statement where it is clear that they keep for no reason 312 aed but nothing was solve. So dear costumers be careful with this website because you can lose your money

I live in Canada and it's hard to find a good quality Muslim wear, and say I found a store: I will not find a good thing.
The items on Modanisa are very fashionable and the priced are reasonable.
I loved how they explained the materials! It was a bit tricky to guess my size but I was right!
I ordered with 225 $CA and I payed on the door 77$ for the shipping company.
That's nothing! Comparing with the prices and the materials in the Muslim wear stores in Canada.
The items were in an excellent condition, the Abaya is wonderful, the coat is very good (needs some ironing), the dress is fabulous and the colours are beautiful.
I recommend everyone to order from Modanisa.

This is the worst company i have dealt with! I received a top with a lovely parrot design, however it had black dots all over and i thought it maybe just due to chalk from when it got designed, so i popped it in the washing machine on 30°c. When it came out, the spots were worse abd smuched and the design had peeled off nearly completely. I rang the company to complain and i was asked to email so i did, i had an email saying we will get back to you the next working day but im still waiting and this wad over a month ago! I rang twice after just to be told each time we will get back to you and solve it. Its all rubbish! Im still waiting. Its such a bad company, they have zero custoner service skills and the products are faulty. Dont buy from them whatever you do! Im warning you!

My first experience with modanisa was great alhamdulellah. I ordered 11 pieces and all of them came in the accurate size, quality was good and it was exactly the same as the pics they have in their website. About the shipping, it came in exactly one week to KSA. Many ppl are complaining about the shipping. In the case of middle east, shipping is for free if u order more than a 100 usd. Of course, u have to pay the shipping of the company u choose to delivered to ur house. Modanisa does not charge u for the shipping inside turkey. The ones who charge are the international courier companies.
As a summary, i feel satisfied. I feel so satisfied that in less of one week i ordered again some other designs.

I want to address a problem in Modanisa.com, the currency converting between Turkish lira and USD is far away from real prices, for example a model cost 19.90 TL on modanisa.com is 9 USD, but in real convert its 6.68 USD, so that makes a huge deference in check out when you are collecting your cart in Lira and checking out in USD, so I request that they should fix this issue ASAP. I have ordered multiple times from them. I ordered scarfs and a dress!
I always get my order within two weeks, i live in Ohio United States.
The only time I have an issue with them was that I got charged for my order twice. It was my fault because the internet got disconnected while I was placing the order and I thought the order didnt go through so I reorder it.
I contacted paypal and called their Customer service and the money was in my account within a week.
The colors of the dress was a little bit lighter from the pictures, but it wasnt bad at all and the dress wasnt expensive so I was alright with them!
Definitely recommend and im about to order more from them!

Worst experience i ever had purchasing online. The quality of the material is sooo poor and the size also very inappropriate. Once we buy we have to pay 4 times the order to return it. And to receive the product we need to pay additional shipping charges also. Very unfair. Please do not buy from them. Do not get trapped.

I was promised to have my products
I was promised to have my products that I ordered for my mother and I, to be delivered before eid and it didn't come. Incredibly disappointing, I was relying on it. I spent so much money that is now to waste as the specific occasion I wanted it for has passed. Asked help from customer service and they did not seem to have interest in answering my questions. At the very least I deserve a giftcard or something for the inconvenience they have caused.
It is a shame because I usually don't have any issues with modanisa. I recommend to buy from them only if you don't have a time limit.

I like the clothes on modanisa but I feel like the prices can be quite ridiculous but I give in because I liked some of the clothings too much not to have. The dresses I bought from the company according to uk size, the dresses came too tight or too long for some odd reason. I had to get it altered because it was that bad. 1 or 2 dresses were perfect but out 6, I ordered, it seems quite silly if I have to pay so much per dress.

I tryed up put an order in with a 15% off coupon on the app and it wasn't even letting me secure my order kept saying error accured, i get in contact with modanisa waited 2 days on a reply and all i get back is the error has not happened on our side get in contact with your bank, what has my bank got to do with this when the app wouldnt let me secure my order before i could put my card details in ridiculous very annoyed with modanisa why are you given out coupons when there don't work poor customer service

I got my order on time. But the worse thing is that, what size I order they sent same size but the size is different it is too tight my arm and shoulder I got small size. And I called no response.no help, this is my first order with modanisa and worse experience I will nevery order again.

They say on their website they have "easy returns" be warned their procedure is complicated requiring you to first download a RETURN FORM but the link does not even work. Calling customer service is useless they barely speak English and when you find someone, they just make excuses saying it's a technical issue with returns and someone will be in touch! No one ever got in touch despite my constant chasing them and I never got my money back. BEWARE!

I ordered two coats from Modanisa and the deliverywas very quick but when I opened the parcel I was quite disappointed as the coats looked like used and dry cleaned and one for of the coats had bobbling in the inside. It was very annoying as I paid a good amount and anyone can buy used items from charity shops at very lesser rates and if we prefer to pay for expensive clothes we should not be cheated. I felt cheated and I will never ever purchase from Modanisa. Further they had promised a free scarf on first order but there was no scarf in the parcel that I received. I can say that it was my first and the last purchase from them.
