“Over pricing”

I do not recommend purchasing items through Modanisa. I will no longer buy anything from them due to their deceptive pricing practices. They charge significantly higher prices than the original brand sites for the same products. I have attached a screenshot as evidence, showing the substantial price differences. Modanisa's markup exceeds 250% above the actual price. Please avoid shopping at Modanisa. Having recommended them to my entire family for the past five years, I am deeply disappointed and will not endorse them any longer.

Thank you for you reply and I have my full refund and they apologize, happy with their service. Delivery was on time dresses were gorgeous just bit concerned about sizes are different from U. K. Their 44 size in evening dresses should have some more flexibility to fit through otherwise design and stitching were beautiful. Mahmoona

Unlawful, ridiculous return policy. Very unlawful short time for returning

I placed an order and with in one week I want to return my dresses but I found out they have 24 hours return time for evening dresses that is ridiculous and theres shipping even not free and return we have to pay as well so its all totally risk doing shopping with them if you dont like the item or material not good or sizes different then we are ending up with extra charge so no point to go there and buying from them. I had experience from others shops most of free shipping when you are spending ove £100:00 and if youre spending over £200:00 they are sending you free return payed slip so you dont get charged but Modanisa I have placed an order for£229:84. They charged me shipping fees then I received my items but there sizes are different they were small so I have to return them and I paid my return fees again and the worse thing they detected my discount from all of orders, they didnt refund the amount I have paid when I asked them they said this is our policy because you ordered 5 items and you returned 3 items, so divided your discount with others items which you are not returning even their discount was different so actually what they do they keep higher price item as it and when you placed an order with different items they showed you this is how much we have discount you but when you return them you dont get full refund which you have paid then they do it in different calculation, that is wrong at least what you are returning you should get what you have paid. You ended up with this mess and unlawful charge and bad service would never recommend to any one bad experience.

I have ordered a coat over three weeks ago. Since the credit card payment didn't go through the first time (as one of the customers has already pointed out in this forum) I tried again and consequently was charged twice. Although the modanisa customer service replied quickly to my request for a refund I still haven't received my money back yet (order *******). And what's worse, I still haven't received my coat (order *******). I have paid twice for a coat that never got here; I feel scammed and am ready to publish what happened in any consumer forum I could possibly come across!

I just received my second order from Modanisa (all the way to BC, Canada). This time I got express free shipping and it was here in 4 days! The quality of all the clothes I have ordered over the last two years is great and I love the modern designs. I bought a few zip up abayas, a coat wrap and a dress. I find the sizes very good, but check your measurements to be sure. I will say the abayas that zip up (all 3) are a wee bit tight across the chest (and Im not big chested), so you may want to go up a size depending on the style. Im not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I LOVE the clothes and get so many compliments when Im out n about. I did, however, have a question and I contacted customer service twice (or at least tried to) via their online email and I did not hear back, so while I got exactly what I ordered Im not overly impressed with the lack of customer support. I would recommend Modanisa to a friend, just like it was recommended to me: 0)

Last week I saw a lot of beautiful clothes in this website. So I ordered four times. Today, arrived at home the first order. But, I was surprised to know that I have had to pay 25 euros more of customs fee for each order. Although when ordering process the delivery address was to Spain there weren't any warning message or information to know that. I will never buy from this website, it is a scam.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them because quality Is poor and torn dresses. Hard to get money back refund and we have to pay for the return delivery. I wish I could give them no stars at all.

Tip for consumers:
Try to avoid them. Save your self from buying from this website and pay little bit extra for quality sites who are offering better service and quality material and craftsmanship.

They stole my money. I made order that cost more than $750 month and half ago. I didn't get it until now. I contacted them several time and they just telling me that they are working on solving my problem, but nothing is happened. What should I do? How can get my money back.

Update: I was contacted by a customer service rep who helped start a return and I got full refund for the item I returned and partial for the one I washed. That's why I added 2 stars extra. Also the credibility of their adverts have improved with time so I still go there to order Islamic wears. I bought a $55 dress only to get one with a low quality and a different colour. The dress washed out and started pulling wool after just one wash. A whole $55. I also bought another a burin dress for $42 which was not only poorly sewn but tore the third time I wore it because there were loose thread hanging around it that I kept cutting off. I have bought several stuffs from them but the bad quality on cheap items doesn't annoy if not that on high priced items. Please be careful buying from them. My recent order number is *******.

I wish I can gave you no star at all, I have been waiting for nearly three months to get my money back but no one even contacted me to say sorry for the delay. I had to return my order I had to call customer service to ask about my refund many many times and every time they gave me different answers: we have received your order but we need to send it back to Turkey! Then we didn't receive your order ( I don't know the truth)! We will open a case for you, the financial department is dealing with your case, we will tell our manger about your case and will contact you soon... no one contact me until now.
I am really so disappointed with this company, I will never ever buy anything from you again and you have to send my money back.

If i can give them 0 stars i would. Most of there description on their products is not very accurate including the size. Cheap material, inaccurate size, and most of all their customer service is crap. They don't answer the phone, and when you decide to return the items because it dose not match what the ad says for the size and description they make you pay for the shipping when its there fault. They make you take so many pictures of the product and they don't take ownership of their mistake. Never dealing with those people. They did not refund me my money nor paid for the shipping because its their mistake. Customer service is 0 with this website.

I've been dealing with the company more than once and each time I'm pleased with my orders, quality of clothing, the shipping speed (to the US), and the cost! If you ever think that you cannot afford high quality, fashionable, and at the same time modest clothing then modanisa is a perfect option for you! Customer service is very helpful and respectful. I'm in love with every single piece of cloth I've purchased and I always highly recommend the website to all my friends as well as to whoever is going to read my review. I ordered some cloths from them then i changed my mind< they immediately return my order, when i need to ask about my new order a chat kind lady also immediately answer me and answered all my question, the guilty of the cloths was great,,, what can i asked more,, i highly recommend them

This company is a total scam. I ordered 6 products and they delivered only 2. I reported this immediately and for weeks they have been giving me the runaround that they are looking at CCTV footage and trying to contact fedex to find out what happened. This is a total fraud. I will report this to my credit card company.

I received my dresses in 5 days to the US and shipping was free. You can check the status daily until you receive it. Very pleased with my order
And true to size except one of them the sleeve was tight, May be I am chunkier on my arms.

I took it upon myself to write a review because of how many negative comments i saw. Ok, what is that about? I have been ordering from Modanisa for the past year and i have no complaints. Fast shipping and beautiful quality clothes for a good price! And about sizes, they are usually true to size, you just have to know your own size and go by the measurments they have.

I ordered 4 dresses from madanisa and I am really super happy with them. Amazing styles just like the photos, the fabric and material are awesome and the size is just like the chart and the dress details. Thank you guys; you made my day. I ordered a skirt that based on the picture of the website showed long skirt. The skirt I got was short and falls just below my knee. When I emailed the company, all I got was an email giving a reference number. Since then I emailed back but didn't get any feedback from them. I am extremely disappointed with the false advertisement and lack of consideration.

The comment the company left is false. I haven't received a single email addressing my problem. This show the level of dishonest!

I used to love this website and buy a lot from it but not anymore they got too expensive and having cheap quality not worth the price i wish they are like a year or 2 years ago they used to have a better materials and better price im not going to buy from them anymore since they disappointed me many times with their new clothing! I wish they get better styles than the one they have the good styles they have now r so expensive!

I still don't get anything.
I tried so many times to contact them they said they will see where is my order.after a while they stopped responding me.

I was doubtful about ordering from Modanisa, given the mixed reviews, but my friend just ordered hijabs from the website and had a great experience, so I decided to go ahead and try it out as well. I did follow the measurements guidelines to pick the correct size and ordered few items (including dresses, jacket and skirt). Since I didn't register when ordering, I was just provided with order number but no follow up email. Waited patiently for 1 week, putting my trust in Almighty and Allhamduillah got my package yesterday. No extra shipping fees. Everything I ordered fit perfectly, beautiful clothes, I already got comments on my new dresses. So happy, will definitely order again soon:-) and recommend to all my friends. So glad that there is a muslim company helping us to look modest and beautiful.

They said the items were sent out, so they have nothing to do with it and to sort with shipping company who doesn't respond. Unless the shipping company would return the lost package then only they can give me a refund. Ridiculous

My advice, despite the temptation to save on postage and order multiple items, just get one and see if the size is ok. Their sizings are tighter fit than they look and shrinkage even when handwashed is a problem. I will not be ordering again. I give them 3 stars because the items arrived within 2 weeks and seemed to be sewn well. One item arrived with three obvious marks on it. Wasted $40.

My husband made an order for 60 us dollars several days ago. He didnt get any confirmation email from modanisa. When we checked our account at the website it turned out that the order information was removed. My husband opened a case with paypal to get money back after he had written an email to modanisa but had got no response. This is horrible experience and not smth that you expect from islamic enterprise.
