I have been looking for a great leather case for my iPad online and thankfully my friend referred me to this store. Not only the product is great but the customer service as well, as they help me with regards to my wrong ordered item and processed an exchange!
Perhaps the worst online shopping experience I've been through. From go they made the process difficult. I ordered one item (a laptop case). Day one to five: no shipping info. I shoot them an email asking about an eta (totally understandable that it's taking a while thanks to rona) and get a "we'll keep you informed" response. Almost two weeks go by from me giving them my money and finally an update: the item you ordered is out of stock. Cool, I gave up two days ago and got the charge reversed by my bank since the customer service reps must be at the very end of a long and convoluted info chain. Save some time and shop elsewhere.
Reached out to Monderno Collections to replace or refund our purchase of iPad leather cover -- cover is trimmed with cheap plastic - that quickly fails
Requested a replacement - Monderno refused - but did offer an "discount" on furture purchases. Filed a dispute with our credit card

I purchased the iPhone charging stand and when it arrived it did not work. The replacement only lasted 1 month and now Moderno will not refund me as it is more than 30 days since initial purchase. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.
I received the item but unfortunately its not an ipad case its a cheap PLASTIC case... and no contact number. I sent email no anwer at all... charge me expensive... plus taxe

Took 3 weeks to Germany. That's ok. IPhone 13 Mini and AirPods Pro are charging fast. But my AppleWatch 7 don't. With 3 Watt it doesn't work.
