Don't bother thinking you are getting great clothes for a great price. You aren't and you won't. I paid extra shipping costs in order to get my items before I left for a trip. Didn't happen. And when I finally got the order, not a single thing fit. Apparently their sizing chart isn't compatible with normal US sizes. At this point I am attempting to return my order and I am not expecting a good experience. I should have heeded all of the negative comments on the internet and Facebook.
It took over a month for my order to get to me. Customer service number is non-existent and when you write an email they answer only a week later. Quality of the t shirts are ordered are just awful, I think you can honestly get better at a dollar store, definitely was not worth $50. On top of everything, one of the shirts I ordered was not the one I got. I did not want to waste my time with the returns. Do not buy here, run run run!
Ordered 5 tops in early April. Waited and waited for delivery. Company responded every time and gave an honest explanation. Finally received order about a month and half after ordering. Everything was a perfect and just as lovely as advertised.
Sizes are inaccurate and workmanship is poor. Pictures are deceiving. Company gives you the run around. You pay return shipping to China AND they charge 40% to recover their shipping. This, you get only 69% (theoretically). NEVER buy from them.
The clothes I received were beautiful but I would have to be 7 foot tall to wear them. The shirts went down to my knees. Not sure why they are made like this. Other than that, The clothes looked great.
I'm busy working full time and raising kids- so I don't have time to shop. I buy most of my clothes here.The discounts are great, clothing is of high quality and offers selection and if it doesn't fit, returns aren't a problem.
I don't usually purchase on line but the 2 tops l liked were pretty so l took a chance.
I couldn't be more happier the quality is excellent, and look exactly as advertised l ordered XL but should of come down a size arrived quickly too.

The rep was very nice and reassuring that I would soon be receiving my items, however, they are late and I don't even know where in the world they are, because the tracking info does not state this fact. This is discouraging myself from purchasing further items from Modlily.

I purchased a XXL Bathing suit top in June 2022. It was way too big. So I returned it in June. The CS rep helped with the label, and said there would be no charge. I mistook it for meaning no charge for an exchange for a size Large as well.
I finally contacted Modlily in August by e mail, regarding my exchange. "May" answered each correspondence within 24hours. I greatly appreciated her diligence to get this issue resolved. I received my bathing suit top yesterday. I really like it.
I was very apprehensive to place my order. But I thought it was coming from China. I thought to myself. Oh God here we go another skill. But I received my bathing suit in less than two weeks from order and they were exactly as described. The quality of them for the price is outstanding I would recommend buying from them.
For an old gal who likes to go for a swim, I'm happy to report that the feminine bathing suits that cover my middle are a delight. Haven't tried them in the water yet. I wear a black sports bra underneath for more support and it goes well with the suits I purchased. Especially like the spandex shorts (the longer ones that go down the thigh) which will be great for cycling. Delivery was quick.
When I was shopping you did not offer the brown and black shirt with the ring on the chest part.
While it looked OK i really did not like it because it looked like FLAMES. Luckily I gave it to someone who happened to like FLAMES. I then ordered the brown and black shirt.
Ordered a swim suit on April 1,2017 to take on my cruise on April 17. Never knew it was coming from china. Thought 2 weeks time was enough to get it before my trip. Just got back today, May 1, and still no suit, although I did receive email saying it was in Shanghai on the 14th and is now in USA as of 4/29. Are they for real? Curious to if and what I get, lol
Modlily.com is a great online clothes store. I've ordered many things so far and I've loved all of them. Customer service is great and the delivery has always been prompt and on time. The last item I purchased was a gorgeous floral dress for summer. The print on the fabric is stunning and the quality of the item is amazing considering the price I paid. I'm definitely going to continue shopping there!
I ordered two tops 11/26 And I have not received them or had any communication from Modlily since I ordered them. My bank account shows the money for the tops has been taken out of my checking account. If I don't hear something soon, I will report this to both my bank and Facebook which is where I saw the add. The company does not tell you that everything comes from China and takes 2 months to get here and the quality of the clothes is terrible... you get what you pay for... bought a bathing suit and it was ok received 2.5 months later... now just waiting on a dress and that will take 2 months I am sure. Beware of this company!
I get the majority of my clothes from Modlily. The clothing is cheap, cute, and fine quality. All the products I got were just what I ordered and just the right fit. Love to shop there, never had a problem with the site, great customer service.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
