I puchased two blouses from ModLilly and when i received them they were made very small, altho i ordered two sizes up - very very poor quality clothes - one blouse is ok but if you had to wash it - it would be no good anymore and the second blouse feels like plastic. I tried and tried and tried to return them and they give you the run around and then they tell you they will give you a partial refund on your account instead of returning the items. Well i do not want partial refund as i would never ever ever order from ModLil again! Buyer Beware! What do i do with two blouses that do not fit me? Very poor customer service - they say they will reply in one business day, however it has been four days trying to send these items back! I will tell my friends not to purchase from ModLil!

I never received my $400+ order back in June. I had a lot of health issues and multiple deaths in my family, so I didn't get around to contacting ModLily or PayPal until now (September).
It turns out they somehow mixed up my order with another customer who lives in Georgia and they do not comprehend that they sent the order to the wrong person... Thank goodness I used PayPal - PayPal shows exactly the name and shipping address for the transaction.
ModLily is beyond incompetent. Their online chat is useless, the person who responds to the reviews on here couldn't even bother to respond to me when I privately messaged my order information. The online chat through their website gave me the name, phone number, and address of the individual they shipped my order in error to. I am afraid of who else's sensitive private information they may have shared. Each time I contact them, they are adamant that they shipped the order correctly and keep giving me this random person's information. They literally do not comprehend that the shipping details in my PayPal transaction and their information are completely different for the same order number. They asked to me to go there to get my package. How about you get your systems fixed and stop leaking customer's information out online.
I placed an order back in June and never received my order. I forgot about it until now. I went to their website to track the order and when I looked up the order number, it was sent to a completely different person, in a different state. I don't know how they can make a mistake like that, as the address is verified right with PayPal. Their customer service chat doesn't seem like it's a real person, so I have no idea if this will be resolved. When I showed them the PayPal receipt, they literally sent me back the name, address, and contact details of the person it was sent to. Definitely should not be giving customer details out...
The clothes look good online but then when you get then theirs strange hanging from them the customer service ignore your emails & when there supposed to refund you & you tell them that you did not receive it they just start not writting you back is just a mess & I will not purchase anything else for them ever again & I wouldn't advise anyone else to either Thank you
The swimsuits fit a little big, but they worked. The top I got was too big for me, but I gave it to my granddaughter. Next time I will definitely order smaller. But, overall, I liked what I ordered.
I wish that I had read reviews about modlily before purchasing. I knew that their prices were too good to be true. It took way too long to receive my items, which did not work out so I requested an exchange for two different items. To do this, I was required to provide the information for the items I wanted to exchange them for. I'm still confused as to why, since they obviously don't pay attention to this. When I received my "exchange", the items were the same originally purchased. I expressed my frustration between the length of time to receive my order, the lack of fulfillment in my exchange request, and determination not pay for the return due to their mess up. I also asked to speak with someone over the phone regarding the issue. Then I had no more responses from "customer service". I hate to have lost the money invested, but I may be better off finding something else to do with my order, than to pull my hair and eyes out trying to get the issue resolved. There's no resolution with these people, and it's such poor service.
I had no problems receiving my purchase. I purchase a lot from Modlily and there clothes are beautiful, the only thing is they do take a long time to arrive. Otherwise I am completely satisfied.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
