I purchased three bathing suits from them and they were all too big. I tried to return them and it was such a fiasco that I decided to try and sale them myself. The customer service team was terrible and kept asking me to send them a picture of me wearing tbe bathing suits so they could better see the issue. Weird. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
I have bought from modlily 3 times, the quality of the material is what bring me back. Other sites may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Will continue to purchase Modlily.

I ordered from Modlily on May 2,2020. On May 9,2020, I received an e-mail that my order has shipped and it listed the tracking number. I was happy that it shipped quickly & was sure I would receive the package prior to our vacation. I tracked the package & on May 11,2020, it shows it was in Franklin Park, IL. May 19,2020 showed it had moved to Carol Stream, Il & left that location on May 20,2020 & showed up in Greenwood, IN the same day. Then nothing until June 2,2020 which showed it is in Bloomington, CA. This is about 55-60 miles from my location. As of today, June 27,2020 it is still in Bloomington, CA. I have opened a ticket and they said to give them 1-3 days & check back which I did & they again said to give them 1-3 days. After the second time, they informed me my item is "abroad". Well DUH! If the tracking is real & not fake info, I know that. So far it has been 47 days since it shipped & for 25 of those days it has been 55-60 miles from my home. DO NOT ORDER!
I was happy with the entire process and with the product but I wish I used a fake email bc you send 8+ marketing emails a day and the UNSUBSCRIBE goes to "PAGE NOT FOUND" very irritating
The bathing suit arrived with the strings not in their proper area, no way to get them back in. Have asked for return address FOUR times, they won't give it to me, they say we will give you 40% to keep the item, it's DAMAGED! Thank goodness I paid with PayPal. I WOULD NOT buy from them again. BUYER BEWARE!

The company sent me swimsuits I never picked and they want me to pay to return items I did not pick. This site is a joke. You cannot contact anyone by phone only email. Horrible company.
Awful products and customer service. I ordered a dress that looked nothing like the ad, was not a medium and made from different material than stated-to return would cost more than the item-DONT GO THERE PEOPLE
I've loved this set ancestors last year and finally pulled the trigger and bought it. Because of the promo I got another that I liked even more.
They came quick and I'm very happy with them.
I was apprehensive about buying a swimsuit online. But the experience worked out fine and I will probably buy another one soon. Also, Alice was able to give me assistance and did a very good job.
I tried to contact them about cancelling my order after I read the horrible reviews on quality and late delivery and there was no option in the dropdown menu to cancel. Tried the online chat and there IS NO ONLINE CHAT! There is simply a way to send them a message. This is not service. Tried to send a message asking why no physical location or phone is listed on their site and I got an email response saying it could not be delivered to the email address. I'm only hoping my order I couldn't cancel shows up in a timely manner and the quality isn't shoddy.
Because it took a bit too long to receive my order in time for a vacation, ModLilly was very accommodating in canceling the portion of my order that had not already shipped and credited back my PayPal account very quickly. The part of my order that I received (swimsuit) fit very nicely and I will be keeping.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
