I thought the quality of the swimsuits I ordered was substandard. I think Target gives you a better value for the price. I did have an issue with a return but it was resolved to my satisfaction.
The two bottom pieces are the correct size. Satisfied with them. Bottom piece is S. Needs to be XL like the other pieces. There were no instructions as to how to return and exchange for an XL.
Got 3 items. One I love but wrong size... this was an extra large and in reality it is a extra small. Wanting to return to get another size but no one will get back to me.
Took forever to get my order! When I texted to see what was on, the response person didn't reply promptly so I gave a hands down review, when she came on texted I needed to remove it.
I will write a review IF my order is EVER delivered. My first order was delivered quickly and the swim suit is well made. I decided to order another for an upcoming vacation and am still waiting.

Dealing with a lost order - or at least I though it was lost. Maya was great, very prompt, found my order under a very old email and corrected it for me. I appreciate her so much today.

I have ordered several swimsuits from ModLily through out the past few year and have had no problems with the ordering nor the product itself
A repackaged/returned item was sent with my order, it was a mismarked/incorrect size. After my return was received they requested I pay an additional $10 for the return shipping. I opted for a refund and Modlily has deducted the $10 additional return shipping fee from my refund. I am DISsatisfied with the quality of the entire order and would prefer to return the entire order, but I am not confident that I would receive a full refund for my ill fated purchase. The suit bottoms are very cheaply constructed and the fabric has a disagreeable smell that persists after washing as directed. I am not happy with my purchase, and I am NOT satisfied with my refund despite carefully following all instructions according to their refund/return policy. The problem has not been resolved to my satisfaction.
The 2 suits pictured are both size medium. The first photo is the repackaged item I received that is a full 1.5" narrower than the other 2 size medium suits I ordered. They refuse to acknowledge that the suit is incorrectly sized and wanted to charge additional money to send me a replacement.
Wherever you are if you are reading this I'm telling you now do not use this website if you know anyone who is thinking about ordering something from this place do not I repeat do not use this website no one will give you anything no one will return the call I spent over $200 and when I went to go cancel it it's been over three days and I still have not talk to a human being at all but its all good I will not stress about it because they're going to get theirs in the end and yes I will be taking legal action

I like shopping with Modlilly as they always have new and interesting clothing. I do not have a problem finding my size and the clothes fit just right.
Everything I have purchased has been good quality and fit to size. The jackets however you need to size up unless you like them to fit snug. I am very pleased with their products
Bought 3 items, Everything was wrong sizes and no return slip, the dress was not good quality, and from reading other reviews you have to pay a fee to return. Not good customer service!
Wide range and cheap prices! You can tell that it isn't the best quality, but I guess you can't expect that from such prices. Delivery was fast and overall it was an OK experience.
Love your swimsuits! Fit true to size. Ordered 2 and they both fit great and are so pretty. The only negative is shipping is a bit slow. But live the merchandise and the price!
Although shipping is a little slow, the items I ordered were worth it. I love it when I actually receive just what I ordered. Good quality, good fit! Will definitely order from Modlily again.
