Modlily is a scam company. They up-charged me for expedited shipping and promised a delivery date. It was delivered one full week after promised date. When I reached out to say they missed the event, I was unable to wear the dress, I would like a refund-- they said we can refund it with a shipping charge. I said, you already charged expedited shipping and didn't deliver on time, now you want to charge for me to ship it back to you. They replied, yes. Then on top of that, they charge 2 international fees to my bank account without my knowledge. This company is a foreign Asian company that cannot be trusted, and should be forced to remove their website with such ongoing fraudulent practices. Look at all the terrible reviews, they are endless. I can show you proof of promised delivery date vs. actual delivery date if you request it. As well as email correspondence that said I will be paying for additional shipping to return it, even though it showed up too late for me to wear.

I've ordered from Modlily many times and have been satisfied with many of my purchases. The key to this site is to know your measurements! Some times I wear an extra small in items and sometimes I wear an extra large! It's all about reading the size chart and choosing the correct size for your measurements. Another key is to read what the item is made of and then there will be no surprises. I think those people that give Modlily a bad review just don't take the time to do those 2 important things and then are disappointed when an item doesn't meet their expectations! I've also returned a good number of items and have had no issues- follow their directions with regard to returning and the money is refunded promptly. Overall, I give Modlily 5 stars!

Ordered a coat that was a size large (12-14) women's and I'm sure my 10 year old grand daughter would not be able to button it. Oh did I mention there were 2 buttons missing and the fur around the collar was suppose to come off... oh it was suppose to be light blue... NOT... it was Grey. It also smelled... tried to call to get info to return, that is not happening no one answers. NO paperwork with the purchase... SCAMMERS! Shame on you..

Modlily products never disappoint. Their creativity, use of color and material is out of this world. I bought a dress online and I must say I am totally in love with it. It is of high quality, at par with todays fashion trends and it is unique. Their prices are very affordable and anyone who cares about fashion should make Modlily their one stop shop, when it comes to fashion. Looking good could not get easier.

I ordered 3 dresses and 1 that they called a coat. I ordered large knowing that they're from China. Big thing right there! Never order clothes from China. I don't know who they use for the models to make the items but all were shaped short and odd. Not one fit. 1 that might have been ok but the sleeves were tight and the pockets were at the breast. Pocket boob dress - real cute - NOT. One dress fabric looks like a raincoat. The fabric on the coat was thin and would be more like T-shirt fabric. Two of them smelled like fuel of some sort.

Ordered a bathing suit April 4/16. The tracking for this item stopped as of April 29/16. Called customer service in specified hours got a machine left a message... shocker, no one got back to me. Went online filled out a "ticket", that took forever for a response. The seller has had my money since April 5/16. I just want a refund! So customer service rep, if you read this, REFUND MY MONEY! I'm sure you'll have no problem cancelling my order, because I'm SURE it hasn't been shipped yet!

Love the suit, however, after applying sunscreen, it left a permanent mark on the back of swimsuit.

It's easy to say an item had a peculiar smell when they don't find any issues with your garments. All 10 items were tried on and put back in the same bag they came in immediately. If one had a smell they all should have had the same smell. And then not to refund the money is unacceptable. This happened on two separate large orders.

The ads, the styles, the prints, oh my, giggling just had to buy some... got my package today with several of the items missing and it's ok because I never want another piece of their JUNK in my house. Ladies do not do it, read the reviews all of the reviews from all sites. When they say medium is a 6 to 8 US what they mean is a medium is a 11/12. A large, well, I could cover my hubby's com fey chair with it. I have a dog, but, I would not even give these tops to my dog to lay on (they are big enough). Lesson number 45,671, I guess at 70 I'm entitled to that many. Think of me as your fairy godmother and stay away from here.

Love the swimsuits and their patters to choose from. My only problem is all my tops fit but the bottom shorts are way too short for the older generation and I had to go to another store to find some longer shorts that would work.The shipping is exceptional! Keep up the good work!
