Had a couple refunds and only one posted. Live chat has helped with the issue so we will see if it gets done. So far good help now if it just gets finished. Hopefully i can post a review in the near future that it was handled
Honest seller! Given the price I had pretty low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised at how flattering the product from this site. They really sell high quality items with reasonable price. It is really kind of the seller. Just make sure the size when you ordering. You can also ask the customer service for help if you are confused with the size chart.
I will never buy anything from this company again. I want to return 2 swimsuits that were made in China, very poorly in fact, and no matter which way I try to contact them i do not get a call back or an email to go through. I am starting to think it is a scam the way that I am getting nowhere. I have never experienced something like this before.
After reading some reviews I got shocked! Why they posted negative feedback I just can't understand. I ordered a blue necklace for my younger sister and they sent more than I wanted. Price was so good and highly qualitative product. My sister is so happy by taking this Necklace. Thank you, Modlily for your great help. Definitely I will purchase more from you :)
Although it has been difficult to get the right sizes for sum, I use their direction for measure and consider the reviews and material content.
I have some very beautiful pieces. I get compliments on the styles. I would love to see some if the sleeves not so tight on the cotton long sleeve tops. This us from a pleased American Buyer, Jules G.
Ordered middle of December. Just came today. The item stinks. After seeing reviews I doubt that trying to return it is worth the effort. It is a convoluted process. I'll just take the loss and chalk it up to a learning experience. But I can warn others to stay FAR away from this rip off joint.
Everything looked great until I started trying them on. One was cut to low for my taste. I can sew in a little lace and it will be fine. Two didn't fit just right but I may have to lose a little weight. One was perfect if you like very long sleeves. I can cuff them.
I have had the worst customer experience with this company. I order 2 items and wanted to return them. I sent in for a return and I thought I was going to get a return label. Nothing has come. I can't find a phone number or even see my items on their website any longer to see what happened. It is very upsetting that there is not a real person to talk to and you just have to go through prompts. I have submitted 3 times a "ticket" and no answers back. Do not put yourself through this with this company. There are other companies to order from.
Most disappointed with the whole garment, poorly made and description was incorrect. It stated 2 piece when it was only 1. I expected a tee shirt and a cardigan, especially for the £25 price. It was all sewn in one, not as nice as advertises at all. Then on complaining they only offered me £5, refund.

I also had a question regarding a 10 % discount I forgot to apply. I received an answer in 12 hours. I was mistaken but they still gave me a credit on my account. Fast response! And I am satisfied.
I waited with great anticipation. The wait was not to long. I am sorely disappointed in the quality of my garment. The fabric has a soft silky feel, that's nice, however, it does not appear that it will hold up to washing(no matter, how gentle). I was also disappointed at the weight of the material, it is rather thin, see through and very flimsy. Perhaps the most annoying aspect is the length of the garment, it is billed as a maxi dress. The front barely falls below my knees, the back barely reaches mid-thigh. This garment was purchased for me by my husband at my request, now I don't even want to wear it. I doubt if I will make anymore purchases from mod-lily. I believe I can match this garment with boots to make it work. Oh, by the way, the color was the most disappointing aspect of all. I had already planned how to really make a statement with this garment paired with garments already in my possession. That won't be working out.
Their clothes are poor quality, their communication is automated and incoherent and their return policy non-existent. You have to pay shipping and get only a small percentage back, if at all. I stopped trying to find out the return address (in China) or if the actually refund your credit card.
I ordered $64 dollars worth of clothes. I tracked the package going back and forth between 2 towns, tried to get post office to help, they could not track the package with the tracking number! Encouraged I contact company, they kept saying it was coming, then showed shipped back to them. They refused to refund my money! I never received the clothing or a refund. They continue to give me a run around sending me to department after deparment or saying I will hear back in a couple days. I realize my money is gone and happy it was not more! Shame on me for trusting an overseas company... don't make the same mistake as me!
This dress is everything I hoped it would be! It's a classic beauty, that never goes out of style. It fits great, with some stretch. I'm 5'6,145 lbs and I ordered a large, it has a little wiggle room. A medium probably would've fit like a glove! Love the dress, would order again.

Stay away from this online site at all costs! I ordered a swimsuit that I thought was a steal. I've been waiting over a month for this suit to ship out of China! I will never again order from this website no matter how much I like their swimsuits. It's also impossible to get in touch with this site for questions or tracking info. What a horrible, horrible experience that I don't want to experience ever again.
Poor quality. Fabric feels like plastic. Shipping dates are arbitrary. They say they give refunds but they don't. They give a credit to their site so you can buy more cheap plastic stuff you will never wear. I guess it's not a scam because I did receive product. Let's just say "shady company".
I ordered two swim suits from this company with the idea to send a size back that didn't fit. They are in China and basically told me it would cost me too much to return it. The quality is bad too and it takes almost a month to get your merchandise. Not good!
I ordered my normal size but had to return them for the next Size up. Unfortunately this was quite expensive due to where we live.
After a delay I have received my items and am very pleased with them.

I have clothes in my basket that I haven't pushed thru yet because I'm moving and don't want them to go to the old address. I get emails from them reminding me not to forget my cart. I haven't, I'm just waiting a few weeks to make the move. I bought 2 suits at a time last year and they are still great, but they are so modestly priced, I can change my pool wear every year!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
