This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I have been trying to exchange a item for over 4 months now, Modlily received the item 3 months ago but still on May 7 I still do not have item and tracking they keep sending says it is in Jamaica NY. Believe me I would not recommend this company, they have no phone number so u can talk with anyone, all done with e mail or chat. Funny how they kept asking for more money for exchange and I kept sending more but they cannot get the item to me.
They lie. Send your return and ask for refund they say you used their mailer so they minus 10 dollars off your refund. I sent them a copy of my paid receipt that I paid for mailing back! Did not get my full refund! Shady business! Won't see anymore of my money!
Orders are quickly filled & fit well. The quality is very good & the shirts make the bathing suit flattering.
Seems like I had the same problem as everyone else. I would give it a zero but one is the lowest. I ordered 2 swimming suits. Takes over a month to arrive. The color bleeds onto my other clothes and on the swimming suits too. I wanted to return and they offer 25% refund since it cost too much to send back to China. Are you kidding? I can't even wear those items and they offer 25%. I just cut my loss and donate them (never been worn). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
Unfortunately, I did not receive my order. I immediately notified everyone. It turns out that my payment account was hacked and had inserted a different delivery address. Modlily staff were wonderful! They worked with me each step and even replaced my order. It was not even their fault. What great service! I will always buy from them and recommend them to others. Their representative was fantastic!

Still waiting for an order to arrive. I have chatted with 2 different reps and they know my delivery has to be before a certain date. The date is getting close and it was ordered 20 days ago and still being processed. I think I might have to cancel the order. I'm also returning a few items from another order and hopefully that turns out ok.
The swimsuit has a cross shaped pattern allowing the bottom of the breast to be exposed or fall out if not situated just perfectly. I bought 2 sizes to find the right fit. But, the deign prohibits a correct fit. The color and material is nice. May work better if the cross fabrics were stitched together in the breast area to ensure there are no mishaps.

Sent back $115 worth of clothes after purchasing $285 worth. Went through PayPal for payment. After a whole lot of back and forth tickets and notes to Modlily they finally agreed to refund my $. Then it took 6 weeks before I finally got a check. The check was over $8 less than my $115 because everyone had to get a cut of the refund. I also paid $10.15 to mail the clothes back to Modlily and I did not realize PayPal would have refunded my return cost until it was past their 30 day refund period limit. Anyway for those wondering if Modlily actually does send a refund well I did get one but what a hassle! Some of the clothes were nice but not really worth all the trouble I went through. Just buy American!
I have ordered from several companies and as a business woman I naturally want to look my best. I have gotten so many compliments on the items I've ordered from Midlothian. The materials might be a little different than I expected but all items were as shown. Be careful of the size you order. Most items run a little small. Fabrics generally do not stretch.
Overall very satisfied.
I bought two coats; both are very comfortable and warm. Size fits perfectly, and they are true to the pictures. Loved everything, I'm already waiting for my next purchase to get here! Have ordered from them since, and will order from them again!

Had trouble checking out did not want to take credit card
I purchased $150 worth of dresses. Every single one of them was that cheap nylon material. The pictures look like material you would find at Dillards or Macy's. The pictures do NOT represent the cheap quality. Just can't begin to explain my disappointment.
Have heard from my girlfriend how happy she was with the fit of her new bathing* suit. Noticed other persons with these beautiful bathing suits at the pool questioned them where they found them. Finally decided to order one so happy with the fit. So happy to be able to buy a suit that has colour in it and looks so modern.
Ordered 4 dresses for a weekend event, which occurred last weekend! It's been 14 days since my order, and still nothing... I've tried to follow the shipping data but it keeps saying "In transit" with NO estimated delivery date. I've written 3 times to the company and all they say is that they are an international company and I need to be patient. They keep telling me to look at the tracking information online and I keep telling them I've done that many times there is no information on delivery there! It just says "In transit". It's already past the date when I needed these dresses so I don't even care when it comes, I just want to know when to expect it! Definitely a language barrier.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
