All four of the items that I purchased was Low grade, poor quality clothing. I could have spent my money at a thrift store and got more items and better quality than what I got from them. It took 6 weeks for my items to arrive, as oppose to the 7-14 days. They did not have a return shipping label or any information in the bag nor did the package have a return address on it!
They shipped 4 items in 2 packages. After making my initial purchase, I didn't receive my first package until after an entire month. The second one arrived a couple weeks later. I had to end up returning for a smaller size and they expected me to pay for the return label. ($10) Now it says I won't receive the exchanged items again for another 30+ days! And they shipped in separate packages again and the other one says 60+ days. Never buying from them again.
I received my Christmas sweatshirts a week after my second order. They are so fun and exactly what I want. I was concerned because the email noted my order was complete. When I contacted customer service, they're replied and were able to get my first order delivered in a few days. I love my clothes. It is important to look at the size chart because a lot of the clothes run small but if you look at the number size instead of the S, M, L, you will get the correct size. Receiving the order does take a little longer but SO worth it! The clothes have a modern, new look, comfortable and flattering and much more affordable than other online shopping. And if you have any problems or questions, customer service is quick and thorough in their response. I highly recommend Modlily.
I am extremely happy with my purchase. They have such great, stylish clothes for an affordable price. The size and color are the same as the ones in the description and the material has a very good quality. The shipping was faster than what I expected.
When the package sent to my hands, I think it is not mine, because it is too fast. Length, material, fabric and style are all 5 stars. This is a perfect shopping experience for me. The seller is really careful for all things. Will buy again!

Fits beautifully! The material is soft, NOT cheap and very comfortable. I was afraid that it would be see through, but that was not the case. This dress is perfect because you can throw on some sandals and pull off the casual Sunday look or put some heels on and you have a classy, sleek look. I will definitely be getting more colors! Great buy!
I ordered two blouses. My email's inbox became flooded with ads, so I kept hitting unsubscribe, but the emails just keep coming. The blouses did not. I reached out to them and they said there was something with customs holding my order up. If it was 15 days late, they would refund me 50% and if it was 30 days late, they would refund me 100%. The blouses came 31 days late but suddenly they said they were only refunding me 50%. The blouses were poorly made so I'll probably wear them once and throw them out. They said they took me off their email list, but I am still getting 2-3 emails every day and hitting unsubscribe does nothing. So, if you want to buy cheap crap that takes way too long to arrive, order from Modlily, but otherwise, DO NOT ORDER from them!
I took a chance and placed an order with this company. They billed my account, sent me a tracking number and the order was shipped to a different state. I submitted a ticket letting them know, and i have yet to receive any feedback from them. Either this is a bogus website who scams people or there customer service is horrible. Either one, NEVER AGAIN!
Customer service is awesome. I had a return, it was handled quickly. My orders came in a timely manner. I ordered swim suits, they are beautiful. I get compliments wherever I go. The tops I got I wear every day as a regular top with shorts.

Placed an order for a bathing suit, but only after checkout learned that the probable delivery date was too late for my planned vacation with my granddaughter. I found the confirmation email and quickly found my way to the page to "cancel order."

The bathing suit was delivered when they said it would be. The bathing is good quality. It also fit the way they said.
I ordered & paid for a t-shirt, which I assumed was sent from the USA. I received a Royal Mail card saying there was a 'Customs Fee to Pay' because it was coming from China. This included an £8.00 handling fee plus VAT £3.26 TOTAL £11.26 before my order could be delivered. I paid & informed Modlily asking for a reimbursement, but all they would agree to was half the amount as a 'Store Credit'. As any further orders would incur similar additional costs I will not be ordering from them again, so the store credit is useless.
I ordered 3 shirts and so far have only received 2 of them. I have not received an update on my remaining order and I can no longer track the delivery progress. I am very disappointed with this companys customer service and very concerned about getting a refund for the missing item.
I ordered my dress and receive it within the time stated. It was even better than I had hoped! The tailoring was perfect and looks wonderful on. I'm very happy with the purchase made Modlily. So many cute clothes, and I love everything about this. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Contact paypal if you used they to pay for items they will refund you $ in scam cases, also amazon has a safe shopper help also for fraud. I am working with both now. I would notify fb about the add there but do not know how to report scam to fb.
Extremely helpful. Very prompt and friendly. The issue was i unintentionally bought the same item twice and wanted to return one of them. Not sure what else i can say to get to the 50 word limit. But i hope you have many customer service people like Sunshine. Thank you very much.
It takes entirely too long to get what was ordered and comes in multiple deliveries. Also they say easy returns but 1 of my bathing suits I didn't like and they said I could exchange or return it. It been a month and still waiting on the last bathing suit I ordered.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
