You make it so easy to purchase your products and your prices are over the top
All the clothes are beautiful. It was hard for me to decide on just the 3 that i can afford.
Haven't received the sweaters yet, but anything that hangs over the hips is a go for me.
The site had a lot of issues. Trouble with promised discounts. Items fine but had to return 2 for an exchange. They didn't want to honor the discount on the exchange items, wanted me to pay up before they would change it. Then if refund is wanted they want to charge you $10.99 for your "free" return. So if you used a discount don't count on being able to use that discount on exchange. They made me fight for everything. Still didn't get the discount. But if you take a store credit then you can use a discount and pat less than if you did it s an exchange- if you could find the discount. Sent you around in circles trying to communicate. Online chat help was no help. The product is what is promised, the customer service- especially the return issues, not so much. I still feel I should be entitled to a refund on the discounted amount of exchange.
I ordered the dress, took awhile again to receive. However this time I. Was advised about a delay and given the option for a small credit! I was surprised. I have always enjoyed the items I have ordered but they do take quite sometime, more than what's advertised.
App was easy to navigate and use. We can pick our outfits and close out without any trouble. Easy to use.
These jackets are great! Comfortable, fit perfectly, love the fabrics... just great!
