I ordered a Christmas top on December 1,2018. The site did not indicate that shipment would take more than three weeks until the order was completed and my card was charged (immediately)
Be aware that the product is shipped from China.
I see that there are many negative reviews in regards to returns. I would not want to have to try this.
My top arrived on Christmas Eve. I was not able to use it for the holidays. However, I do intend on wearing it next year. It is an XL and is a bit small for that size. So order a size larger than what you normally get.
The length is great, the colors are bright and true to the ad. The fabric is 100% polyester, not a cotton blend as described in the ad.

I ordered from this site and never received any items that I ordered. The payments were taken out from my credit card but no merchandise. Filed a complaint through PayPal because that is what I used. Cannot get ahold of modlily in any way. Tried all ways. One day when I track item it looks like it's almost here then next day looks like it never shipped. Keeps saying it shipped but it's been 3 weeks and still not merchandise! I sure hope I get my money back! Very pissed off.

I agree with all the following reviews - wish I'd read them first. Garment looked great in the picture but after long delay, rubbish quality 'copy' received. Impossible to get in touch with anyone real at the company to complain. All attempts ignored. Message received saying "inbox turned off at source". I'm still getting daily e-mails from them showing great quality items, but wouldn't now touch them with a barge-pole. Isn't there some way of making a formal complaint about them?

I placed an order for one tunic top to test out the company and process. The top arrived within two weeks and looks exactly like the photos. I normally wear a size 6 (US) so ordered a size Large, understanding that the sizing runs extremely small. The fit is perfect for me (as I am small-chested). The quality of the fabric is fine for casual wear, but at $24 ncluding shipping from China, that is as expected. Overall, I would order again, but one does need to understand that for these prices, we're not getting high-quality but rather trendy clothing at a very low price.

I paid for express shipping to get purchase ahead of an event. I had a few weeks to spare but it still didn't arrive in time. They offered me a full refund following return. In the end our local courier caused problems with the return so we agreed I would keep the order and they refunded my express shipping. I'm glad I kept the purchase as the garment quality was better than I expected and I wouldn't have known. I will purchase again in future. Aside from my disappointment they were really genuine about a resolution. I was impressed.

There were several complications to overcome with our order for prom dresses. Several emails and lots of advice from the staff enabled the order to be processed. Today it has arrived and I am delighted with the end result. At all times we have been kept informed on the progress of the order. The delivery arrangements were superb. The end product quality is excellent. I will be recommending the company to others and will use again.

I needed to order a yellow item of clothing to wear at my Aunt's funeral as this was the colour requested. I came across a seemingly beautiful yellow midi skirt featured on the modlily website; however, when it arrived I was beyond disappointed. The material is vile- some kind of cheap cotton-polyester-spandex fusion crap. The colour is a weird kind of radioactive piss yellow. And I'm a short girl but this 'midi skirt' is ridiculously long. I ended up having to do a manic last-minute shop, to find something yellow to wear, stressing me out even more than I already was.
Anyone thinking of buying anything from modlily should be aware of the ludicrous false advertisement that they participate in.

My husband purchased 6 shirts for my birthday well in advance to make sure he got them in time. I had purchased from Modlilly in the past but never had to return anything. So I was surprised when Modlilly would not let me return 2 of the 6 shirts that I didn't like. I would even exchange them but they keep responding "their orders say they can't accept any returns after 30 days". But they will refund 20% as a gesture.

I have a mom body, I have not been able to find a swimsuits that is even remotely flattering on me. I have totally boycotted the pool and beach my husband has to do swim lessons with my daughter. This swimsuits from Modlily is amazing. I put it on and oh my goodness! I'm back in action I can't wait to go to the beach or pool! Best Buy ever! Love Modlily, it's an amazing site.

The material is soft and not see-through though it was white. I liked that there were button 'covers' along the front. I felt it added a ladylike touch. The sleeves are also very feminine looking and have subtle petal layers instead of the standard single-layer puff sleeve. I liked the shirt alot! Will likely order another one soon.

I always shop here! Modlily has the best and latest styles at amazing prices! There are so many options to choose from and it is so affordable! I can always find something I want on the site at a better price than anywhere else. It amazes me how great the quality is for the price I'm paying! Me and my friends love shopping here!

I read some nasty reviews about this company. I am really glad that not only did they resolve my problem... but they also understood the urgency of my order and helped me to some extent. I received my items in a timely matter and I loved each piece. The quality was great, especially for the price. I was very happy with the service I received. Sometimes it's best not to read reviews.

They tops we're a wonderful fit, workmanship was super, I didn't realise it was coming from China and was a bit apprehensive when I found out, but I shouldn't have worried as in all my online clothing purchases, I have never had such wonderful workmanship, thanks to the people who sewed them. I will definitely be ordering from you again. I have handed your details on to friends who wanted to know where my tops came from. I have no hesitation in recommending your firm to prospective purchasers. Thanks once again.
