Order delivery wrong!

I had ordered from modlily before and I've always had a great experience. However this time, my order was so messed up. I made 2 separate orders but only received one. The items shipped to me with a damaged "yellow" postal sticker that said package was received "in bad condition. " the items delivered were NOT what I ordered! They sent me 2 of the same swim dress which was only supposed to be 1! Then an item was missing and they sent me a dress I did NOT even order! Never received my other order This is so disappointing as I was looking forward to these clothes for my Spring Break Vaca

These must be Chinese sizing. The table said it would fit when I ordered but just to be sure I ordered 2 sizes bigger than what I normally wear. I can barely get it over my head, won't go over my shoulder. Too bad the dress is beautiful and I can't get a response on returning it.

I would not recommend purchasing from this site unless you want to pay more for shipping than what your order cost or be prepared to wait 6-8 weeks for your purchase! You will need to plan your wardrobe at least one season in advance to make use of your purchase in the season it was designed for!

I am in love with these shorts I purchased and the mermaid tail blanket. The other 3 pairs of shorts ran a little small, and I was a little unsatisfied. However, the customer service was top notch and quickly resolved all issues for returns. Looking forward to getting new items from here.

My husband bought me a dress for Christmas, it did not arrive in time, when it did it was the wrong size so he communicated over several days with the admin via email, he has sent the dress back for a full refund, which we have yet to receive, postage costing us over £12.00. Today we receive papers from TNTcharging £25.00 for the postage from China! Its a massively underhanded business and I am now dreading that we won't be reimbursed.

Beautiful Clothes!

There are so many items that you can't find anywhre else and everything is so beautiful. I searched other sites and could not find a swimsuit like the one I wanted on modlily. The ones I found that were similar were either way more expensive or had bad reviews. My new swimsuit looks perfect and feels comfortable. Love this site!

Scam Company

I mistakenly caved to FB and ordered from Modlily. After the fact (stupid, I know) I read many unfavorable reviews and decided to cancel my order less than 2 hours after placing it. Although they were quick to take my money and process it through PayPal, they are now nonexistent when it comes to communicating the status of my order. 4 email attempts and multiple unanswered phone calls later, filed a claim with PayPal. Save yourself the trouble and don't even take a second look at them.

Bathing suit

Very nice quality but the fit is really off. Tried to return item. Very difficult to get them to respond. State they will answer I 1 day. Had to open a case in PAy Pal to get a response. Resolution was an adjustment because they stated it would have to be returned to China at a high cost. Have purchased other items and was pleased. Be ware of this return policy which is not clear. Also when you call the customer service number it is not in English? Just had Another problem with Modlily. So I am updating my review. Was contacted by them after writing my review wanting my order number. "Sofia" stated that she would try to come to a better resolution of this problem to get me re embursed for my purchase. Responded 3 times to her with #. Have never heard from her again! What a liar! Beware of their lies! Changing my rating to one star because of this terrible service. Never again!

Lost package
May 19, 2016

I ordered a bathing suit almost 2 months ago and still haven't received it. The tracking on it shows it has been in Shanghai Qi Yun since April 21. When I created a ticket on my account they just keep telling me to wait. Well almost 2 months since I ordered and it doesn't take that long to ship. I assume it has been lost in transition somewhere and I don't know who to contact. It is frustrating to say the least.

The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.

Wonderful and affordable

The quality of the clothes its always good and it's very affordable, to make it even better theres reviews in almost all the products so its easier to shop and pick the right size. My shipment always comes in time, usually in 3 week. Modlily is my favorite stores!

TERRIBLE

I purchased without realizing the shipment would come from China which meant returns would be problematic. Well, the three garments are not true to size and way too small. I opened a claim with PayPal (who were great to work with), because I could not get them to send me a return form. The response back from ModLily was they would only give a 60% refund, max, and I had pay for shipping back to China. I settled for a 20% refund, closed the claim and will donate the clothing. DO NOT DO business with these people! I do not even rate them a one star... that is too generous, but that is not an option

Horrible quality!

Horrible! Horrible! Terrible quality. You get what you pay for. Ordered two months ago, finally arrived two days ago. Stitching is wrong, sewn unevenly sizing wrong. Contacted the company and the response was that my expectations were to high and to consider the price that I paid. It was made and sent from China! Never order from this site.

I love how easy it is to look for my favorite swimwear and dresses and the great prices at Modlily. I find the size charts for each item very helpful. It takes a minute to look at the charts, but then you are pretty sure you are getting the best fit. As the sizes. S, M, and L are not consistent anymore, it really helps to be able to look at the measurements per item.

The only thing I have a problem with is it takes so long to get my items, but you are one of the best to their customers. Your clothes fit well, and prices are great. I'm 79 and and I buy for birthdays and Christmas presents, also myself. This last group of items I ordered I was afraid that they wouldn't get here before my friend's birthday, but you came through. Thank you. When I get back from vacation I'll be ordering again. Thank you for keeping in touch and answering all my questions. Again thank you

Pleased overall

I ordered 2 cute swimsuits from ModLily. I did not check out the reviews beforehand, but after I noticed the shipment seemed stalled in China for 2 weeks, I was concerned. Then I read the reviews and panicked a little. I contacted customer service and received a response within 24 hours letting me know that the tracking would not change until the package entered the US. I received my package 2 days later, though - total of 3 weeks, which is pretty average for something coming from China. The swimsuits are as described, but a little small. As I was in between sizes really, I should have gone up a size I realize, but they will work. After reading all the negative reviews, my advice is to understand what you're ordering - it's cheap and it's coming from China. Going in with those expectations, you shouldn't have a problem.

Modlily.com doesn't post any reviews on their website except 4 or 5 stars. It took over 30 days to get a top from Modlily so that was strike 1. I finally received the top and it's cheap, heavy polyester and fabric doesn't hang well, strike 2. I posted a review after waiting 3 weeks for the top that I hadn't received yet, but Modlily didn't post the review. Now that I've received the top, I tried to write a 2nd review but I'm blocked from posting probably because I previously posted a complaint about the long shipping time, strike 3. Modlily.com is out. I won't be buying from them again.
