I purchased a set from this so called reputable company. When I took possession of the shirt, the zip at the front was crooked and the shirt was not correct in length. I sent a photos through of the shirt and they responded and told me that it was like the picture. Basically I am blind! After a few emails back and forth and me becoming more pissed off, they have offered me a 15 per cent store credit. What the hell good is that to me. I asked for a full refund or an exchange of the shirt. Both of which have been denied. Oh, I can send it back for a refund but I have to pay for postage again - not.
Will never buy anything from them again and have told all friends. Not go enough mod lily. You want a reputable online store. Treat your customers with respect. We are not idiots and have purchased something from you in good faith. Typical crap that we have to deal with from overseas purchases - my fault...
I've used this site a few times as I love the style and clothes it gives. I will agree with past reviews that the customer service will respond within a reasonable timeframe however I have had multiple orders at different times that the processing/shipping has taken months and months. I write to customer service and just get told to please be patient and that they will ship out soon. I've been given more then 3 different ship dates and to this day my original order (not the order that was an early order) is still in processing and I'm still told to be patient and wait a few more days. I had placed my original order the end of March. Here it is the beginning of May and still I am no further. I would not recommend if you need anything in a timely fashion.
I love the colors and styles, I have ordered many but you can order all the same size and some will be big some very small.As far as I can tell you can't go by your regular size just hope for the best. I'm not returning any since I have daughters and granddaughters who can maybe wear them
This outfit fits perfect. It looks stunning and the quality is very good. I received it much faster than expected. The fit is true to size however I do need to hem the chiffon which I was expecting by the previous reviews (I'm 5'5). I also am wearing a small heel. The color is gorgeous. Love this outfit.
This is my first time buy from this site but i think i will be ordering more from here. Because the products came within a really good time. Not as some site that waiting so long. I also surprised by the quality of the fabric on their products for such a price. I would highly recommend this site!
Awful awful company. Promised 2 day shipping and I never had my order shipped. When I asked for a full refund (because they didn't ship in the time frame promised-or anywhere close to that time frame-or ever) they wanted to charge me $3 per item for cancelling my order they never shipped! Suffice it to say I went back and forth with them multiple times over several days until finally I had to file a dispute with Paypal. That worked - Modlily asked me to close the dispute and said they would refund my money in full. Which I did and they did - finally.
My wife has ordered outfits for herself and our two girls. After paying for expedited shipping we have yet to get our orders. Now grant you it has now been over 6weeks since we ordered. We have tried contacting customer service but continuously get the run around. It's one excuse after another. Now after 6 weeks we have the bottoms for one girl, one outfit came today for the other girl, but nothing for my wife or the remaining top. I will never be ordering off this company again. We had ordered these in enough time we had thought so we would have them for our ocean vacation. Yeah no such luck, we in turned ordered new outfits through amazon last week. Low and behold those outfits have arrived in time.
I ordered at the end of December and knew I was pushing my luck to get before vacation…I sent a message and they sent one super quickly so that was fabulous, but the rest didn't arrive until toward the end of February. So a little mixed bag of food and bad for shipping…the swim suits are absolutely adorable
Never ever again will I order from a company that is not well known. My mistake not reading the reviews. The swimsuit was cute, but the XL was more like a medium and my 25.00 swimsuit would cost 30.00 to return. So screwed again! I had no idea the suit was coming from China until I got the tracking. Boo!
I just got off the phone with the shipping company & they checked both Domestic & International & my package has never left China, & they also never get the shipping fees. So Modlily has lied all the way around. I will never order from them again, I have now asked for a full refund, now lets see what happens.
I've ordered from Modlily in the past and I feel like they have improved their service over the few years greatly. The shipping is fast and I love the quality and price of the products. I ordered a thick geometric print cardigan and a leather jacket and I'm glad I've spent reasonable money on a product I love. Definitely one of my main online stores to order from!
I ordered some beautiful tops from this place but I couldn't tell you how they fit how they feel or anything because I never received them. It has been over a month and a 1/2 I have been in contact with them numerous times and all I get an answer is please wait 7 days for update please wait 3 days while we contact the shipping company. The tracking number shows it just stalled and it says that it hasn't even been mailed so they lied to you and tell you that you'll get an update but nothing's been sent. I had to contact my bank to get a refund because all they kept telling me was wait wait when I requested a refund because I never got my package
The tops arrived in a timely manner. I tried them on but none of them really fit the way I had hoped. So I started the return process, it is very long and drawn out. And navigating the page for returns is not very straight forward. It was quite frustrating at times. All I needed is the address to return them. I will not shop with them again.
I wrote as the top was more peach than pink. Within the day I got a reply. The response was kind and thoughtful. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I really like the product Modlily offers and the sizing is reliable. I normally take an XS but I ordered S and everything fits perfectly. I highly recommend this company?
I received exactly what I ordered. It took a while to get delivered but I was provided a confirmation and tracking number that made it easy to know when delivery would take place. Product is as described and appears to be good quality. I ordered swimwear and the sizing is true to size. Sizing is a hit or miss for many online shoppers and I like that ModLily offers the 14/16 sizing rather than the 16/18, as the 18 can be rather large. Many sites have sizes that run way too small or way too big. ModLily got it right!
I ordered a cute dress online and I received something with a different color and shape. Ugly quality too... I immediately said that the order was a mistake and asked how to return it. They are telling me that I have to return it to China, at my own expense. This is a joke!

My husband bought this top for me. Arrived faster than I thought it would in that he says he ordered it late during the busy holiday season. Looks wonderful and is very comfortable. I've received many compliments and find it looks good with any pants I pair it with. I dress it up or down. I use care when washing all my nice washable clothing (this top qualifies) by washing them on a delicate, cold-water cycle and laying flat to dry. Because I wear a solid size 12 blouse, Like this one is, I usually order large in all pullovers. A medium, although the chart says it fits a smaller (blouse size for me) would probably fit perfectly, but I don't mind the extra roominess since it's presently cold and I can wear a turtleneck underneath it. If I were not to wear something under it, I would choose to order a medium. I definitely recommend this top.
I went out on a limb here, lurred by the prices, but really, what was I thinking. I bought 3 shirts. One was OK but didn't fit as well as it should have. The other two were terrible. Badly sewn, way too small (I ordered a Med and that is what the tag said but it fit like an extra small. Totally a waste of money. Don't do it. I never will again. Buy something of quality.
I've seen some bad reviews, but I was thoroughly pleased with my purchase. I had already heard to order the sizes much bigger than needed, and my dress fits perfectly. The colors are exactly as shown, and the material is way nicer than I expected. I couldn't be happier. I'm sorry some people have not had my experience, but I will definitely be doing more shopping at ModLily.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
