Very disappointed buyer! I got some clothes a couple of dresses, coat and sweater ---i look and the size chart and got my size. Beware to to small, the real sizes are not listed right. When i when to return them they are making my paid return shipping to china PLUS the only gave me a 60% refund out of my 165.oo i spend I waited 6 weeks for this oder to ship ands excited to receive new clothes... this is a rip off company. Think twice before ordering. Just trying to save you some headaches with this place-- I am afraid to ever order from china again... thanks bonnie
I spent $110 and paid for "expedited shipping" and over a month after I was supposed to receive my "expedited" order, it still hadn't arrived. I went back and forth with their so called customer service who gave me the run around and after several complaints of why my tracking showed the package in California for over a week the Illinois for weeks then back in California then Illinois again for weeks they offered a refund of "$9.434" of the $15.99 I spent on expedited shipping which their amount didn't even make sense. I put a claim in through PayPal and it only took days before I was refunded my whole amount of $110. I'm not convinced that my items were ever shipped. Beware of this company!

I ordered bathing suits after reading the return policy which stated you could return in 30 days if you paid shipping. When I wanted to return I was not given the mailing information because "you must return to China and it will cost too much"
I never received my merchandise after waiting for 5 weeks. ModLily has offered to give me a 50% refund. NO - no merchandise, no money for them. I will contest the charge with my credit card company. TERRIBLE customer service.
I do shop from Modlily once in every month but never found anything bad they are very much organized. Customer support team is very much responsive to their customers. And until now I found nothing bad about their products.
I did live chat & got the answers eventually after having to ask few times, not sure they quite understood my question. I was trying to track a dress but they thought I was wanting it as an exchange for an item I was returning.
Good quality fabric (compared to price) and fits good. The shoulders stand a bit too tight for me but nothing too pronounced. I love my dress. I washed it after we got it, I always wash all new clothes, and it washed up very nicely.
I placed an order for 3 swim tops and a bottom, order did take a while but was informed of estimated delivery date at time of order and it came on a timely basis. The items are all as advertised, fit well and are comfy!
Shipping was a little long, but then my order came from out of the country too. I was hesitant buying something without trying it on with it not being in the US, but it fits perfect! Very comfortable too.
I was skeptical due to negative reviews, but I loved a certain bathing suit and couldnt find it anywhere else. I took the chance and ordered it and was very happy to receive shipping updates. I was even more excited when I received it in the mail yesterday. It took a few weeks, which I do not mind and expected. The size I ordered was large and it was true to size, it was exactly like pictured, material and etc. I have only great things to say about the site. Gwen
Shipping takes a long time. I ordered a shirt about a month ago and have still yet to receive it. Found that items seem to run small so I have to order the next size up, doesn't matter if it is shoes or clothing items.
Really doubted what my friend's recommendation, later I decided to give it a try, honestly, my shopping with them was a great experience.

So much swimwear to choose from I was spoiled for choice. Ordered 5 items in my usual size They arrived very quick and I was able to track delivery. Was kept well informed too. Loved all the items so very pleased with both goods and service. Wouldn't hesitate to order again
I too ordered three suits. It took forever to get here which I did not complain about but when they got here I took one out of it's package, noticed it was not sized right, had no support, and the fabric was poor quality. I immediately contacted their customer service ( I read they had hassle fee returns which is why i ordered to begin with) it has been well over a week and I'm still going back and fourth with them trying to get my issue resolved. They are NOT willing to work with you. They tell you it will cost me to return them AND they will take 35% off of my refund for the original shipping bill. They also told me to just keep them and give them as gifts. WTF?!? How is this hassle free returns? They should not be in business!

This is the first time I've ordered from ModLily, and it has been a very pleasant experience. Their size descriptions are very accurate, and everything fit as it should when it arrived. I'm very satisfied with my experience and plan to be a return customer.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
