I had to wait a bit, but so worth it. My bathing suits are beautiful. They fit well, and are true to size. My delay in getting them happened in my country, as they were shipped out almost immediately.
Saw this on facebook and thought the items were very cute and inexpensive. I ordered two different dresses/long tops to wear with tights. It did take a very long time to get my items, but they did fit and they are really cute. Lots of compliments on the two items that I got when I wear them. I got lucky I think as they are so many negatives about this company. I did not read the reviews prior to ordering, but would consider ordering again as I was pleased with my purchases.
I would never order from them again even though I did get all my items 3 maxi dresses and 2 swimsuits and they all fit and looks like the pictures. I'll admit the material is cheap though, they'll probably fall apart after I wash them one time. Smh. Reason I won't order from them anymore is because the company is in China and it did take 3 to 4 weeks to get my stuff after putting in several tickets for a refund and can never talk to a live person on the phone. That's bad business to me and I really learned my lesson.
At first, I bought this item for my friend as a birthday gift, but when she was in it I wanted to buy it too! It is gorgeous. Now Ive got mine, I like it very much. I've already collected this website.
My first purchase in Modlily could not be better. The item has a reasonable price and i could pay by paypal. After the payment they ship the item immediately and sent me a pic of the packet. It arrives home in perfect conditions and very fast to be in christmas days. Quality and exclusive product.
Shipping takes forever, sizing is not correct, material and stitching is very cheap. Returning is a joke... no information to be found on where to return. They are offering a 28% refund. This company is a scam. Filing a dispute with PayPal.
I ordered a couple of items that ended up being not at all true to size and didn't even look like what I ordered. They have no way to make returns and I emailed them and received no response. Worst experience ever!
I have tried to contact them about my order. Even before you sent it and no luck hearing back from them. Also, after reading other comments, I might consider myself lucky by not sending back. I will never order from them again.
Despite,using the size charts I still ended up with items being too large. Though not overly impressed with the products' quality, I thought I would just exchange them. Not! Return was costly to the US as no return depot in Canada plus I would also have to pay return shipping! Almost doubling the initial cost!
What fun it is to shop with Modlily... everything I have ordered fits perfectly, is darling, and has drawn rave reviews. I LOVE their styles even though it sometimes takes a bit long to get the product... it is worth the wait!
I ordered a blouse in a size XL. I wear a medium but didn't want to take a chance of it being too small. Fat chance. After waiting almost three months for delivery, it arrived and was child sized. I gave it to a friend who shops in the children's department she is so small.
The order was received in one package when promised. The delivery took about a month but that is what they said when I placed the order so that was fine. The swim tops and bottoms fit well and look like they will work just fine. Waiting for warmer weather to put them to the test.
Apparently, I ordered during a particularly busy time so the shipment of my order was delayed. I brought the delay to the attention of customer service and they worked diligently to expedite it until it was successfully delivered. Efforts were most appreciated
The swimsuits I ordered fit very well. I did not like how the bottoms on one set looked on me so I ordered a different bottom in the same colour and it matched perfectly. I was happy with the different bottoms. I also ordered a few tops and they all fit well. Because I'm only 5'2" they are a bit long on me but don't look bad.
I ordered a dress for a banquet. I ordered for the first time and was afraid of what would come. Happily, the dress is beautiful! It's fit's very well, it fits to size and it looks good on me! I'm also happy with the fabric, it's very comfortable, I was afraid it would be that starchy nylon stuff but it's very soft and comfortable to wear.
Do not purchase anything from Modlily. They are a bunch of ripoff artists. Yes, their ads are great but their products are all very, very shoddy. Very poor craftsmanship, very cheap material, and their sizes are unpredictable. I purchased some of their stuff as a surprise for my wife. She did not like any of it for the above reasons and it has been a nightmare trying to get our money back. They promise an easy return but give you one hoop after another. It is not easy nor a happy experience. Modlily is a ripoff waiting to happen. Do not do business with Modlily.
I purchased 2 bathing suits from this company & both arrived but they were not the color I ordered & they were awe full looking. I could not find a phone number for them go I sent them messages advising I would like a refund & asked them to send me a shipping label so I could return them since they sent me something I did not order. They keep responding by only asking me over & over how they can help me. I could not have made myself clearer. Save yourself money & aggravation by never buying anything from them. Everything looks so nice in there site but they will not send you what you order & the customer service is worse than the merchandise.
The items I ordered were made of cheaply produced fabrics and in sizes that were tiny. I wear a 10 or sometimes 12 in US sizes, so I ordered large. The garments I received were marked large, but were extremely narrow in the shoulders and armpit, and might fit someone wearing a 6. There is no shipping document or return authorization and the return process online is arcane. Assuming I would return the packages to shipping sites in Germany and China, the returns would cost as much or more than the products. Which indicates these are made by child labor or slave labor. Sorry I ever purchased them. I'll take them to the homeless shelter and I'll NEVER use this site again!
I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered. It appears the order comes on a slow boat from China! Rediculous! It's been almost a month and my tracking doesn't even have it in the United States yet! They have their money! Now, what if it doesn't fit! I can already see there will be no return and refund. I love the styles of clothing they have but it appears too risky to order. I'm sticking with Amazon from now on.

I ordered 3 items from Modlily and received 2. As of today I still do not have the 3 item. An email was sent to me and said they could not confirm a date because the plant is closed in Shanghai due to Covid and I could cancel. I did and then got a message that it would take 10-20 days to go back into my bank account. I responded back very unhappy about this since it only took minutes for it to come out of my account. A few minutes later I got a message that I was refunded 11.51 but it could take a few days before it would go into my account. So I paid 19.79 + tax and do not understand why I am not getting my full refund. It has been 6 weeks that I have been waiting patiently and now this. Don't trust or use this site.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
