I ordered a bathing suit and when I didn't receive it on the day expected, I reached out to the company. The response was prompt, and most of all, resolved the problem! The suit came the next day and was exactly as described. Well made, true to size and competes in all ways suits that cost twice as much. While I will never look like the model pictured, the suit does! Would highly recommend this company!
Don't order from this company! I ordered swimsuits that came from China. They didn't fit. The return process is frustrating. You have to play a back and forth email game just to get authorization to send back. It states you can return items to a location in the US in their return policy, but now they tell me I have to return it to China which is a costly expense that I am responsible for. Horrible process!
This was my first purchase experience. Fast Delivery. I received this item in 4 days! I loved this beautiful blouse and thing if it were in my large bust size, would look really nice on me and would take the attention off the large bust issue i deal with. Luckily! I have a very sweet bff that is smaller than I am so I wrapped it and made it one of her favorite birthday gifts ever. This blouse looks awesome on her.
I bought 2 dress using the sizing charts that were available on the item's page. One fit okay but it was tight for an XL I thought would be big. The other one had puckered seams and the dimensions were nowhere near what the sizing chart said. I emailed and asked to return it. I was told that since they are in China it would take too long and cost too much to return it but they could discount my purchase of a second dress (original dress 27$ second dress 8$). So I bought it and got the same results. When I complained they would do nothing further to help.
I ordered on 10/20 and after asking several times for an update received an email that it was finally on itt's way. Today I went to track it and it finally arrived in the U.S. today... I have asked for a refund because they told me I should have had it by 11/27... No response on that request. Who knows if or when the item will arrive. VERY BAD customer service and communication!

Modlily clothes designs are very attractive, unique and the prices are fantastic... BUT who wants to wait 4 or more months for your purchase to be deliver to your home, if it is ever deliver at all. In addition to there poor delivery service, you cannot properly track your purchase on their website, why, their website give you the run around, asking you to provide a ticket number or your Email, when you provide the information required their website reject your information. If you try calling the company its a waste of your time the number they provide never goes through. Please stay clear of this unprofessional company.
The three I have gotten from you are amazing and have an amazing fit. The quality of them is amazing and they fit amazingly. My twenty nine year old daughter even think they're amazing. I still have two that I haven't received but I'm really disappointed that they cost me 74 dollar's without bottoms but lesson learned.
I love this bathing suit! I am a bigger girl, size 16 US and it fit great. I got an XL and it covered my behind completely. The only thing is the elastic on my arms was a little tight but other than that it fit like a dream. I cant wait to wear this on vacation!
I ordered a dress on 11-21-16. Here it is 1-3-17 and still no dress. I ordered this for my daughter to wear to church Christmas Eve and we ended up having to buy something else. Tracking on this provides no useful information as most is in Chinese and the tracking stops on 12-1-16. I created a "ticket" through there website and have been given the run around. First it was stuck in customs, then it was the tracking doesn't update every day please give it time, then it was we have contacted logistics, then it was the weather. I honestly don't think they have shipped. I have escalated to a claim with Paypal and hopefully I can get my money back.
Worst company ever! I ordered and paid in January with express shipping it is now match and I still don't have my refund that I argued about receiving for over a month. They are a scam fraud company with false advertising. This company should have a class action lawsuit for all the people they have screwed over.
I was a little nervous ordering this dress after reading the reviews, but I'm so glad I did! The fabric is silky soft and it fits perfect. I wear a size 2, and ordered a medium because it runs small. 115 lbs and 5'7, the medium was perfect. Length hits just at top of thigh. Love it!
I ordered a few tops and received no confirmation email. I don't know when they are coming or what's going on. I used their chat but I believe it is all robots. They all had the same answers and still no email. I hope I actually get my tops since they already charged my account. Scam, maybe
I love this dress I order up one size and it fits good, it is a little tiny but I'm going to still wear them! For the price the dress quality is great, you get what you pay for. Overall for the money the dress its really awesome, and I received it in 7 days! Happy with my purchase!
Stay far far away from this company somehow someway they make money sending you items that won't fit, you cannot get your money back they will offer 20% reimbursement when you complain not true to size or quality. You will have to find s 13 year old to donate items to

It was a very good service using the web in the purchase of the bathing suit and return from Modlily. The process involved for both Mod and client to follow was to use the 'reply' button to keep each sender and recipient informed of the status of the purchase/return. My package was delayed by a week but Modlily's follow up was well appreciated. Thank you.
On 1/29 I placed an order, charge immediately placed on credit card. No confirmation of order;no info sent about order;contacted them through their chat on 2/19 and 2/20;first told order would be sent 2/22-2/29;received email on 2/20 stating I would be given a store credit; asked for a refund but was informed that store credit is only thing available.Contacted chat again on 2/20, told only store credit available.Told them I would not use it and wanted a refund.This is where it all stands.

I ordered two bathing suits that are sold out, yes that was a bummer! Your customer service department got with me right away and gave me the option of ordering another item or getting my money back, I choose to get my money back, the money was back in my account within a week!

Just disappointed in the time it took for delivery. I saw other reviews that said "couldn't believe how quick they received items". I I guess I was not expecting 3 weeks (23 days) for my order. But I do love the shirts. So I will try again.
The company misrepresented the item. Ordered 3 bathing suits. One, which was listed as "set" did not even have a bottom and my receipt indicated one. I have had to order a bottom and they are charging $10 for shipping. I tried on one and do not like. The second one was not even opened. Will not refund. You can't get anywhere with customer service.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
