1I haven't had a swimsuit that fit this well or felt this comfortable since I was a kid, and wore nothing but swimsuits all summer. Could wear this to the beach or on the water all day, pair it with slacks for casual dinner out, and at the end of the evening have to be careful not to fall asleep in it. LOVE it!

Well after doing my research I was very skeptical about buying stuff. I had a friend that said she had ordered from there do I decided to try it. I'm very satisfied with my purchase although it did take 3 weeks to arrive, and I started getting worried because my track number wasn't working, but then it did and I knew it was on is way. I ordered 3 things one was true to size and the other two were a little smaller but I can still wear.
I ordered 4/5 bathing suit tops (Tankini's), was not sure what size would fit. Went to send back the ones that did not fit and they were non returnable. I chatted with the CS and asked where on their website did it say "non returnable" as I was not seeing what they were sending me the pictures from. So you have to click on the product details to see the "non returnable" in writing. I feel that the non returnable should be right on the page you are purchasing the item from in bold red letters. This website is very misleading. Who is going to think to click on product details to see the non returnable notice, and it was in a light grey writing.
I have been fighting with this people for almost two months trying to get my money back! The suits are poorly made, super thin and irregular. Two of the suits did not fit (1 two sizes too big and the other way too small.) The third suit came without the bottoms! I asked for a refund and they said they could not give me one. Finally, after weeks, they said they would give me a refund "IF" I wrote a positive review on sitejabber and screenshot it to them. Reluctantly, I did what they asked because I wanted my $100 back. The following day they said, "sorry we are unable to give you a refund, thank you for understanding." I am livid to say the least. I doubt they will ever give me my money back. The company is HORRIBLE! Please please please do not give your business to these people in China. They are THE WORST!
I wasn't sure how this was going to fit... but it fit perfectly. I'm 5'4, on the heavier side at 175 and carry it in my hips and rear. There's enough fabric to create a slimming effect. I received many compliments the night I wore this. I paired this with red wedges and a red flower hair tie. I even felt very pretty... so it is absolutely worth the money. Money well spent!

I am a new customer and received an email with a promotional code! After checking out I realized that I totally forgot to use it! Luckily, the website was super easy to navigate and I quickly found out how to contract the company. I sent them a message explaining that I forgot to enter the code and asked if there was anyway to still apply it to my order. Guess what? I received a response super quick and I was credited $29 and priority shipping! Now that is excellent customer service! I can't wait to receive my order. I will definitely be shopping here again!
Modlily is a perfect place for shopaholics like me. I try to visit store every weekend. Products are in clean condition and sizes are correct. They have such nice styles and many are reasonable. I think that anyone could shop there and find something to fit their budget. This is the best store I ever visit.
I returned a bathing suit for exchange on a smaller size. They told me it was used and stained. Impossible! Then the sent me a very large bathing suit I didn't order in it's place. They requested pictures. I obliged. They said they already sent a replacement. I repeated it's the wrong bathing suit. It is like banging your head against the wall. I donated the bathing suit to good will because I'm obviously not getting what I ordered or charged for.
Ordered sweater on 3/16/17. It came from China to Miami to GA, insufficient address, back to Miami and as of 4/3/17 enroute to GA. Getting in touch with customer service or live chat is a joke. I just want my money back. I think I can kiss that $32 goodbye.
I'm highly recommended that it's awesome site, because my wife ordered 2 items and they all look really so much nice, the fabric and style was as expected, the shipping was really extra fast and my wife was satisfied with the products. My wife choose the sizes right for here, and she was happy, so I also happy. I'm again telling you everybody that it's awesome site. If you don't trust me so please you will visit this site and purchase anything.
I had ordered a bathing suit, received it, it was too big, paid $23.00 to send it back for a refund (a couple days after I got it) only for them to tell me that they received it a couple days past the 30 days and therefore won't refund my money, I then asked for them to do an exchange and they said no, then I asked them to ship it back to me and they said they are not responsible for shipping back items. So now I have paid $86.00 for an item that they are not returning to me. I will NEVER order from this disgrace of a company ever again!
I Googled "American-made women's clothing" and ModLily appeared. Should've checked them out before ordering. Not only is the clothing not made in America, it is IMPOSSIBLE to arrange for a refund. I'm not going to waste my time, and I'll donate the clothing that isn't right for me. Got burned!

I ordered 2 swimsuits and i was extremely pleased with the quality of the garments. I got an entire swimsuit for less than the price of what a top usually costs. The sizing was spot on as well. I am 5'4" and weigh 145 slight muscular build and the medium fit perfect.
I ordered a bathing suit from you and have been greatly satisfied. It is hard to buy anything online and know how it is going to fit or look on you. But what I ordered worked and the price can't be beat. Have shard with my friends!
Waited for a long time to receive a defective bathing suit. Contacted the company and they wanted a picture of me in the suit to show the defect! I said I wouldn't do that. They will not refund my money. They have said that someone will contact me within 24 hours and nobody ever does. Been told this twice. There is no number to call either. I am not paying S&H to send it back only for them to take even longer (or maybe never get back to me) and tell me that they don't see that it is defective and no refund.

I love looking through all of the products in the range, I will admit sometimes a little slow at buying my size before there gone but there is always more to choose from my wish list at the moment is very long and deciding what to buy next is sometimes very hard.
Ordered 2 tops from them that were supposed to have arrived while we were on vacation, so had it to be sent to our hotel. Order was supposed to have arrived on September 8. It didn't arrive until DECEMBER! I have no way of receiving it now, and cannot get a refund as it took 3 months!
I could not see if my order went through... Maya was very quick to look it up and advise what to do. I responded and she confirmed everything with images so fast.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
