I ordered a blouse online that looked fabulous. When it arrived, I was so upset. Absolutely horrible quality. Very thin, wrinkled, ugly blouse. Nothing like it looks online. I will never fall for this again.

I ordered different sizes of same shirts, tried them on, put them back in their original plastic bags and returned the ones that didn't fit. All L and XL of same shirts and all fit differently. I monitored my account as they noted they were received and waiting for refund processing. Got the message on their account, not by email, that they were NOT going to be refunded due to "stained, defective, not the same shirt, or have been used". Of course none of that was true. Now they have my shirts and my money!

Just received an email from Modlily saying they would pay $3 for a good review on this website. Given that I have not received my items after purchasing them 16 days ago, and that any emails I send through the appropriate channels are bouncing, I'd say that I am unable to offer a positive review. Wish I had sought out feedback from sites like this before I was drawn in by lovely images of great looking clothes on what seemed to be a coherent, professional, US based website.

First time I have ordered online from ModLily and I was really pleased. The tops were true to size and fit perfectly. A lovely selection and they came all neatly packaged too.

I just love shopping here. I have purchased many times on this site and I definitely enjoy it. The design of those dresses is just my love. They are so cute and so stunning. I got compliments whenever I wore them and that gives me confidence, I will buy more of those items, recommend!

I was very skeptical about placing an order for the 1st time. Matter of fact it took me a few months to decide whether or not I wanted to order online from a company I had never heard of. I did finally place an order and to my pleasant surprise, when the order came in I was very pleased with the quality of the clothing. So I placed another order thinking well hopefully it wasn't a one time deal of getting decent clothes online. And again I was so pleased with the dresses I ordered. So needless to say I'm a fan. Just placed another order with them and I'm sure it won't be my last. Thank you Modlily for all you do.

I have worn it twice so far and had a lot of nice comments about it. I ordered us-xl i'm tall 5'9". Its comfy cozy and lovely, especially for the price. Delivery was super quick. Go on! Buy it already... in several different colors you wont regret it!

Received the tops ordered 5 when I got them they were to small, never even tried the tops on opened 2 and could tell so started the return process received my label the next day. Returned 2 days after receipt; items stayed in the same packaging.

So, I received the confirmation of my return from Modlily telling me I wasn't getting my full refund because 1 item was damaged. No more explanation, of course I replied that the items were never put on or kept out of the packaging the postal worker put them in the box and can attest to that; luckily I go to they post office quite often.

So awaiting a response from Modlily on my full return and if I do not receive I'm disputing with PayPal. Also, they never noted when I would receive my refund...

I was not expecting the dress I bought to be two colors. It turns out the top is blue and to bottom of it is closer to purple. For an extra large, which usually fits me loose, this dress is snug. I am determined to loose weight and so I will hand wash and cool tumble then hang to dry to get rid of the strong dry smell. Overall opinion of the product, is that I am not satisfied with it. Maybe I should return it for an xxl and a different color.

Besides waiting several weeks for my clothing, the material was not the color I was expecting. It was also a bit transparent. I sent it back expecting a credit on the credit card minus the large cost of returning the items. I didn't plan to use this company again and was extremely unhappy to learn that the refund wasn't put back on my credit card but on company credit! Don't use this company!

I really enjoy shopping with Modlily. Bought 3 dresses from Modlily. Very happy with my purchases. They always have the latest looks, within my personal budget. The quality of the items are usually pretty nice as well. Everything fits perfectly all quiet smart! Very happy with the delivery as well. Will definitely buy again from Modlily.

I get the majority of my clothes from Modlily... I love it and I never had a problem with them! I ordered over $250.00 usd and the delivery was very fast and sometimes even early. I'm very happy with the service, and I keep coming back for more, the clothing is cheap, cute and fine quality.
