The quality of the garments is just fantastic, quality materials and workmanship, great modern designs. I got exactly what I saw on the site. Already had a lot of compliments of it. In addition, everything went very fast.

I ordered a swimsuit (I'm assuming the same suit everyone did off of Facebook) the first week of March-have yet to receive it. A cute $23 swimsuit was too good to be true I guess. Never again ModLily.

Their products are lovely and arrive looking exactly like their pictures. The sizes seem to be irregular. I normally wear and XL The XL's that I bought were really large. So I ordered large the next time and they were too small. If I were able to try things on before I bought them, I wouldn't have a problem with their product. I am now trying their "return or exchange" offer. They sent me a return mailing label... no problem.

I ordered what looked like a cute tunic from here. It came late and looked absolutely horrific. Cheap, cheap material, poorly made and was awful. I called to try and return it, they are located in China, it would have cost as much as the top was worth to send it back, so I took an offer of them crediting me half of what I paid to keep it. I threw it away, it wasn't even decent enough to donate.

I do not like to order clothes on line especially bathing suits, but i am so glad i found Modlily! I ordered a bathing suit that i absolutely love! This company is a scam a bait and switch you think you are buying beautiful clothing and you get a totally different item wrong colour style size it won't fit. They don't have a return policy they don't want the cloths back they want you to take credit on more stuff that will not be what you ordered the tracking was impossible to track, and they were late. The packaging was poormy done it was damaged when I got it.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering my bathing suit! Suit is way too small. I ordered a large but it looks more like an extra small. Hope the return process is smooth but I have a funny feeling this isn't going to go so well.

I made the mistake of falling for the ad... got my merchandise 5 weeks later and I couldn't believe the low quality of the goods. Tried to return the items... they ship from China so it was double the cost to ship back the poor merchandise. They played "we'll give you 70% back if you keep it" game. Had to let them win. I had no choice. Do NOT buy from them. Material is almost greasy.
