I saw the ad on FB and decided to order. I placed my order on 12/24/2016. I have issued to tickets to request status of my order. The status is still processing as of today. The response I received from the ticket is I need my account number. Now after reading the reviews I'm learning this company is in China and I understand it will take 2 weeks and not 1-4 business days. I'm planning to write another review when my order arrives.
Ordered 3 items and one was out of stock, but they charged for all 3 and issued a store CREDIT for item not received. Very difficult to contact to receive cash back for item not received. Huge waste of time.
Clothing fanric quality was cheap, finishing was messy with long strings all over the garments. Looked great in photos, but terrible in person. Don't bother!
I received an order and had one item out of 4 that was a little big. Did a live chat with Oviya and she responded immediately and is handling and sending me my return label for exchange. Everything else I received fit perfectly and loved them.
Tops were perfect water shoes cheaply made and took 2 weeks to get to me so glad I didn't order something I needed sooner.

Was very easy to order from. I was pleased with ease of checkout and delivery of tops. The tops are pretty true to size. - Maybe slightly smaller. The sweater tops fit great. The regular tops are almost snug but still fits. I think next time I might order a size larger as I do like my tops on the very loose side. Color and styles are awesome.
Update - still say NO! If you are spending your hard earned money - Please do not order from the company Modlily.com. If you are lucky enough to receive your merchandise from them, most will be a poor quality, mis-sized, no labels other than sizing (s, m, l, xl) and not what it looks like in the ad. Sizing in China is very different from US sizing. Arms are not long enough, bust sizes or legs, seams are mis-matched, pockets are are mis-matched, threads are mis-sewn & exposed & hanging out. Fabrics are changed from ads as well as colors. Share this with anyone that even thinks about ordering. The Modlilly return policy is pointless as they will only offer you 60% of the value of your order but you have to pay shipping. They discourage you from returning as it will be just as expensive as what you would return. This is a SCAM & bad business and needs to be reported to Facebook as well as others that promote their business. -
I am a large size women and I usually buy my clothing on plus size clothing site. But most products from that site are just made to wear but not that stylish. I bought one dress and a piece of swimwear from modlily. I cant express how happy when I get my clothing. The swimwear is perfect fit and the color is same as the picture shows.
Ordered on March 3rd- paid extra for express shipping and they charged my credit card for FULL order in March. To date, order still has not been mailed out. Customer service continues to say same thing - order in transit, cannot cancel. I would not recommend this company to anyone ~ terrible service.
After waiting over 2 months & totally getting the run around from Modlily they refunded my $71.00 to a closed bank account so the transaction did not go through & they still have my money. They just reply to me & say call my bank. It's a closed account my bank can not do anything your transaction did not go through & you still have my money! They won't even give me credit or resend the order, those crooks! Bad customer service with a company that does not care about their customers. Buyers Beware
We received the order in approximately around 3 weeks, which wasn't bad at all. When receiving I was a little nervous, Not knowing what I was about to get. I ordered 4 Bathing suits, I was so amazed they were perfect size, the quality was amazing. All & All my experience was great. It was so great I immediately made another order. I am hoping that all my orders will be the same, quick, good Quality, and great sizes. Thanks Modlily..
Beautiful Sweater! Glad I ordered a small. I usually go with medium. Only hand washing; not supposed to machine wash but I am going to try it on delicate using a delicate washing bag. If it doesn't work I will be back to post the results. It does run a bit large so if I get a bit of shrinkage I will still be fine. Not sure which color to order next? Very impressed!

This site is amazing! The customer service is really friendly. The clothes are not only affordable but the quality is really good and unique! Returns have been easy also. Love this company so far. Only problem is that shipping takes really long but all in all, shop right away at Modlily!
This shirt is perfect for any occasion so I had to order three! I travel for work and this top is so easy to throw on with jeans and ballet flats! If you're having trouble deciding what size to get like I was, the shirt does run a little large. I'm 5'10,140 lbs and generally order a medium but the small is the perfect length and size!
Was not sure about ordering from this site, but I did (ordered 3 tops) and was very satisfied with them. Were just like the pictures. Fit was perfect and fabric is very good quality. Takes a little longer to get them, but overall I was very satisfied. Will probably order from them again.
I have been trying to return two items for days and having issues. I have tried to make contact with a live person and no number is listed. I go to the help section and iot takes you back to the same place. Never again will I order for this zoo.

jewelry is HUGE. ordered 2 shirts never got them 2 1/2 months so far. ordered a sweater and got a fleece sewn look alike. company sends me emails and coupons to order more but site won't allow me to submit a ticket to find out why I never got my product.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
