I ordered a blue jean coat and a really cute sweater/ blouse, i actually like both BUT they run very very small! I have tried about five times to get some assistance to exchange these with no luck! Will NEVER order from Modlily again!
Best purchase I've ever bought! Fabric feels good (for the price, it is a bit thin though) and is slightly see through, but not to the point where I'd need to wear a top underneath. The fabric is also soft, not at all stiff. I ordered a small, and I am 5'6 115lbs for reference. It arrived a week early. I would order from this company again.
I chose the title because so many companies want our business, but, are sorely lacking in customer service. I gave the 4-star rating because of some difficulties on the website. Still, I was very pleased with customer service. When I discovered a shipping address error I was able to communicate with CS immediately and I received immediate and satisfactory attention, with NO run-around! I am favorably impressed.
I have ordered many times from Modlily, and have been extremely happy with my purchases. The clothes are well made and I love that the fabric they use has some polyester in it. The clothes wash up beautifully. They orders are delivered in a timely manner.
This is the first time I have purchased from modlily and apart from that I find it a long time to receive our order, everything else has been perfect. The package very well packed, the product quality is perfect. I received what I ordered, the correct size ext. I have often bought from sites a bit like modlily but really not always been satisfied as I have been with modlily. I will redo purchases with you. Thank you.
Do not order anything from them the sizes of the clothing is very small. I have tried to return my purchase 3 times via ticket request and I still have not heard back after 3 weeks. I should have read the reviews first waste of $$$
I have emailed twice with questions and no one has courtesy to respond. I would return my order but doubt anyone will respond with ticket or credit my account without my having to dispute the charge with credit card company. I do not recommend this site

Best online shopping experience ever! I ordered a floral print dress and cartoon print blouse on Modlily.com. I was so worried ordering online and kept thinking it would never arrive. But the package arrived on time, and the clothes were the same as the website described.
After re diving my dress which when I first opened it was so pleased as it was nicely styled but away too small even after I used their chart. Now I can't return it as I can't figure out how to get a ticket. Very confusing
Do not order from this site unless you plan to wait weeks to get your order. I placed my order 14 days ago and it says still processing. I cannot get anyone from customer service to provide an update on my order. Will probably cancel soon.
Ordered a bathing suit. Was out of stock. Instead of instantly refunding my $, I get an email that my $ was posted to my account and I can use it for future orders. First of all, they shouldn't be selling something online that they have no stock on. Second of all, issue an immediate refund for purchases out of stock! Don't make a customer have to jump thru hoops to get their $$ back!
I love the Modlily and they have everything you can think off and the staff is always so nice this is my go to online store for dress, they fit perfectly and have been happy with the services. I totally recommend using their website, really nice.

I don't typically wear XXXL, but I do in these tunics. They're very thin and pill easily. All that being said, I must confess I own probably near a dozen of them, so I guess I like them! Usu ship fast & huge color selection.
I discovered ModLily several months ago. Bought 1 blouse and jumped for joy when I got it. It was very well made and fit perfectly. I have sense bought 4 more of equal quality. I highly recommend Modlily
I ordered a bathing suit which was totally sewn wrong so I sent it back. After a week, I emailed the company asking about my refund and they offered me a 20% credit of my purchase price. I had to fight and fight with them and they finally gave me a credit of less than half of what I paid.
I reported this through my credit card company and hopefully I'll get the other half. NEVER again!
Won't be purchasing anything from this company again. Took way too long to receive the order. I ordered on 5/8/18 and received on 5/25/18. The Swimdress was way too big.
I needed to return for a refund. I should have read the return policy. Customers have to pay for return shipping.
ModLily gave me an offer of refunding me 50% of my purchase price and to keep the swimdress, and do whatever with it, but don't return it. Lesson learned the hard way. From now on, I will stick with Amazon no matter what.
Having a good understanding of the COVID-19 crisis, updates on transit destinations could've been monitored a lot better. However, response inquiries to ticket submissions were timely, professional and polite in nature.
The swimsuit is so cute, fits perfectly, and is comfortable. Just took so long to get. Other than that, very pleased with ModLily.
I ordered from this p[lace and the cloths that came look like I had made them at home. I ordered a short sleeve bodycon set and the shirt looks like a extra small and the shorts was just awful.The baggy roper looks like they just put material together and made it.The only thing that looks wearable was the dress. I sent a email about the bodycon, but from these reviews I am just screwed. What a mess. Never mind that I had to wait so long and as soon as I ask for a refund they ship me this mess and have the nerves to call this cloths. This product is cheap and poorly made. I would not recommend this company to anyone. You work hard for your money don't just blow it away buying from them. Way to many good ones out there. I should have check the reviews on this one before I purchased. Live and Learn. Never again.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
