I have browsed this website for a new bathing suit several times. I finally made up my mind as to which ones I liked the best(they are all so pretty I could not make up my mind.) In the end I ordered 3 suits for my daughter and 2 for myself. But... in the process of elimination I ordered 2 of the same exact suit! I only caught this after I had made my payment.The suit was a clearance item, not returnable so I contacted this company via their help desk. They allowed me time to go back and pick out another suit( so I didn't end up with 2 of the same kind) This is the best coustomer service I have seen in a long time. Problem all solved in 48 hrs! I can't wait for them to arrive. Thank you so much.

I ordered 2 swimsuits from Modlily... while they did come fairly quickly and seemed to be fairly nice fabric, the fit was way off. When I tried to return, I was given a huge run around. The order number I had, given by them, was said to be "not a valid order number". Then I was told to submit a ticket to get an address to return to. When I got a response with a link to click, it just brought me back to their website and wanted me to start the whole process over. Do not order from this site!

I'm a happy customer, perfect customer support, the products are of very good quality, delivery times are respected! It took a few weeks but it was worth the wait! I love what I got. It is one of the companies that can deliver without problems. I'm super happy and I will buy again!

Nicely made, beautiful color, and the fabric is very soft and comfortable. I ordered a couple sizes up due to other reviews, but probably could have gone down as it's very roomy. It is very long. I am 5'10 and the skirt grazes the floor. I wouldn't be able to wear this with flats unless I hemmed it, which I may do.

I should have checked reviews before ordering. This company is terrible! I received my items in a timely fashion, but they are way too small. I can not contact anyone via phone. They give a California phone number but a machine picks up saying no one is available and to leave a message. I left several messages and called all hours of the day/night. The online system is a joke and says that my order doesnt exist so I cant file anything online. I tried the so called live chat and no response. No way to return an order! Total scam!

Love the dress. I selected a Medium because I am 5 ft. 8. Inches tall and weigh appx. 145 lbs. The material is somewhat stretchy and falls perfectly. I tried to cancel the order, but they process orders very quickly. It arrived before the due date and I'm happy they didn't cancel it. Love it and the price was more than reasonable. I tried finding a dress locally but found nothing that appealed to me. This is for a wedding but you can wear it for any special occasion. It is also wrinkle free.

Pretty shirts, you have to watch the size,some are very clingy. I order a size bigger.

Perfect dress! The material is lovely. The pattern is flattering as is the cut of the dress. If you are small busted like myself this dress actually makes you look bigger on top which is cool. The length falls right to my ankles which I like. I've had longer dresses and I walk on the hem - this length is just right; it will show off a cute pair of sandals. I would definitely recommend this dress. It's versatile casual to dressy depending on your jewelry/shoes.

I really like it, love the way the fabric is, love the look, love it all. It is a little bit small though; need to choose 1-2 sizes up. I order this two piece crop top in green. This is really comfortable and feels good on my skin. I stand at 5_3 and weight 180 pounds. I went with the size large and it fits perfect on me. The top is short but still looks cute. This even came little earlier than I expected.

I ordered 2 swimsuits and 3 dresses from modlily. The next day they were paid for all of the items. A month later I had not received my order. I contacted them through email and they responded and let me know it would be shipping soon. I did finally receive all the items I ordered. All of the products I ordered were terrible quality and none of the clothing fit. Some of it was way to big, and other items were to small. It seems to me they are posting pictures of clothes and when you order it they try to figure out how to make it. If you are thinking of ordering something I would find a different website. Paying a little extra some where else will be worth it.

So many time sites that advertise woman's clothing from other then America; you buy something and it's way too small. I experienced that recently with a purchases from a major retailer that advertises Plus Size women's clothing. So I was really scared to try Modlily... I did and I am very very pleased with top quality clothes that really fit. I am so thankful I decided to try Modlily.
