Ordered several items none of which matched their sizing chart. When tried to start a ticket, can't get logged back in. Contacted customer service for a refund. They refused to provide one. I told them I would pay to ship it back and to give me an address. They refused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a totatly scam!
I appreciate the company sending shipment updates regularly until the package is delivered. It is the extra effort of communication Modlilly employees go to insure the customer is kept up to date on purchases. Thank you for following through with your customers.
The shirts and leggings I ordered are very comfortable and stylish. Definitely a confidence booster. I'm only hesitant to order again due to the shipping taking so long. I plan on ordering again soon.

Lovely material, fit and cut. Ordered a small and you can see every ripple and imperfection. It's form fitting but fits perfect and the color is more emerald than dark green. Perfect dress for a fun occasion or shower. Cute and fun color!
Customer service was excellent. There was a delay from the manufacturer, and I was notified immediately. Once shipped, I received updates to my satisfaction. The suits are of good quality; the colors are vibrant, just as pictured. I will purchase from them again.

The blouse I bought I didn't like, and I wanted to exchange it. Whoever I talk to in customer service was not understanding what I needed, so I just hung up and called back on a different day.
Job well done, never any issues with Modlily's shipping and delivery. Always ship quickly and its exactly what I order. Boxes are never torn or damaged and what I purchase is in new condition with tags. I will always buy on this website.

Never got my order! They said it was delivered so i contacted them to let them know that in fact i still had not received my order. Customer service said they would look into and email me. It's been days and still nothing!
I thought I lost a package, so I contacted Modlily for tracking information. They got back to me quickly and told me it was delivered. My husband had left it in his truck for a couple of days and completely forgot about it.
Received swimsuit with a defect. Customer service responded quickly, giving me account balance, per my request for a future purchase. Since I provided Modlily with a photo to prove defect, I didn't even have to return the suit before they credited my account.
During the first part of December, I ordered 5 blouses from this company. I didn't get my blouses until sometime in January, thus I missed the holidays to wear them. They sat in LA for a long, long time. The tops I ordered are very heavy because of the layers and what they are made out of. It depends on what you order because one of my blouses is light. I mistakenly order 2 of the same blouse and had to return it. The cost to return was $14.00. That is how heavy it was. The total cost for this blouse was $32.00. Because the delivery was so slow I figured that the return of the one blouse would be the same, but that went fairly quickly. ModLily was on top of the return. They did let me know when they received it and they did refund my money. Next time, I will look closer at the blouses that I am ordering to make sure that I don't buy the very heavy ones. In Phoenix, Arizona, you don't need thick blouses.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
