Some idiot used my email to order from you. You FAILED to confirm their email before allowing them to use it for an order. I notified your customer service and told them to remove my email from your system. They said they did it. Obviously they didn't because I keep getting followup emails about an order I never made including this request for a review. Your security and customer service are both bad.
Returns are nothing but a hassle. Several emails back & forth. They ask several times just to take a discount instead of allowing you to simply return an item. You actually have to take pictures & ask for permission to return something. Totally ridiculous. Not worth the time.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Bait/Switch. Items that are sent are not as advertised and I have been emailing to try and get a return which is a complete joke. The last email said the photo I sent looked "expensive" so why wouldn't I keep it. I should have read the previous reviews before ordering. Do not buy from them.
I ordered five tops they arrived and I was so excited. But when I opened them one had the tags cut off and was not the correct size and two smelled so strong of cigarette smoke. So please do not waste your time and money with this company.
It took a long time to get my order and when I got it was very disappointed. I got the women's sharktaill patriotic shirt which looks really good on line. It looks like crap in person. Arrived in a skimpy plastic bag FROM CHINA postmark and I knew it would be trouble. The quality of material is a step above the Dollar Store - if that! The colors are beautiful ONLINE. In person colors are totally faded. It was expensive at $25. Should be $5 at most. Te return address is overseas making it expensively impossible and I have tried several Customer Service Help emails to the companies' site to no avail. I am pissed! NEVER going to wear this thing and want my money back. Contacting PAYPAL to get involved.
I ordered from Modlilly on 3/16/16 paid for expedited shipping received a confirmation email that my order shipped still haven't received my order and today is 3/28/16 there's no way to get through to the company all I need is a refund! This company should be reported and not allowed to take customers money!
8. This wears as it looks. I was expecting cheap material and not as the picture but its not. Material is fabulous and it wears very well and I based it on their size chart and I purchased a XL. It is free style but the size is a true extra large. I was concerned because of other reviews I've read about their sizes. I will be ordering from them again and it only took 10 days and I received it. :)
I messaged your service immediately when I realized I should have ordered a bigger size. I got a response so quickly I didn't even realize that I got the response already. I am so happy that this was taken care of immediately. I will be spending a lot more money on this website because you guys have phenomenal customer service thanks to people like sunshine!
I ordered a swimsuit while out of state so I would have it for a trip when I returned. I get home over 30 days past the delivery date. I open the package and it wasn't my order. I write to them and basically get told to bad, your 30 days are up. My understanding is I have 30 days from the time MY order is received, which hasn't happened yet.! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office. I am also filing fraud charges with my bank. The first photo is what I ordered, the second is the ugly thing they sent! Not my order!
I ordered 4 items and they were shipped separately (1 in one package, 3 in another). The first package came and I sent a request regarding the second package. Within 24 hours I had a response, explaining where my package was and how to track it. Two of the items did not fit and I had trouble getting into the system to get the return label. Again, customer service helped me get the return label and kept me up to date on the status of the refund and the exchange. They kept my file open until I was totally satisfied with my product. This is excellent customer service especially for a on-line company. Most of the on-line companies just ignore you or give you a hard time. Thank you again for your help and communication through my entire order, exchange and refund process.
I was having trouble putting in my coupon code for my final order of clothes, so I reached out to Thea to help me out. He/she gladly talked me through the process of coupons and how to insert them from beginning to end, he/she was also very patient with me when I tried her method of inserting coupons. Overall, Thea was a big and wonderful help to me and now I can pay less!
I've shopped at Modlily longer than I can remember. There is always fashion clothing there for all women's ages, sizes and style. I can always find what I want here!

What is the return address for Modlily? I have submitted requests for the last week and only get a response asking me to send pictures? Modlily already has the pictures of what I ordered! They just want me to give up and not return the clothes so they can keep my $100 dollars... and I can keep the poor quality, small and smelly clothes.
Was disappointed that it was just the top of swimsuit but that was my fault. I DID NOT like the international visa charge on my account (.34)… kinda unnecessary I think. Gonna find another place to shop.
Quality and fit were perfect.
Shipping dates were Jan. 1-10, around the 17th I called as the shipping tracking showed it was sitting somewhere, waiting for pickup. I was told it was coming.
It finally showed up on January 21st.
Not happy with shipping as I ordered these items around middle of December.
She was quick, efficient and sincere in her interest to help. She located and resolved issues with my two previous and failed online communications with Modlily Help Service to return an item that does not fit well.
My items were on sale and order was delivered quickly. One of the items was too big. I was able to exchange for a smaller size with no problem. Great quality and service! I am very happy with my purchases.
Shopping and checkout was easy. Order to be received from 10/21-10/29. Received order 10/25. Order cam in great order and the shirts I purchased is good quality. Colors are better than expected. True to size. Very comfortable.
Very satisfied with my purchase I am looking forward to purchase more items with you online. I find that it takes several weeks before you get your items. Hopefully if you could speed the shipping your rating would be higher.
I only received one of the two swimming costumes I ordered. It was out of stock I then ended up finding the credit section so have applied for a refund. Hopefully this will happen. If so I will order again

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
