I ordered a small amount of clothes just to make sure the site is reliable and it came in perfectly! The clothes are really pretty and just as they look on the pictures! It also came in the perfect size, and it only took a week to arrive! I'm going to order more in the future! Love it

Have not had any communication on my orders until today and said one item is out of stock. The orders said originally that they would be here no later than April 18,2022 and it is now April 20th and do not see where it has shipped or any orders being taken care of. The website is easy to maneuver and set up nicely. The bathing suits I bought were so nice and quite different from what is in the stores around me. They can in within two weeks. The mail process was snail mail.
Really nice seller! I did confuse with the size chart when I choose the clothing. But the seller explain it patiently for me so I can get the right size. The clothing I received also with nice quality. It furthered my opinion of the cloth. Thank you very much. I'll order from this company again.
Delivery time was long over two weeks however I was pleasantly surprised at how great the suits fit and the quality. I've ordered some tops and we'll see how they are but again delivery takes a long time.
It seems to take forever for my order to arrive. I see the item(s) I want so I order them but it feels like an eternity for me to receive my product that I paid for already. Why does it take so long from the moment my purchase is confirmed for it to be processed (days) then to wait even longer for it to ship? I don't understand the lag time.

I ordered a dress from this site on 3rd November and now on the 5th January - over two months later - I still haven't received it. I have contacted their customer service department who keep telling me that it has been shipped and should be with me soon - still waiting! Would never ever order with them AGAIN.

At first I was unsure of the company, with sizes, length of shipment and communication.
I have to say, I have contacted them, and they completey accommodated me, and was very helpful. Sure shipments take longer when you order from china, but that is expected. I am happy with the customer service.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service and poorly made products. They scam you when you try to return the merchandise by claiming the returned products aren't what you ordered or are stained, defective or used. I wish I had looked up these reviews before I ordered.
The two blouses I ordered are absolutely gorgeous! The colors are more vibrant than you see on the Modlily website, and as a seamstress I can say they are well made! I will definitely be a return customer!

I love this dress. It arrived today. I immediately pulled it out and tried it on. I purchased the X LG after reading the reviews. -Soft and very comfortable. The length is perfect! The material is thicker than t-shirt material. It is a great value for the money. I am going to purchase another one in a different color. Very cute! I highly recommend it.
I ordered over a month ago and my items have yet to be shipped from the warehouse. I have reached out multiple time and keep getting the same responses. I reached Out today April 22nd and she sends me a chat that says delivery date April 12 - April 23rd and my items haven't even shipped. She was more concerned about the bad rating i gave them than the fact that i spent well over 100.00 on items that haven't shipped out yet. I will never order from here again.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
