Thankful for true reviews! I saw an ad for the cutest blouse, but have learned to check reviews... these are aweful and how a scam site can remain online to continue robbing people is beyond my understanding! How exactly is such an unlawful business allowed to continue such crimes?
Ordered 2 swimsuits was not sure about the company decided to take the risk. Ended up EXTREMELY pleased. Decent quality for the price. Fit is amazing on both suits one is a 3x the other a 1x for daughter. Could not be happier with the purchase. Arrived when they said told me it would. Down fall is it did take a long time but if your willing to wait for it I then do it. It's worth it and we knew it would when we bought them they were upfront about it!
I placed and order on 9/23 i never received my order. After many emails back and forth and no update on the tracking # i disputed my charges. Today is 11/18 and it still hasn't arrived. Highly disappointed because i really wanted the bathing suit and i also researched the reviews
I ordered a bathing suit on 9/23 and still have not received it. I have emailed customer service to only get the same response. Tracking number is a joke, there have been no updates sincen9/26 and today is 10/20. I will never, ever order from them again! Buyers beware!
I purchased two suits and love them both. They were shipped separately so I was a little concerned when the 1st one arrived and stated that the order was completed. But we were able to get everything straightened out and the 2nd suit arrived just a few days later.
I ordered 3 items and the size was too big. I returned them and they don't refund the money when I tried to login into my account I cannot do it because it says wrong email or password. I reset the password many times and nothing happened. It means they blocked my account.
This is my third order. I choose pay pal pay in 4. I am redoing my wardrobe. I love the fabrics and designs.

I took a chance and ordered. I was so completely happy I did! They were running a sale and I was able to score two bathing suits super cheap! The material is so soft and they fit great! It is often hard to me to find swimwear I feel comfortable in and I'm very particular. But these are perfect.
Your items are absolute garbage! My gosh, you ought to feel ashamed selling this crap! The sweater I purchased was nothing like the picture shown. The tankini's I purchased are garbage. I will never shop your site again. People beware! Save your money. Sending items back is a ridiculous hassle and you have to pay to send it back! NOT SATISFIED!

It took 2 1/2 months for my item to arrive with the help of pay pal which is ridiculous! Once I received the gift I ordered as a Christmas gift 2 1/2 months later, it is not as advertised. I do not recommend ordering from this company.
I ordered 2 swimsuits. I then felt uneasy about the over-seas purchase and then researched this company. Once i read all the negative reviews i tried to cancel my order within 48 hours. They would NOT let me despite their stated policy. I had the hardest time getting a hold of them to further dispute and cancel my order. Unfortunatley, I had to accept the order, when it arrived, the sizing was way off the quality was fair but what do you expect for the price?!?! Again, i tried to contact them and by the time i finally reached someone they said it was too late. I eventually just donated the unworn item. I'd rate them a star higher but for a company to not honor their stated policy is bull$xxx!
I placed my order to receive by Christmas. It gave a delivery date by Dec19th and no later than the 22nd. So I went ahead and placed my order I needed it for Christmas as 1 of the items was to be worn for Christmas. So I didn't receive it till second week of Jan. On top of that going by their sizing chart I ordered the size that it said I would need. Well all the items were too big. Not going to go through the hassle of returning them so going to try to sell them. Very unhappy with the company. Warning also products come from China which they should have mentioned this cause the shipping takes longer. I will not shop there again.

My order came and 1 out of the two swimsuits was tight around the armpits and upper bust area but both were the same size. Not sure about that but I was very pleased with the one that did fit good. The other I will re-gift. I wished the shipping was quicker as it certainly is not as quick as some other shipping companies..

This was my first order with Modlily, I ordered a lovely trendy bathing suit. I was nervous but fortunately it was a perfect fit! I used the size chart shown with the suit. It did take three weeks to be delivered which was fine as I was not in a hurry.
I will not be ordering from Modlily again. It wasn't the worst experience, but the items were not as advertised. One top is a completely different color. One is a weird, cheap material. The black one is pretty much okay.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
