It took time to come but honestly it's worth it. I received my package in very good condition and I just love what I received. The fits are amazing and so is the quality. I ordered swimming set and they are amazing. Next time I will order different stuff.

It was a pleasure dealing with customer service. I had mistakenly ordered an item twice and checked out. After speaking with customer service, this was corrected immediately and my refund was in my account in just a few days. I was very satisfied and look forward to my order arriving. *****

I am really impressed with Modlily. They even emailed me to confirm my address as I was shipping to a different address then my billing address. They took the time to confirm that it was actually me and that this is address was correct. Sunshine was a great help. I have also received my order quickly, even with the verification.

I'm in the middle of returning some suits that didn't fit, it's 11:00pm, and I had a question about the return shipping process. As fast as I could type the questions into the chat, Thea responded with helpful information. Hooray for Thea! I wish every company had someone as eager to help as Thea!

I ordered on March 10th. I got my preshipment notification. As of March 23rd, nothing has happened on my order. I have reached out several times. Even giving a chance to say if the virus has created delays, just tell me! Each time the CS has said don't worry it has shipped.

Well I'm not happy!

My order did not update on the tracking and was not delivered on the delivery date. I contacted Modlily to get the status of my order. They researched and got back to me the next day. I received my order 5 days later. They were in contact with me during that time to let me know the status. Great updates.

Sleeves were different from pics and was way longer. It took FOREVER to come! I threw it away and I wish they would stop emailing me. When I click the unsubscribe button it doesnt work. I would not shop here again nor will I recommend them

Had several tankinis in mind but ended up with this real and black one. Received it very quickly and was very satisfied when I opened the package! It fits well and the pattern is even prettier in person! Would order another one again!

My swimsuit arrived early, which was great. The price wasn't too bad and I like the way the swimsuit looks and fits. The only problem is there are seems in the cups that make ridges you can see and it doesn't look good.

This company is crap... I will spread the word to everybody and you will eventually have nobody ordering from you... You are a deceiving company that is CRAP... the seams are not put together right and the sizes are all wrong... Just look at all your reviews and those that are good probably come from the US company. Or you have a few that knows... so your rating is - *******

You are nothing but a bunch of freaking scammers! I have a dispute through paypal with you! You tell me not to bother returning the item because of your error, so I donated it. Now, you deleted your post about not having to return the item and now you say you want it back! You are a buch of $#*!ing scammers!

I mistakenly thought I was shorted one of the pieces that I ordered. I created a ticket. Customer service responded quickly. And then when I embarrassingly realized my mistake, I contacted them and admitted the error was on my part, not ModLily's. CS was very gracious. This was my first time buying from ModLily. I am very pleased with my purchases (swimsuit sets, top and dress) and their service.

Ordered a swimsuit in early Feb. That order was canceled as unavailable so I ordered a second suit. I finally received it mid March. I was surprised at how long it took to ship. Other than long delivery time the item is great.

I ordered a dress from modlily on a Sunday, got the confirmation mail immediately and my parcel was delivered on Wednesday. Shipping was unexpectedly quick. It was the first time I bought clothes from modlily, but it won't be the last time. Plus the dress was just the perfect size and perfect quality. I absolutely love this top! It is feminine, elegant, and goes with everything I own. I bought it in white, black, and green! I can wear it alone, under a vest or sweater and with great jewelry it looks fabulous! Thank you!

I ordered 2 dresses and for the most part they were what I wanted. The only issue was the material was not what I expected however, I've had them for a year and they have lasted so this site is worth trying.
