I ordered a dress for a semi formal event, getting closer and closer to the event and finally arrived, when i got it, it looked nothing like the pictures, you could even tell it was a different fabric and the top was see through and the pattern was different, complete scam, never buy from there
Ordered an item and paid for expedited shipping(2-5 days). It has been 4 days and the item hasn't shipped and no telephone number to talk to a live person. On-line chat service is only an email and not live chat. False advertisement!
I never received item, tho Modlily says it was delivered to my business address and left at the door. The problem is, this was a Tuesday afternoon, and our mail person ALWAYS brings the mail into the office right to my desk, as I sit right inside the glass door. I was charged insurance for this item, but Modlily will not refund me for an item I bought 2.5 months ago!

My purchase was exactly as described. It was really cute. If I were to buy again, for the blouse I would buy one size larger. As for the bottoms, they were perfect. Definitely would buy again but be prepared to wait a bit for your order. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars.
I bought this dress as a maternity dress in blue chevron. The light blue appears more neon in person. I normally wear a size 18 and ordered the 18/20 but the chest area was kind of stretched out- I have to wear an undershirt so my bra is not see through. The bottom part of the dress is great. It is not see through and hit me below me right at my ankles and I'm 5'7. Overall I'm happy with the dress. I think it'll last though the summer.
The system won't let me give Oviya 5 stars, which she deserves. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Made a change to my order that I was worried couldn't be made. Very satisfied with her assistance.

My only concern is the bathing suits are not chlorine proof. Or if they are, there is no reference.

Loved the swimsuit that I purchased was very leery t about sizing but it fit perfectly. I received it in about 2 weeks I was extremely happy with my experience with Modlily I already made another purchase.
I emailed as soon as I placed the order and realized it had my old address. Everything was taken care of first thing Monday morning and my current address was updated! Thank you for the speedy response.
I've ordered a few nice things, but recently I ordered a shirt that really didn't look good on me. I wanted to return it, and they haggled with me saying I could keep it and get 50% back. Why would I want to keep it? And why would it be a hassle to return clothing ordered online? I had to haggle until they got to an 80% refund and I still have to keep the shirt. This is no way to run an online business. I won't be ordering from them again.
Sometimes the stuff is awesome, and the sizes are bang on, but sometimes, not so much. Even when I measure for sizing, some items I've ordered are correct, good quality, and hold up well even after multiple washes, but other times, the size is waaaauyy off (usually too small!), and the item shrinks, fades, or dameges in the wash. So, you take your chances!

I bought 3 bathing suits from ModLily for my trip to Mexico. I paid for fast shipping and the suits arrived before my trip, which was a week away. The quality was really good. Material was very nice and the size was perfect. Thanks so much! My new favorite place to buy bathing suits.
I think it is ridiculous the cost for the buyer to send back items that don't fit. You want a tracking number which is even more expensive. $50 to send a small package back is crazy. Will not purchase again at this cost. Will stick to other companies that don't charge to send back.
So, I put in a dispute with Paypal. I had proof that Modlily received the shirt back and had taken photos of the shirt and package before sending it back. I received an email from Modlily telling me that I needed to cancel my dispute with Paypal before they could issue a refund. Of course, I didn't believe them, told them so, and told them to just issue the refund, which they did yesterday. Hope this helps someone else!
I ordered a shirt, received it after a month. It was too small and the buttonholes were all frayed. I had to spend a week asking for a return label link that worked. Finally received it and sent the shirt immediately back. A week letter they, I received an email with update to my ticket. They said that the shirt I sent back was a different one, it was the wrong size, was stained, and been worn. I should have expected this after researching Modlily after I had ordered and learning that they are not a good company to deal with. I sent the shirt back in the same condition that I had received it and now have to dispute this with Paypal. Do not buy from these people!
I ordered four times from their store and I can say to you that the shipping is amazing and fast. Items are very well packed and protected. The clothes on it are very cute and unique I am so glad I found it. I look forward to the order I just placed today.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
