The refund/exchange process was great. I opted for an exchange for a smaller size. I love the swim suite, hoping I receive my exchange quickly as well. My vacation is in May 2022, so fingers crossed I get my exchange swim suit on time!
I paid 34.00 (NOT cheap) for a top, waited a month to get it, and am so very disappointed in the size, color, material, and quality. I wouldn't GIVE it away to anyone. Now fighting the battle to return it and get a refund. THIS SITE IS A SCAM! Wish I had checked out the reviews prior to ordering. I have posted this site on FB so that people are aware if they are considering an order. Come on Modlily - be a respected company and honor your ads! Usually the comment is "you get what you pay for"... in this instance I paid a lot of money and got a piece of junk. Doesn't even rate a 1 star but even in their review process they don't give an option of zero stars. Smh
I ordered the black and white polka dot bathing suit. I received it quickly and on the first estimated delivery day. The suit is feminine and pretty and fits perfectly. I am very pleased with my purchase and plan to buy another suit soon.
I ordered from this site and the item size was not right and I went off of what they said for US. The dress was paper thin and sheer which was to be a sundress. When I requested to return it they said they would give me 20% back and to keep the merchandise. I said ok than they never gave it to me so I requested a refund through PayPal they agreed to issue refund however I had to pay for shipping. The clothes were 67.00 and the return shipping was 89.00. Did not make any sense. Poor service. Worse experience ever! Don't do it! Don't do it! It gets a 1 because I can't give it a zero.
Both shirts were a surprise from the tiny size L gray fabric of the lacy blouse to the multi colored tunic. The plastic buttons on the gray blouse will be replaced on the sleeves & front & totally removed along with the button loops from the back. Since the multi colored tunic is not the colors expected, maybe I will dip it in coffee to tone down the orange colors.

Worst company ever, will never buy from them again. I ordered an xl swimming suit and it's more like a xxl. They also told me to sell to a friend or give as a gift. They will not give me a return address, I even said that I will pay for the dang shipping if they just let me return the swimmi g suit and give me my money back. Still nothing, this is going on more then a week now. The customer service is horrible.

I was looking for a specific style bathing suit and was excited to find a good selection of them on this site. Delivery was very fast. The suits fit true to size and the quality was good. I would order from this company again.
I have loved what I have ordered before but this order is completely wrong. I received 3 of the same sweater and all the clothing is too small! I have ordered in the past and everything was a perfect fit. The shipping took forever this time and was shipped from China! I will have to return all 7 items.

I ordered a few items from Modlily (clothing and accessories) and I'm happy to say that everything arrived on time, in great condition and is soooo cute. Now I finally have that rich colored dress I always wanted and the perfect accessories to match it. I had a few questions to the customer support center about the order details and they were happy to respond to all of my questions in no time.
Nice dress, total strangers come up and tell me the dress is beautiful, which of course it is! I ironed mine with both Magic Sizing and Spray Starch. The dress is mostly cotton with just the right amount of stretch. Using Magic Sizing and Starch on the dress gives it a professional finished look.
Had to return an item for exchange because I selected the wrong size. Renee was very helpful with my return and kept me updated on the process to get the exchange made.
I love the quality of ModLily and glad they have an easy exchange process.
I ordered a swimsuit in the beginning of January and now it is the beginning of March. I never received the swimsuit I ordered and all of a sudden I go to check on the shipping status and states my money has been refunded. This came with no warning. I will never be using this website ever. I hope this hasn't happened to other individuals.

Order two swim suits based on the sizing info on the site. One was a cute swim dress & boy short combo that I thought would be perfect for hiking & rafting, and another was a more traditional tankini. Swim dress fit fine, although there were some quality issues with incomplete & unraveling seams. I see, so I thought it was no big deal & I'd fix those, sit it was cheap. The tankini, however, looked like it was a child size! I had to check twice to verify that I'd order led the same size for both suits. Forget about returns or exchanges either, since I was told I'd be responsible for return shipping. Back to China? It would cost more than the two suits cost in the first place! Very disappointed, since I was excited to see lots of cute pieces on the site, but I've been burned & won't be shopping on this site again.

I placed an order and paid for 3-5 business day shipping. Package shipped on 2-29 and as of 4-4 have not recieved. Modlily reached out to my complaint and said if I don't get the package by 4-2, I could have 50% refund and 4-8 100% refund. When I reached out on 4-2 they told me no I could not as that is not their policy. Then said I keep giving you the tracking number. So not only do you not receive your package, they also offer a refund which they don't stand by.
Purchased a bathing suit, I'm a size 4, purchased a medium and my legs barely fit through the bottoms they were so tight and quite transparent even though it was orange.
The top was cheap too, the cups weren't tied up they just sat there so if you move the wrong way they're coming down.
I won't be wearing this.
Spend money and buy a good bathing suit from elsewhere.

Wow is the word I use to describe modlily's clothes. I love them and am a devoted fan! The first order I made was a shirt with long tails, one in black the other red. I love them both. The second order I made were the fabulous maxi dresses. I ordered three colors and when they arrived I ordered two more! Simply Superb.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
