Very disappointed with the bathing suit I received. The picture I ordered from show vibrant colors on the top piece of the suit. What I received was any thing but vibrant. Very dull and faded ugly. The bottoms was a beautiful bright pink. Does not match the suit top at all. Very disappointed.
My girlfriend is completely in love with this dress. It just fits her perfectly and makes her super sexy and hot, and she told me that the fabric is super good. She told me she gets a lot of compliments from her friends when she wears it.
I tried to return 1 item I bought, customer service not helpful. They will not give address and the rates to return and restocking is more than the product cost. Fashion is good and products well made. But will not order again.

I ordered a dress and it looked like they took fabric and cut it to look like the dress I was supposed to get a slapped ribbon on there for the straps. I ordered a swimsuit from modlily. I never even received it. What i got was an empty package (which customs had opened and stamped it was opened officially and received empty) that was too small for a swimsuit to even fit in. When i contacted them the first response was that i need to consider the prices and people often have too high of expectations when ordering from them. Their next response was an offer to only refund 30% of what i paid and that i need to understand that it is a loss to their company as well. After i told them that i dont agree and that i would only accept full refund they quit responding to my ticket.
This company is a complete and total ripoff. I order four blouses from them. First it took over three weeks to get them. When they finally arrived two of them were the wrong size and were of very cheap quality. When I said I wanted to return them, they sent me a return label. I waited over two weeks to hear back. They responded that they would not refund the money because they were damaged and used. I never wore them nor did I damage them. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing.
The products are wonderful. They fit perfectly. And are totally cute. The service has been excellent. The products arrive on time or sometimes before. I haven't had trouble with returns as I haven't had any.
I bought this dress for my daughter. She was surprised and loved it so much. It was much pretty than expected. The color was bright and the dress was well made. Thanks for the customer service for giving me suggestions about the measurement. I will surely come again!

In posting my reviews concerning Rosewe.com. I have come across another apparel advertising display where the apparel is identical most of it as well as the display of models. I also noticed that the copyrights are identical and believe that it is possible that rosewe.com and Modlily.com are the same company. Buyer beware!
Avoid Modlily. My story: I created an order, received it, shipped back one item for a size exchange as per Modlilys instructions (which was a ridiculous process btw). I waited for my new suit and I have since received no item back! Its been months. Nobody responded to my initial, multiple inquires on their live chat and every time I want to talk to them, I have to create a new ticket. Its very hard to contact them. They are refusing to Acknowledge my request saying I'm now past 30 days (which I original dealt with the return within 30days). I have now paid them for an item I do not have (they have it) and suspect they will NEVER make good on or refund. Avoid this company! They have no integrity.
I was looking to buy two Dresses and a Bag but i couldn't find one near Canada so i ended up ordering online from Rotita for the first time. Ordered it about 2 weeks ago and i Got my Dresses and a Bag today and i love them. Fits perfectly. Thanks for the right size Rotita :)
I ordered this for my best friends birthday party. I was in love with this dress once I got it and tried it on! It came with a built in bra which was wonderful, it took one less expense away. The dress was very comfortable and made so well! I had tons of compliments on it. The price was great too! It arrived pretty quickly. I have referred and will continue to referrer people to Modlily.
I loved the top I received from Modlily, but unfortunately, it was too small. I usually wear a large, but this top runs small. I returned it for a refund and reordered the same top in a larger size. I am anxiously awaiting the delivery of my new top!
The experience I had with Modlily.com was such a great experience. I got all my products in great condition. All the products I received were better then I expected! It looks better then the pictures. Goods are of reasonable quality when the price is taken into consideration. Would definitely shop again.
I ordered a sweater and the quality was very poor and did not fit. When I opened the package where was a liquid inside the package!
I tried to return it online and could not navigate their system. Still waiting to hear back from them but not holding my breath.
