Not happy and I could not return it because I did not ever hear back from the customer return service. I ordered it in November and am just hearing back from them in March. And it had nothing to do with me wanting to return my order. Waste of money!

I was always promised a delivery date but the tracking number always told me different I submit a couple of tickets you were telling me that the item was on its way, that it was in custom but when I look at the tracking it was always stuck at your end. Wath the tracking said and what you were saying was never the same thing. But it finished well as I received the item and it was very nice. Thank you

Very easy to purchase. Great variety of tops for all occasions. Love the mint top. Bought it to wear on a dinner cruise. However, size ran small for a 2x. Sleeves extremely tight. Would have reordered had it been in a bigger size. Very easy to return.

Dresses were great price but quality was not good so I am returning both dresses. Also, fit was not good. I think the return policy is also misleading so I hope I will get a full refund but I think I have to pay for shipping, whereas others offer free shipping back for returns.

I placed an order and the noticed my address needed to be updated after I placed my order. I sent an email to the help center and they turned it all around in a day and I was still able to keep my shipping date. That is fantastic service.

I ordered two items, a dress and a swimsuit. The dress fit perfectly and the quality was great! The swimsuit, while very well made, the sizing was off by about a size. It fits but tighter than I prefer. I will pass it on to someone because it is very pretty. The dress came very quickly while the swimsuit took about three weeks to come in. Over all. I would order again!

My new purchase is really beautiful and looks exactly like the photo! I love the floral print, and it fits me very well. It is a little short because I am tall, but it doesn't matter. It is perfect for summer! The material is very light, and it is very well made.

The material of the top piece was very scratchy, uncomfortable, cheap feel to the fabric Although I got a large to support the chest, there was way too much extra material in the torso. The bottoms were very cheap material too. I will not wear it.

I bought a blouse, sweater, sweatshirt, bathing suit top, and anklet.

I thought I was getting the top and bottom on the swimsuit so I was disappointed when I only got the top.

Not so sure I like the fabric the blouse is made from but I haven't worn it yet so I'll decide later. The sweatshirt and sweater are very nice.

I wanted to try this website out so I bought one item. They took the money out the same day and it's been a month and I still haven't got my product. I been try to get my product or my money back and they are not responding. I will never get anything from this site again, I don't recommend this site to anyone else either.

The item I ordered was too big. Returning the item to the company was going to cost $22, almost half the price of the bathing suit too. This is without the matching bottom which still had to be ordered separately. Due to the poor customer service/return policy this will be my last order with modlily

I reached out thinking I didn't receive a small item. Within 24 hours or less I had a reply stating to check the clothing since it was a small item. And there it was. This was the first I ordered from your site.

The quality of the items is awful - - nothing like in the picture. The items took forever to arrive though I paid for expedited shipping. Now, it is impossible to process the return. I keep getting failure notices. I wish I saw these reviews before I bought this crap.
